WD Bryant’s in Williamsburg advertised a product so I purchased it for in store pick up. Received confirmation that the product was ready for pick up. Once a mistake was realized by store, made on there end with pricing it was then told to me they couldn’t give me the product they accidentally hit the confirm button on order pickup ready and said they had to cancel all my orders just because they priced it wrong. Not a way to do business. You advertise and sell at your advertised price.

Last Friday we were on our way from Ohio to Tennessee with a group of friends and unfortunately had a break down just outside of Williamsburg, none of the local parts stores or dealer were able to get the part for us, nor did they have what we needed to patch it together. We called W-D Bryant just as they were closing, and they graciously stayed open until we were able to get across town to their store. They were extremely kind and knowledgeable in helping us put together a few hose barbs to get our coolant hose mended and thankfully back on the road. Without their kindness and willingness to stay open a few minutes late, we would have been stuck until Tuesday or with left a hefty tow bill.Thank you for saving our vacation and helping us get back on the road!-David

Always above and beyond. You can’t get that at a big box store. As a matter of fact, the last time I was in there and the rental department guy went above and beyond to make sure that I got the right nail gun. It wasn’t on the rack and he ran one down. Made my day and allowed me to finish my job.

Good place with good people. Two negative things I have seen are the yard workers. They dont wanna sling wood, block, etc... So be prepared to load it yourself. Another thing is the hours, if you work a job 8 to 5, you have to take off work early to get there before they close. This could potentially cause problems at work.

Good people, if you have any communication skills you call always get the problem fixed, if you have a any problems at all.What I usually see while waiting at the counter is that people ask for the wrong product, and the feel the need to blame the employee, it's so funny.

Hey, always good, never have to hunt for someone to help you, courteous, about anything you might need from a hardware/building supply and certainly better building material than I find at the big box stores. Oh, they have rentals, chainsaw and small engine repair also.

I was in WD Bryants 3 times already this month (2 weeks) :) The 1st time I went in was to see about filters for my central heat and air system, I was greeted and showed the way to them very fast and they even had some of my size in stock :-) The employers and the employees there are always so very Nice and Helpful, it isn't a bother to them to be of help and are always there to help, when and if you need them , they all seem to enjoy it!
