A little over 3 weeks ago, I blew out a tire coming north in Tennessee and shredded the other. After one tire change courtesy of Tenn Highway Patrol (Thank you 😊) I limped into automotive to correct the matter. The automotive staff were all great. We replaced 2 and I got the other 2 replaced in Somerset.I was there awhile, and let me tell you, this store outshines Somerset and a majority of Walmarts I've ever been in. This is the cleanest, most organized & well stocked store I've EVER been in!!! I wish I had taken pictures.

They need more cashiers to accommodate customers! Only had one cashier working while there were 3 employees walking around doing nothing! Had to wait in line FOR-EV-ER!!!! If they want me to use self checkout, they need to provide me with an employee discount card!

I was going to shop there. I did go in with that purpose. Due to a growing problem with a birth defect, I have to use an Amigo cart. There were two there available and not in use. The batteries were dead. I know there were more to use. I saw customers on them, but not enough for me to shop. The wife shopped without me.

Wide selection and low prices make this a must return to retailer. Everything under 1 roof and the staff at this particular location are friendly and helpful Every time I shop here. Also there parking lots can be a much needed resting place while traveling. Due to Sam Waltons previous employment history and affinity toward long haul truckers, all of their parking lots are open to all travelers and free of charge. They are also well lit and under surveillance 24 hours a day which adds to your security.

I hate to post this but raw chicken kills folks! An I went in an bought 3 good size rotisserie hens! All 3 was way under cooked ! I couldn't take them back because I was traveling. Please make sure they are getting them done. Thanks

Had to get a new prepaid cell phone, was trying to figure out which one to get ,the lady that worked in that department came over and ask if we needed help, she went above and beyond to help us , I wish I had gotten her name so I could give her kudos for her help, walmart definitely needs more employees like her.

Of all the walmarts i have visited across the US... north south east and west.... this was a nice one all around. Little chincy on the laundry soaps, softner choices though.... lol

Warning! Truck drivers - Do Not Park at this Walmart! They will boot your truck with a $500 fine. After 2 hours they will tow! No one warned me and there were trucks parked near me while I was there that didn’t get booted, in which I that was a little weird and frustrating. Everyday I feel people make this world harder and harder to live in. It’s insanity.

Not bad as Walmart goes but this store is suffering like many others to keep certain items stocked. On the plus if you are a trucker there is a Pilot right around the corner and a few places to eat nearby.

I took my mother there on Monday September 18 she has Alzheimer’s and difficulty walking. There was 2 employees greeting or checking tickets of customers. I ask about wheelchair and said there might be one at door. I told them no then she proceeds to tell me it may be at other end of store. She did not offer to check or go and look. I could not leave my mom and she could not walk that far. There were two of them standing and talking but offered no help. A kind gentleman shopper offered to help and he went to find one. Maybe your employees need training in customer service.

This Walmart discriminates truck drivers who park there overnight due to shopping or what ever , they don't care if the truckers buy food and supplies at there store ,I slept only for 3 hours, because I have to wait for the customer service to open but before 7 am they woke up a bunch of truckers who were sleeping and threatened to tow them away if they didn't pay 500$ in one hr , Thats really ungrateful ,you know why ,because all the stuff you buy at Walmart is hauled by truckers , so how come u are not ashamed ? how could you dare! Whatever your mother feeds you that’s hauled by your fathers truck driver!

I love this particular Walmart. Very friendly workers, especially later in the evening and night. I like going in right before closing time when the nightshift is on the floor. Such nice, friendly and helpful people. I drive all the way from Corbin just to use this store.

I have trimmed back my trips to Walmart to about once a month. Usually go there to get things you can't get at a regular grocery store. Walmart still has good deals and I usually have to follow my shopping list so I don't impulse buy and overspend 😎. On this visit, I was buying supplies for my son that attends University of the Cumberlands 👍😁.

Yep was parked here and heard a tapping on my window at 6am. They dont knock, they just tap. Got out of my truck after seeing a yellow sticker on my door window, looked around and they hadnt put the boot on yet. Blew the horn but no one woke up and got out of there. Thanks walmart
