This is the only grocery store we have in our small little town. I am thankful for it. I stop at it often. It doesn't have very many name brand items but theirs is still good quality.

The customer service was great but the food is more expensive I think here then Walmart is . I was sad I couldn't really find any deals especially on meat and the milk was expensive too.

Save allot in Jellico is a joke. Not all the employees, but some are so disrespectful to the customers. I actually had a cashier sling my groceries in the bag bc she doesn't like me. Had this same cashier run to one of her co-workers and start talking smack and laughing, not trying to hide that it was pointed toward me. I'd call in but I know atleast one of the managers won't do anything about it, he's too worried about trying to get in the young girls pants. If it wasn't the only grocery store in my town I would NEVER go back. Last time with same cashier she was so disrespectful to me in front of other customers that they not only noticed but had allot to say about her as she ran off to avoid having to look at me. Y'all should be ashamed of yourself for hiring such disrespectful people, letting it go on, disregarding the complaints made, and letting a pill head that chases teenage girls be manager.

It's good for jellico I guess. Most of the time the prices are wrong the sign out side will say one thing and it will be different on the inside and they don't care. They will not change it. But like I said it's all they have in jellico.

It's in Kentucky so there is no taxes on the food. People think they are getting a bargain for food but the high prices make up for the taxes, and I found a cockroach in a grocery bag when I was putting up my groceries at home. Eww.
