Great food (recommend the pan pizza, right now on app there is a coupon for a medium 2 topping for $8.99 before taxes and/or delivery fee.Price wise they are affordable as far as pizza goes. I listed a coupon price above but with a drink, delivery fee averaged, and a medium pizza no deals, your looking around $20-25. (I also always go extra cheese, which may effect that price).One of 4 places to get pizza (not counting Hunt Brothers gas station/ mom and pop) here in Williamsburg and while it's not the cheapest, it's on the higher end quality wise. Will attach a receipt and pizza pic for those wanting to see. (Got a 20 oz sprite, medium pizza, extra cheese, deluxe with no mushrooms added black olives.).Use the app or go to the store, they will try and work with you there to help you get a good deal long as you treat the staff like human beings (have had them suggest going a large before during a super bowl deal to get $5 off. As well as telling me about the above mentioned $8.99 on the app in the coupon section). You can get enough food for a family to share and it be worth the cost if you play with the app.Highly Recommended.

Carryout is on pointDon't ever order for delivery though.If you do don't tip unless you expect your food to be late. I ordered several times and thought it was just my name, had other people order for me and tipped every time..doesn't make a difference. If you're ordering for lunch at work better order thirty minutes earlier than expected to arrive. I ordered an hour before for lunch break and fools didn't show up till an hour after my lunch break was over. Multiple times multiple issues tipped every time. Crazy.

This place is good. We ordered online and picked it up to bring home. Try the spinach, onion. Chicken pizza mmmmmmmm. Just a note they charge a 4.50 delivery fee but the drivers don't get it. Hmmmmmm you must still tip the driver. Idont understand this really.

Don’t waste your time with williamsburg ky dominos. They screwed up a huge order over summer would not refund (entire order was messed up) I was told they couldn’t refund best they coyld do would be me load all 5 kids back up go back to town and hope remake was right or they could put 2 large pizzas on my account but I would have to call in to use ok whatever fine do that called today to redeem said pizzas they was not on my account they loaded them under my old account and said it was over a year ago (it wasn’t it was summer) and they would not honor it since the person that authorized no longer worked there so I said I’m out my money $50+ order since we had friends that day and I’m out your fixing it to make it right they said yeah sorry about your luck so …. If you don’t want screwed over on pizza I highly recommend other pizza places this is not a first time occurrence and they never honor the fix and are incredibly rude when you address it. They will no longer get my business and I hope you all learn from my experience and just choose elsewhere that honestly has better pizza anyway

Edit: Major customer service issues. After placing a $60 (with tip!) order, we received a plain cheese pizza inside a box marked for our Meatzza with double cheese along with the rest of our order. We called, nobody answered. We called again, and were placed on hold and forgotten about. We called a 3rd time, explained the situation again, and were met with one of the most apathetic customer service responses I've ever received. I would update this rating to a 1-star, except that our order was finally replaced, well over an hour later.

I've ordered from here for years. I love this place! My only suggestion is that the delivery service extend to Budget Inn. The app would not let me order delivery to there, so I had to use a domino's hotspot that was just 0.4 miles away at Super 8. I don't mind so much the walk but it's a little harder when I have to take my 5 year old with me and try to keep him from running out in the road while I'm trying to carry my order. Just a little bit further please. Love you guys though.

The guy that took my order went out of his way to make my visit pleasant..The cleanliness of the store and food preparation was not done professionally as to prevent cross contamination from touching money, food, boxes, cell phones..This needs improvement..My motto as a supervisor was always "you got time to lean, you got time to clean"..

Food has become very bad in last few years, it is a gamble if you order online if it goes thru and if you call them expect the managers to be rude over a issue the website tells you to call them. Last 4-6 orders have been very bad, almost gas station quality pizza. Workers don't care, mainly young kids and seems like some breaking bad characters

I love my local dominoes! The only reason I didn't give you all 5 stars was because when I went to redeem my first FREE (was not free) I was charged a 2.00$ Fee. Mind you I went by your guidelines and only put two toppings on my handmade pan pizza, like the instructions told me, yet I was still charged a 2.00 fee. So what's that all about dominos? After buying what seemed like a dozen pizzas to get one free one, you all charge me for being a loyal customer. Thank you...….Hence the sarcasm

The pizza is excellent! The service is excellent. Many of the menu items are really good and affordable too! The only thing I can complain about is a couple of different Domino's locations I ran into the issue of going to pick up my order and paying with my credit debit card. They cannot accept my card without my 3 digit PIN on the back. So I ended up having to go get cash and I wasn't real happy about that but other than that Dominos rocks!

Worst unprofessional pizza place I ever seen; Ordered two pizza's after a hour of waiting I called to check why my pizza never arrived they hung up on me. SO I Called back and sounded like about two or three of them laughing over it and then they said its still in the oven. So I tried to explain to them I was watching the tracker and it said it was checked ready for delivery a hour ago then some words was exchanged and two hours later they said my pizza was delivered but wasn't so I lost $40.00 so they could act goofy. So I would be very aware of Williamsburg Domino's Pizza.

Extremely extremely poor service. Did I say poor service? It took right at an hour to get an online CARRY-OUT order. Naturally it was wrong. I brought it to their attention. The kid began clicking furiously at cash register, which seemed to be an oddity to the staff. They all gathered around it and marveled in amazement. Even though there were two registers they all ignored the second one. I finally brought the order up on my phone and showed them my order was wrong. Then they looked at the box, which said 'no sausage".

Great 👍 👌. Food's good, delivery is once again an option. Hours are late and prices are low. One time I found something in my food that wasn't even food 😩 😒. I really am devastated about it and even more disappointed that no one contacted me back about this matter. I'd like to edit this review and let ppl know that Domino's cared about it but until that happens, if at all, I have to maintain my integrity and responsibility to the public. Very unfortunate 😕.

The pizza is almost always good from this location, but the customer service sometimes is lacking. This last visit, we used carside pickup as there was a special of 49% off for that location and the timeframe. However, the guy that brought it out didn't smile, didn't interact, just had the same sour look on his face the whole time, even though we tried to engage him by saying thank you, etc...

The store itself is fine, the food is almost always correct. However the app has been down for months, if not longer, and I’m not able to redeem a free pizza that I’ve had for a very long time. Just very inconvenient.

I had a great visit. I couldnt believe my puzza was done in 8 minutes. Walk in order and didn't call ahead. They staff helped me pick the best deal for the money. It was about 10:30pm and still a high speed crew.

So we live about 20 minutes from dominos an when we order are food they said it would BE A 2 HOUR WAIT . SO we just decided to do carry out. When we got there we were in a hurry an didn't check it because the boxes looked right. It was around 50 dollars paid drove all the way back home. NONE OF OUR ORDER WAS RIGHT NOTHING. WE CALL BACK THEY DON'T TRY TO MAKE IT RIGHT AN WE HAD TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY BACK. Just for them to act like we are a inconvenience. Great job Dominos. We order from there often but not anymore to many mess ups

I ordered a large deluxe pizza an I got a large pizza with sausage , onions , pepperoni, a few mushrooms an (4) LITERALLY (4) Jalapeno peppers that I asked to be put on extra . I asked for a supreme he said that's a deluxe I said okay so that comes with everything correct but it had no black olives or green peppers. So maybe that's not included in the deluxe I dont know .

Well, aside from one of our two pizzas being sliced half in squares, a quarter in tiny slices, and one Brooklyn style slice, they tasted great. (It made dividing the pizza evenly a pin but it's cool. We ordered Brooklyn style, so it's not like they didn't completely get it wrong....they still got that one good slice.As for picking it up, the cashier was a bit rude and unfriendly, maybe he was having a bad day, or the dreary weather outside was making him a littler moody, but either way, it was a bit of a pain all in all. Tasted great though, so there's that. I would have posted a picture but er ate the ugly part. Oh well. Lame.

They said my order was done so I drove to get it and low and behold i end up waiting twenty minutes on a “done” order. And even when I call them a second time to remind I continue being forced to wait another ten minutes on an order that should have been done ages ago. I get they probably have a lot of orders in this quarantine stuff but this is unacceptable. They should have just said it wasn’t done.
