First time in after living in Williamstown for 13 years. Staff member at the register greeted us when we came in. We were able to find the hardware we were looking for. Signage makes it easy to locate the department you are looking for. They have clothing, pet supplies, feed and wide variety of other items. Store was clean.

I visited this story today looking for just a few odds and ins. We were immediately greeted at the door by a woman asking if she could help us find anything. We told her we were looking for cat medicine eyewash and boots. She took us right to it and pointed us in the direction of the boots. We passed many other workers who were very welcoming and also asked us if we needed help finding anything and asked us how we were doing today. The customer service was top notch here and the amount of things you can find in here is excellent from farm, toto garden, tools, pet needs etc.

Best customer service reps ever! An older guy walked me around the store helping me find item after item, explaining everything to me, was extremely patient and personable and the cashier lady was awesome too

Great staff. Very helpful. Lots of items for the farmer, gardener, prepper or homesteader. Only bad thing is Carhartt clothing. Carhartt fired workers for not being vaxed. Will never buy Carhartt again!

I just purchased a new Greenworks 60v CrossoverT riding mower at Tractor Supply in Dry Ridge, Ky. After completing online credit approval for the 36month special financing promotion, my wife and I went to the store and said we’d like to purchase this mower. The employees (cashiers etc) seemed very unsure of themselves likely due to poor training. As we were at the register, a “manager” coming off shift seemed to be in more of a hurry to purchase items for herself at the register then helping us. She was very short and rude with her employees (who were actually trying to help us). A young man helped us to wheel the mower out of the showroom and onto my trailer. There was no explanation on how to operate or any of the features of the mower, which is not a huge problem, as I can capable of looking up user manuals etc online. They young man then handed me 3 bags containing (6) 60v lithium battery packs for the mower and said “have a nice day”. As I’m pulling out of the lot, I realize I was not given a key to the mower. I go back in and ask for the key.. after some confusion and searching, an employee hands me the key. Upon getting home, I plug in all 6 battery packs into the chargers.. about 90 mins later, I plug the fully charged packs into the mower and turn the key. The mower gives an error code “PMU 13” -incorrect battery pack. The store had given me (6) 2.0 ah battery packs… this mower is supposed to come with (6) 8.0 ah battery packs. At this point, the store is closed, so I will have to wait until tomorrow, go back to the store and hopefully they can find the correct battery packs… and then, maybe, hopefully, I’ll be able to actually mow for the first time with my brand new mower.

Worst place for curbside pickup, second time I have ordered items available for pickup and as always they cancel half your order. Then send emails to remember to pickup your order. My fault for trusting you again. They never change the curbside pickup to ship to store until they cancel your order.

One of my favorite, store's in town, I live out in the country, and I have some live stock, so I visit this store quiet often. They have just about anything you need for living in the farming areas.they have Christmas gifts and ideals for the holidays, and for all occasions. The Dry Ridge T.S.C. I know the people who work there , I grew up with some of them. So it a great place to visit, to get supplies. My Grandchildren even like to go there while they are with me.

I just left Kelly Bro. To get some stainless steel carriage bolts. They did not have any at all. Went to Tractor Supply. And found a very good assortment of all sizes. And at a great price.

Saw an item on the website that said they had two available at this location. Wife went in to purchase and was told they did indeed have two but they were "on hold" for someone else and weren't to be sold to anyone else. She then asked if they indeed have layaway but that only got her stupid looks. Once back out in the parking lot we were one click away from purchasing online for pickup at that same location. But to avoid me totally ruining some goofy employees' day and probably suffering from PTSD after I got done with them, we left and found a better deal at another store a few miles away. Will make sure this type of business practice gets related to everyone I know.

Not quite like going the bigger , better known giants. But has a great of variety tools, parts,etc. The only thing i could really criticize them for is its almost impossible to find an employee to offer any sort of assistance. And they are not known for being affordable on lots of items.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had on the phone with a store. I spoke to “Greg” who insisted I pay for a part in person when all I was trying to ask was if an aged lawnmower part could be ordered by their store.Once the associate actually listened to what I was saying, he acted confused (perhaps embarrassed, I’m not certain) then said he didn’t know and placed me on hold.I WILL NEVER shop this store ever again while they employee people that carry themselves in that manner. The lack of product knowledge really makes me lose faith in the TSC as a whole.

I think that it's a bit pricey.But when you absolutely need something, the employees will stop what they are doing and personally show you where the item is!I do recommend this company.

The steel line clamps I went in for were all gone plus the Williamstown ky location does not sell ammo. What tractor supply does? It says they sell it on the website. I figured a country store would definitely have it. Wroooooong.
