We are extremely pleased with the sofa and ottoman we recently purchased from your store. It is comfortable and neutral. The service of the entire staff at the Williamsburg location was extremely pleasant, from sales staff to delivery people.

Ordered a TV stand and picked it up. Screws on top board were installed so poorly that it shredded the enamel. Asked to exchange it. Got the next one delivered and it came with a busted shelf. No care taken at all with furniture. Steer clear and get your furniture somewhere else.

I worked there for 4 days and wastold I was in violation of dress code and had harassment issues. Funny never happened at my other jobs. They don't even tell what u did because they know they are protecting there openly gay manager whom obviously has a problem with middle age right side people who BTW never said 1 discouraging remark

Service has been EXCELLENT. I have purchased 2 things here. A TV, which I had problems with and the staff there were extremely helpful and let me return it and purchase another. And I bought a chair for my disabled wife which is perfect for her (hard to find one that fits her needs). Just super nice staff, so helpful. Simple and easy process. Will most definitely buy again!!

They had a great selection of furniture I was very impressed with how much furniture to choose from, after only one visit there my husband and I are enjoying our new sofa and recliner and have decided to go back and get the matching love seat.

The staff are very nice and professional, however, the quality of the furniture I purchased isn't good. I purchased a living room suite, Bedroom suite and a couple of other random peices. To begin, there was a warped bed rail upon installation and they said they'd replace it within a week or two. I called on 3 occasions but it was never replaced after a couple months already had passed so i asked for a refund on the rail, they gave me a $100 credit to my account. One of the couches broke before i had it for even 2 months, they came and got it and repaired it the best they could. A few weeks later I got it back. It was okay besides there was a wood piece sticking out the back under the cloth but I ignored it. About a month ago. It broke again. I made the initial purchase in February, then the recliner started to squeak loudly. I went in to ask if they can just give me a different set because the furniture is faulty. And quite rankly I didn't agree to buy furniture that would need repaired every couple of months. I was told nothing could be done as for replacement but they can fix it again. I said thank you but then later declined the offer. Now the bed is terribly squeaky as well. The kitchen cart came damaged but I disregarded it since I felt I got a good deal. I received faulty furniture unfortunately. I do think the 12 months no interest financing is awesome for people like me who are on a budget. Just be aware you only have I think 3 days to return furniture so better try it out quick before youre stuck in a contract with broken furniture like me. Don't accept damaged furniture upon delivery either. I've learned a lot from this purchase. It was my first time buying new furniture for our new home, I was so excited, but it was short lived. They're still way better than rent a center though.

The ONLY issue I have is that when whoever at some point strapped the couch for transport- they strapped it across the middle of the top back of the couch. Because of this, there is no ‘filling’ in half of the back cushion and it stays sagging down. Looks like a dog has been laying on the same spot for years. I can’t get the filling to move back to where it is supposed to be :(Otherwise, service and delivery were excellent!

I strongly encourage everyone to buy local when possible, but I cannot recommend doing business with them. After having a horrible experience with our first purchase on a bed which took a month to get, the bed was still missing parts when we picked it up. As a result, they wrote us an in store credit towards our next purchase. We just tried to redeem our in store credit and they did not honor it and was even rude in doing so. I will not be doing any business with them in the future.
