The people that work there are very helpful and polite. When I went in they didn't have the shoes that my wife was wanting. So the lady said that she could order them for me and that It would take 3 to 5 business days. And on the third day they arrived on my front porch. THANK YOU . Great Team

Good experience. Had to order my size shoe which was okay, but did not have a good variety of common shoe sizes I.e. 6.5, 7 and 7.5 sizes not available in several shoes I looked at, which was disappointing.

Excellent service. Good selection, Wide sizes for women (hard to find in this area). Sales associates were helpful, they did not run me out when it was time to close (I did not realize it was closing time). I have a difficult time finding shoes due to a bunion, they were patient and allowed me to walk around in the shoes I picked out. I found 2 pair for $42.

So I've been to this store for the second time this year.. Great shoes and very good price's. . However some of the associates at this store watch ever move you make.. The experience I had with my little boy with me was awful. . The lady followed us through out the store and checked every box that I looked into for the right size I needed. . I had felt violated ,just looking for shoes for my whole family for Christmas. .

I had got been here recently, only a couple of times after they first opened.I must say their selection seemed to have greatly improved since then.The sales girl was very helpful.My Grand daughter and I did find what we were looking for (Ball Shoes). I would suggest a little background music while shoe shopping is always nice and relaxing.lolAlso they do not except personal Bank Checks so I paid with card.Personally I think all Chain Store's should be set up for all forms of payment.Also it seemed they had a nice selection of Men's workboots which is a big plus!
