Stayed in room 101 as a stop over during a recent road trip. The room was a great size with a desk area and a couch. Unlike the description, the TV was at least 55 inch. The web said 32. Shower has great water pressure!Hotel was clean with very friendly staff. The fitness center is awesome. The indoor pool was small but nice. Breakfast was typical Hampton fare, but well stocked and fresh.Would stop again

Friendly staff. No complaints there. Complaints are with the property and amenities. The beds were SO uncomfortable. Pillows were terrible too. Lighting in rooms was all daylight bulbs instead of warm light. It felt like we were in a hospital all night. There was chicken sausage on the free breakfast menu. 🤮 Upon leaving, an invisible, unmarked curb was ran over at a decent speed to put the cherry on top of our stay. Good luck to all who stay here!

Breakfast was great. Especially the oatmeal, and the sprinkles provided for the oatmeal. Delicious. The waffles were all so good. Didn't care for the eggs or sausage much. Fruit was good. Bed was comfortable, and room was nice, clean.Nearby activities: The casino is a block away.

Very pleasant. Good breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage, potatos, cereal, yogurt, waffles etc. Bkft served until 10:00, even on weekdays - nice for those of us who aren't early risers (as was the checkout time of noon!).The only downside was that the bed was too hard, but i was able to sleep even so (often a bed that's too hard makes it impossible for me to sleep, plus I'm so sore I can hardly walk the next day, but this wasn't nearly that bad).

Just stayed at this Hampton Inn for a visit to the University of the Cumberlands and it was by far one of the best Hampton Inn experiences I have had. Whenever my family and I travel on college visits we choose to stay in a Hampton Inn. The staff was beyond hospitable and the breakfast surpassed most I have had at other locations. The rooms were very clean as well as the whole hotel.

The hotel is actively going through renovations. The room was modern and sleek, while still quiet and cozy. The lobby was clean, but had some broken tiles near the elevator.Overall, the room was comfortable, clean, and quiet which is all I really need.

My husband and I saw almost 20 cop cars at the exit for what looked like a drug bust. The gas station pumps were really slow and the clerk said that the pumps do this when it gets cold 🙄 (we’re from MI). The hotel is right off the highway so it has really loud traffic noise. My husband walked into the hotel and said that it wasn’t very clean so he asked the clerk to cancel the reservation. They still charged us 3 days later. I called Hilton customer service and they said it’s up the hotel in Williamsburg to refund us. 🤦🏻‍♀️ We are still waiting on a refund.Safety: My husband and I did not feel safe here with our family.

I have stayed here 5 times in the last 6 years for a college homecoming. I needed 2 adjoining rooms to accommodate my family. I called 3 weeks ahead and arranged it only to arrive and find out that the arrangement had been undone. The attending staff claimed they did not know what had happened. The hotel is currently under renovation. We were placed in 2 throd floor, renovated rooms that were not adjoining for the first night - one of which had a door that would not latch. To "fix" the mistake, we were moved to unrenovated rooms on the first floor that were adjoining on the next day -- on the main hotel traffic path and leading to difficulty sleeping. This all caused a great inconvenience to my family and up ended some of our plans. Upon checking out, I was told that I would have to speak to the general manager for any type of accommodation. As a rewards member, I was very disappointed with how this situation was handled. I will be calling the general manager on Monday and likely, moving forward, will be looking to stay somewhere else.Rooms: Most are old and dated. Some have been renovated.

This hotel has an excellent location near the highway with clean and comfortable rooms (nice bed linens, towels, and toiletries which were a plus), inviting lobby with coffee/tea/hot chocolate, a welcoming front desk staff, plenty of parking, and ample hot and cold breakfast options included with your stay. My family of three was only there for a quick overnight trip, but we slept peacefully and enjoyed the later checkout. I would gladly stay here again and also recommend this location to others. Wonderful choice!Rooms: The double queen rooms are spacious with plush mattresses and bedding. The bathroom was large enough to store all my personal items on the counter with extra storage below. The shower pressure and temperature were excellent.Food & drinks: My family and I enjoyed our morning breakfast options and were pleasantly surprised at the variety of foods from which to choose. Everything was fresh and delicious.Noteworthy details: Lynn welcomed us upon arrival to the front desk and was very gracious. We checked in about one hour earlier than normal hours but did not have any delays and were happily given our keys for the night. She even started fresh coffee right away. We were lucky enough to see her again the following morning and thank her before leaving. We had a fantastic stay!

Hotel was good and breakfast was as expected. Rooms are not that quite, morning 3-30am truck came for delivery and it woke me up and then i slept again but again at 5-5.30am another truck came and happened the same. Not a big issue but its not sound proof on road window side.Overall it was good stay.

Stayed here last night, one night. The room was clean and delightful.Bed was fantastic. Shower was great, with terrific water pressure.Everything was as it should be, at a Hampton Inn. We ONLY stay at Hampton Inns, because they are always consistent.The BEST part of the stay was the outstanding service from Lynn & David.Super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Great employees !Thank you.

Pretty great. Has a big mirror in the room and a mirror with a desk in the room. The toilet is in the room with the sink though. Clean and welcoming. Has a nice bench in the room. I was really happy with the breakfast. Make your own waffles. Muffins. Toast. Etc. Mini fridge and microwave in room. People are nice and friendly. Would come again👍🏻

Our stay was pleasant with a 24 hour coffee station, with regular, decaf, and hot water. They also had several options for tea which I appreciated. They had a several selections for breakfast including waffle maker, plain oatmeal (with several options including brown sugar, dried berries, and pecans), Western Omelette, chicken patty, and biscuits and gravy. I found their options limiting as someone with a dairy allergy. They had a filtered water enhanced with blueberry and pomegranate that was my favorite, I mixed it with my tea.

The hospitality of the staff. When we made our reservation we made it for a Friday and Saturday. When we arrived on Friday. In the pouring rain we discovered that they made a mistake and made the reservation for Saturday and Sunday. So we were stuck. We had nowhere to go. It was raining. My wife was in a wheelchair. At the same time. There was a big sports event in town and there were not any rooms in the hotel so we had to drive 20 miles away.I worked in a hotel before and I understand how that can happen so even though it was really inconvenient we made it through. We came the next morning and Tammy, the desk clerk at the front desk went out of her way to be accommodating and get us in a room as soon as possible. Throughout our visit. She was so nice and very attentive. We also liked very much the house cleaning lady named June When we saw her, she always asked if we needed everything if we were comfortable and how we liked our stay. The next morning when we went to have breakfast, Chris was serving breakfast and it was very good.. People were very nice. Everybody was individually kind and gracious and it made us feel really welcome to stay there and we would certainly come again. Yes was I upset about the reservation mix up, but people are doing their best and people make mistakes. Mistakes don't bother me so much is how people act afterwards to try to fix them and make you feel comfortable and they knocked the ball out of the park about this. So I'm very happy with my visit and I would be happy to stay there again.Lastly, the bed was very comfortable and I've never slept in a hotel where the bedding actually smelled so nice and fresh.

Nice, clean hotel with a good complimentary breakfast. A little hard to get out of withe the traffic on the road in front and no traffic light. I was a bit concerned about traffic noise in the evening but it was nice and quiet overnight. We would stay here again.

Perfect stopping point on the way to the east coast from the Midwest. We were greeted even though we were a late arrival. This Hampton was able to accommodate an elderly person with a walking disability and a young toddler in our visit. Clean, kind, and conveniently located. We will be back!Rooms: Room was standard Hampton quality with two queen beds, desk setting and full bathroom with a small refrigerator. Everything was spotless! I would expect nothing less from Hampton.
