BEWARE!!! I don’t have the time to get on here and explain the whole experience but I promise you this place is not only rude and disrespectful but they are straight up liars!! Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance and received a confirmation email and even a reminder email but when we showed up to our appointment 15 minutes early we’re told to leave and that the appointment had been rejected..no explanation. Nothing!!

So much I want to say but it would take a full work day to type it up… Very rude, very unprofessional.. We end up getting a call 5mins after dropping are puppy off saying come back and get it they can not cut it…when we asked about getting the deposit we paid back.. They said no they consider it same as acancellation ..Even though there the one that cancelled.. Please stay away we should have went with are gut feeling when we first took him

Was very rudely talked to by the groomer. Dropped my dog off at 1:30 for a 2pm appointment was told they would text once he was done, before I went home I tried to call just to check on a possible time frame that way I knew if I had time to take my kids home or if I needed to stick around town, they did not answer. I parked out front at 3:58 and the groomer came out and told me that we have a 4hr turnaround and they would text when he was done. that he was still on the table and if I wanted to wait I could wait around the side of the building but I couldn’t wait out front and then she walked back in, never gave me a chance to talk at all. I have never been spoken to so rudely by someone for simply parking out front of a business, I completely understand if being parked out front bothers the dogs since the window in the front is where they are groomed but needless to say I was never informed of a 4hr turnaround and did not appreciate being talked to in such a rude manner. I ended up heading home and received a text message at 4:11 saying that my dog was ready for pick up. All of this could have been avoided if I was given the chance to talk when I pulled up. My dog looked wonderful and I’m very pleased with the service but I will not be returning to this business.

Rudest experience! Called to ask if they had any appointments available. Told her what kind of dog she was and the moment it got to the dogs age, she cut me off and said she doesn’t do older dogs. My dog is 8. Never heard that before. So I asked her why and she said that my dog needs to be groomed at a vets office. And it still didn’t make since so I kept asking why and she hung up on me. I called back and asked why she was so terrible and hung up on me. She just said she was the owner and she wasn’t going to deal with this and hung up on me again. RUDE!!! I was going to be a potential customer and now I’m going to tell everyone how rude she was.

We have been taken our dog L.B. for his grooming at Diamond in the Ruff for over 2 years we wouldn't go anywhere else . They are very professional and they do excellent work we recommend them to anyone who have a dog need to be groomed.

Great job! We brought our 6 month old Shih Tzu in for his first trim last Saturday. Wisely, the owner came out into the foyer, we let him run around and meet the cat, get to know the place. The owner knelt down to get to know him and he was all wags and kisses. She did not rush it. She asked how we wanted him and did exactly what we asked for. We will be back! It took a long time to find a groomer close to us that we could trust with our pup. I highly recommend!

I have used this pet salon for going on 2 years and I have never had any issues what so ever. The staff has always been more than courteous, respectful, and understanding. Prices honestly are to low but I'm not complaining.lol and The work they do for our pup, which is a shitzu jackrussel mix, is alway outstanding. They really care about their work and their clients and it shows. All this said you cant go wrong using this salon and I highly recommend giving them a visit.

This is the third time I have checked with them about different services and each time for three different animals for the very same service they charge double anywhere else in Winchester as well as PetSmart. Honestly I will not bother calling them ever again
