Very small. But that’s good. They sell discounted Kroger foods. Also have some name brand foods. Always a long line at check out. Bring your own bags and a quarter for the cart. The savings is worth it.

I wanted to speak to someone at your Corporate office at Krogers, but there is NO WAY to speak to anyone in the United States!!! WTH?!? As much money as you at Krogers have made off the American people, you should provide us with people who actually live in this country. You don’t have to follow everyone else! Shame on you! Y’all want all our information before we even tell you what we want , but you can’t be bothered to have people who speak English that WE can understand.

Just had a bad experience here. Needed cat food and it's in the back but they just don't want to bring it out until this afternoon. They were also rude when I even asked about it. Not good customer service.

Well I had never been to this place not heard of it before. I drove from Georgetown because a co worker told me about it...Me an my husband were very excited to try it out. Wasn't a fan of paying to use a cart to shop with... vegetables an produce looked as though they were about expiration. The stockers were very nice. In fact. The one star rating was to them. The cashier was absolutely rude. I ended up not getting a thing. Apologies to the stockers who had put back the full cart groceries....That cashier was completely outta line, rude and obnoxious. Store was clean. However, we weren't impressed enough to make a second trip back here....

Good deals, but Kroger has trouble keeping this store stocked, but competitors match their prices-otherwise OK. Not normal Kroger service levels, though. Down there again today, place is more expensive and worse customer service than ever! How about you give me a number for Ruler/Kroger customer service instead of paying lip service on Google?? Going to Walmart next time!

Being on a budget this store has been a blessing! Great friendly helpful staff always willing to help out. They have alot of Kroger brand stuff at lower prices than Kroger and their brand tastes great. They may not have some specific items but they definitely have everyday grocery needs at great prices! I enjoyed the shopping experience the first time I went. They have a lot of Kroger products that I know and love much cheaper due to the fact that they sell bags for $.10 and shopping carts are a quarter with it returned as long as you take it back.. And you have to box stuff yourself if you shop here but I've been in customer service so long that doesn't bother me.. I say we bring a Ruler Food to Crittenden in the old family dollar store.. I absolutely enjoy shopping here!!

. This store has rodents eating the tortilla wraps. Saw the bite marks on them when I returned home. In the past 5.5 years this store has gone down hill. Hopefully Kroger will see the need of the Grant County residents to have a Clean Safe Healthy Store..

Good store for budget shopping.This store reminded me of Aldi, limited selection, good prices, quarter for a cart (which keeps the parking lot clean) and bagging your own groceries.There were a number of good deals on items. If you're in the area it is worth checking out. You may not do all your shopping here, but you'll save money if you can do some here.

Being on a budget this place is great! Only have to go to the bigger chain stores once a month or so now to get the few specialty items we use but other than that Rulers has such fresh produce, and dairy and meat all at an amazing price, there are always friendly and helpful staff , this is definitely our main grocery store now! A much needed store in our area!

Ruler is Kroger's version of Aldi's except with mostly Kroger brands. They have continually expanded the products offered. The store is clean. There are restrooms open for guests. They have a small selection of produce and meats. You have to pay 25 cents for your cart and you need to being your own bags or pay 10cents each bag.

Prices are good, wide variety, and for the most part friendly, helpful staff. Just like any store you got a couple employees that just don't want to work and are rude!! But rulers is the best grocery store to come to Dry Ridge!!

Great prices on Kroger Brand items. Don't like the check out and bagging system. Load cart, unload cart, they load in another cart, then you unload and bag yourself, then load back to cart, unload into your car. Just too much loading and unloading.

For budget friendly it's okay. Selection is minimal. Employees are very friendly and not pushy or rude. I work for kroger and went into ruler today to check it out instead of driving to walton. Kroger employees don't get our discount here, so if you're looking for that that's one downfall. Ordering has an issue somewhere due to being out of things. And unbeknownst to me you have to pay a quarter for your cart (luckily i had change on me, but you get it back when you return your cart.) Also they dont bag anything so i wouldnt advise doing regular grocery shopping unless you're bringing your own bags. Over all decent experience, I'll come back for odds and ends staples but not for grill out food and supplies like I did today.

Rude cashier. Looked at me and told me we don't accept EBT. Never asked her, never said anything to her. I absolutely will not go back. I don't recommend it.

This is a good little store with better prices than most, but you can't always find specific items. They carry a lot of Kroger band items. Great for a quick stop!

Busted a 100 dollar bill to buy 10 dollars in groceries and cashier counts out change just above cash drawer then acted rude when I counted out my change before leaving register! I have had cashiers in the past at other stores short change me (Kroger pharmacy in Georgetown ky shorted me 50 dollars. Cashier counted change secluded behind register and had pocketed my money! I went to customer service and spoke with the manager when she swore she gave me correct change. Manager checked the cameras and sure enough she stuck the 50 in her pocket! She was fired on the spot and was made apologize.). The change this cashier gave me was correct. I just have a habit now of making sure the change is correct before leaving the cash register!

Small store with limited selections, however for the price and location can't beat it.*You will need a quarter to access a cart which you get it back once you return it. And bring your own bags or purchase some of theirs.*
