I love 'The Dollar Store', as we all call it!!! But this one is super difficult to navigate through when couponing & only buying what's on sale, even with the app! I was there earlier this week and two of my items ($5, marked 50% off- store discount, not mine & $10, save $6 w/ mobile coupon) didn't give me my discount at all. I scanned and verified w/ the app and made sure before getting to the register. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to talk to the mgr., whom was standing there and asked if everything went OK, bc I had to be at work in 10min.I wish the app was more reliable & in-store navigation a bit more organized.

No one was wearing masks. There was a sign on the door but not one person that worked there had one one. Some of the customers didn't have them either and weren't asked to put one on. There was a customer standing directly in front of the entrance smoking so everything up front smelled like cigarettes. It's a tiny town so I guess the bar isn't high.

Such a trying time for customer service people. Both women at registers were courteous and very good at their positions. Social distancing maintained. Felt very comfortable.

The dollar store where I go is a fairly new store, very clean and organized, I can find most things that I am looking for here, at a good price, I can even get food here too, some brand names food's, so for my Dollar store on Barn's Road,is quite a nice visit, with a speedy check out 8 time's out of 10 so I am very pleased with my Dollar store, and I would recommend anyone to stop by to check out this store,

We visited while on vacation. We got all the basic groceries and supplies we needed. The staff were friendly. The spacing and product placement is typical of a Dollar General. It was clean and easy to get to.

Out RV broke down not far from here. We limped it into the parking lot and told the staff our situation.They were more than friendly and and we stocked up in the store to have a parking lot party while we waited for roadside assistance.

I will never go here again the counter person name melanie treated a older senior citizen very rudely , customer ask her where a item was and she told her point blank she had no idea where the item was and if customer don't see it they probably don't have it.i overheard conversation and found item for customer looked for a name tag but employee had on a nasty looking tank top , disgusting attitude and appearance july 19 2019 at 12:54 i left shopping cart there with my items in cart not letting this store get my money i will go to the one in dry ridge or owenton where they are professional

It's a dollar store, don't expect too much. It's reasonably clean, pretty well-stocked, the staff is the usual minimum wage zombies. It's not the worst one in the county.

Prices are reasonable and a lot quicker to run in to pickup loaf of bread, pop and chips ext. then going to Wal-Mart. Due not half to walk as much. Plus checkout is a lot faster.

We went on yesterday I had 2 cases of green beans in my cart and the manager came and took them out of my cart. Told me that she couldn't sell them to me. I was like they are in my cart you can't take them out and she said if you're going to give me lip then mosey on! I have reported her.

Well I went to get a card for my son, a Playstation card, and they had only a 20 card, I asked about any others, but they said that was it, barely looked up at me, I d know if that's good or bad, I took her at her word and went elsewhere.

The cashier was rude. When she bagged my items she put my bread with my cleaning supplies and when I asked her to put my bread in a different bag she was rude about it.

The cashier was VERY VERY SNOBBY AND RUDE very RUDE. I didn't purchase the items I wanted because she was so rude! Also u need to remove sale signs when there over.Thanks we will NOT be back

The store has signs saying you must wear a mask inside the store. I walked in and 2 employees were working without masks on. When I went to check out the same employees were cashiering without masks. If you make me wear a mask, make your employees wear them too.
