Order was totally wrong. Ordered family meal 8 piece fish with 2 LG sides, 9 jumbo shrimp.Got 4 fish, 4 chicken, 1 side and 3 shrimp. Even if I would have checked fish chicken was covered and it looked like all fish.Food was so greasy I couldn't eat it and shrimp tasted bad when I took a bite.

I tried the number 12 platter which came with 2 pieces of fish, 3 pieces of chicken, 2 hush puppies, and 2 sides for $10.69 (it really was enough food for 2 people). I really enjoyed my food, it was hot and fresh and the servers were friendly. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

Update as of Saturday 29th at 4:15 pm....I ate the worst meal here that I've ever gotten. Fish, chicken and shrimp was way overdone and soooooo greasy (see pics below, cole slaw tasted sour as if it had been left sitting out too long. Didn't get hush puppies with my meal. Very disappointed that after eating at this place since I was a kid that I was served such a horrible meal. Hope this doesn't become their new norm. Lowering their star from 4 to 2 until I've seen an improvement. We'll see the next time i eat here....stay tuned.Williamsburg Kentucky Long John Silvers is my favorite to visit. Just avoid Whitley City Kentucky's Long John's at all cost. But Williamsburg's is fantastic.

Yummy food. Decently clean restaurant. Was traveling and stopped in for a bite. Dont have these in Florida anymore. I ordered one of the sampler platters with a little of everything. It Was cooked fresh and I enjoyed it so much!

Great place to eat, wonderful staff, but boy does this location sure need a facelift. The building is in deplorable condition with lots of repairs, needing to be made to the outside

The last 2 times I ordered you screwed it up. First, I ordered a 3 piece fish dinner, I got 2 piece fish dinner.The second time I ordered a 3 piece fish dinner and I got a 3 piece chicken dinner. Those were boththis week.Just once I would think you could get it straight.They were both take out orders.

Given the local choices and my garlic allergy, I went here for a quick bite. While the folks there are trying to be helpful, it's tough finding healthy choices on this menu. But, I did find some broiled fish and I didn't get sick!

We stopped to grab dinner after we finished some Christmas shopping. They wasn't very busy so we ate there. It's was pretty good but the batter on the fish wasn't cooked thoroughly!! Not to mention it was sooo greasy...but on a positive note...you could tell the grease was new by the way the food looked & tasted.

Missing multiple items from my order. Had to go back inside for a missing side item, then I realized they shorted me a few shrimp. The food was good but they were busy laughing about something instead of paying attention to details.

Went through the drive thru to grab lunch. Staff was friendly & accurately filled our order. Was asked to pull around & order was brought out - I have no issues waiting when food is served hot & fresh. The Baja Taco & Southwest Shrimp Tacos were fantastic. The chicken & fried shrimp were tasty as expected - could have used more dipping sauce.

Food was amazing I ordered the number 6 with fries and slaw and everything was fresh and hot and the person who took my order was a shorter dude with black hair we was really nice and make sure I everything was good the manger was really nice to she was super friendly all and all I would come hear everyday if I could

Good food, but ALWAYS slow. We ordered a 2 piece fish platter with fries and hush puppies, all items that are standard - and had to wait 10 Minutes in the drive thru for it all to be cooked. And we were the only ones there! This has happened every time I've been there.

Staff was nice. She got me some Xtra sauce in a tray instead of squeezing 10 packets of tartar sauce. But someo left the fish (8) in to long and they were the color or a corn dog and did not taste good burnt. Maybe the grease needed changed in the fryers or something... Idk. Would not recommend. If I was staff I'd go somewhere else.

Stopped on way to Florida. Not another person here. Took 30 minutes to get two small meals. Never got extra piece of chicken ordered. No napkins. No fork for coleslaw. If they can’t keep up with one customer an hour, they are gonna be shut down like the rest of them.

Came in on 6/8/19 store was pretty dead not much going ordered fish and shrimp meal and 2 extra pieces of fish. Was back on the road before realizing I didnt get my extra fish. After ordering I used restroom when I cam back store employees were just standing talking. So they were not busy at all and shouldn't have messed that order up. No excuse for lack of attention to detail. Food was also seemingly mediocre in the sense it tastes like it had been out for a bit except the green beans were fresh.

We showed up shortly after the lunch hour. Our food came to us very quickly and was exactly what we ordered. It was very very hot as if they had just prepared it when we ordered it. We had to wait a few minutes for it to cool down enough to eat it. Which is very nice considering semi fast food under a heat lamp. We were very very happy with our visit. This was the Long John Silver's in Williamsburg Kentucky

The food was bangin’, or really good. Two classic tacos combo, with fries, and 3 individual pieces of chicken. Hush puppies were better than plenty of restaurants I’ve had, chicken seasoned and fried to perfection, though oil may not last until evening. Fries great! Associate was very helpful, gave me the extra I asked for, bathrooms clean. I would comeback just for the hush puppies! Yes this place is old but they maintain it well.
