My tire had blew on 75 north in Jelico, TN. Bo’s Towing brought my car here after he towed my car from the highway. He was so polite, gracious, and changed my tire quickly so we could continue our drive to Cincinnati. The bill was insanely inexpensive. He let my three year old daughter and myself sit in his office out of the cold and rain. I absolutely recommend him. I can’t thank him enough for helping us.

In 7 years of driving I have had 2 instances where I’ve required help from a shop. Due to family I go from northern Indiana to Georgia at least once a year and both times my troubles happened middle of my trip here in Williamsburg. The first time two years ago I had a basic flat tire but needed it changed quickly to continue the rest of my trip. Going to the walmart they didn’t have the size tire to get it done that day, and recommended Rowlands. Rowlands had it changed within an hour and I was back on the road. This second time was because of a bad alternator and battery, which finally gave out once again in Williamsburg. When getting my car towed to the only shop the tow man said might could get it fixed in a day I realized when we pulled in it was Rowlands, the same shop from two years prior. Just like before quick, easy, and a good price. Thank you Jim, David, and the rest of the crew for staying late and helping me get back on the road in one day again, so I wouldn’t miss a family wedding. This town should be thankful to have a crew/shop like this, and I’m very fortunate that In both times I needed help this is where It happened to be, they aren’t all this good!!

Bo's towing took our car to Rowland Garage for a water pump repair on a Sunday morning. One of the Rowland team was called at home on Sunday morning and he came and picked us up and took us to the airport to get a rental car. All rental near us was closed on Sundays. What a team of people!!!!! Thanks for all your help and going the extra mile for customer service. 👍

Our car broke down at Kentucky Welcome Center on I-75. After reading reviews of the mechanic shops around the area, we decided to give Rowland's Garage a call. Bo's Tows helped us to tow our car to the Rowland's, and after 3 hrs, we were back on the road. Mr. Rowland was friendly, honest, and courteous. The job was well with reasonable price. If your car broke down, this is the place to go to.

When I couldn't get my / car to start almost 400 miles from home, Mr. Rowland was able to look at it very quickly. Though the issue appeared to be in the wiring, as as soon as he tried, the engine turned over and started for him, I sincerely appreciate he and his team's professional service. Prompt, kind, professional, and an apparent family atmosphere. If I ever find myself or have friends or family in the area, I would highly recommend Rowlands's Garage.

I was stranded 4.5 hrs from home and it was after closing time. I drove van to Rowlands shop and then my husband picked me up and we finished our drive to TN for the weekend. Called office the next morning and they were able to fix the van that day! I even left my credit card and ID in van and they hid it away for me. HUGE relief for us. Jim and his technicians are 2nd to none! I was traveling to Minneapolis, Minnesota from south west Florida with my GMC dually and my heater coil went out on me. My fan clutch was acting up which caused my fuse to blow and I was over heating. They did not have to deal with me being that they had other work there to be done but they did and I am so thankful to have went there. Also when waiting for parts I needed other things done to my truck and they took care of that for me too!Go to Roland's Garage and you will experience exactly what I'm talking about.Thanks again Jim & technicians.

It’s a lot of crazy things going on in this world. Today my car stopped in Williamsburg ky, while heading to gatlinburg. So I had it towed to Rowland’s and I must admit with everything going on back home in Louisville I was nervous. But they were such nice guys. Amazing guys if I must say so myself. It was just a loose wire and they charged me little to nothing to fix it. When I offered to pay more they told me no. I appreciate everything they did cause today is my bday and I thought it was the end of the world. I’m all over the place with this review but I’m sooooo thankful. If ever in the area you should stop by.

I couldn't give these guys higher marks. I was on a 14 hour roadtrip back home to Wisconsin when my truck started making a terrible noise. I quickly googled shops nearby, and I'm happy I eneed up at Rowlands. The service was great, and they were extremely reasonably priced. If I lived in Williamsburg area I would go out of my way to get service done here.

They are the best fixed our vehicle even replaced piece they broke free of charge found ball joints were real bad so we took it back and had those fixed.We will use them again if and when needed. Good honest men.Highly recommend them.Service: Exhaust

My Jeeps exhaust tail pipe was loose and rattling. It was making loud nose. I went to the not knowing what's wrong and afraid that it is going to cost me a kidney. I'm just driving by Kentucky and happened to be there.They told me what's wrong and gave me an estimate of just $40 for fixing it and did it in 10 minutes while I watched. They could have told me 500 and I would have paid coz I don't know much about cars. But they didn't. They were honest and hence I thanked them for their quick service with a tip. I highly recommend them. Honest and polite service.
