When you enter the first set of doors, there is a poster about their service.The cashier did not meet those requirements. No smile, kinda gruff when talking to us, and didn't understand two of the orders.One order was made twice and they threw it away and another order was not made correctly.The place looked like a tornado came thru. Very dirty and messy. Not sure if we will stop by again when we drive through town.

Just from my experience, I would never order anything from there again. I work near by and stopped in for the flame burger and meat was hot on the inside and felt like it was microwaved. Salad, onions and tomatoes were soggy as if the burger was prepped for someone else and just heated up when I ordered. I couldn't eat it and had to throw it away. I do love DQ but not this location.

I have been to this restaurant several different times and had a few different experiences. Generally, the restaurant interior is clean, although a few times the tables have not been wiped down from the previous guests. My order has been accurate every time and fulfilled to standard. The customer service is not particularly friendly, however, it hasn't been unpleasant.My one wish would be for smaller sizes in some of their options, because I don't want the large portion sizes. For me, dairy Queen is a treat, but even the small size is far too large. I would actually go more often if they had smaller sizes. But I suppose it is what it is.Overall, if you are looking for a place to take your kids for a treat, the environment is decently clean and enjoyable. My kids have loved their daddy time at dairy Queen!

Lobby was closed for covid and my 40' camper wouldn't fit in the drive through. I had already promised my kids dq and it was raining so I didn't want to stand in line at the drive through. I gave them a call...they actually answered, made it simple and were as sweet as could be. And they have a nice big road to turn around on and park

The service was HORRIBLE! My husband got ketchup and mayo for him and since I'm on crutches I wanted hi I'm to go up and ask for the same for me. He asked a kind gentleman for some and she talked a of my husband already got some so he said,"sorry we are out of packets." She was so very rude. We will not be coming back. She gave him tartar sauce instead of mayo.

We ordered 2 combo burgers, large fries and drink. Order was almost $30We only got one burger, and the other was suppose to have pickles, they were out of pickles and didn’t tell us. I took it back in, they messed it up a second time, and gave us small fries when asked for fresh fries, even though we paid for large.I love Dairy Queen, but this experience with the Williamsburg, KY store was very unprofessional.

The drive thru attendant was too busy listening to herself talk to get our order correct. After the 4th time she was corrected we just took what she had put in. Then at the window she tried to give us something totally different. Poor Training, very poor supervision. Will NEVER go there again!!!!

During my visit it wasn't bust and all the food was fresh and the desired temperatures. The staff was friendly and polite. The restaurant looked clean in the dining area. The location is just off exit 11 on I 75, It is easily accessible.

Our experience here today was excellent. The Sunday after Thanksgiving is a crazy busy day for fast food places along major highways and this particular DQ was great. They were short staffed (unsurprisingly given the current work climate) but the 2 population working were awesome and pleasant and the food was hot and tasty. I want the gentleman in particular that was working today to know that we appreciate him.

Linda is just absolutely the worst. I usually come here about 3-4 times a week and recently her service has been so horrible, not friendly at all, if you go through the drive tru her attitude is 100x worst. Also just about anyone that works there in the mornings , they’re all very rude . Will never come here again. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

I haven't been to a DQ in years. The 3rd pound double burger was really good and juicy without the grease. The fries were also good without the grease. I liked the tray that the fries came in. Made it really easy to place in the car and not slide around any.

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger, they asked us if would mind to wait a few minutes to cook the burger. We said sure. When we got the burger it was very hot but not in a good way. The lettuce and tomato were super hot and nasty. The bun was hot and soggy. They nuked it in the microwave. Managers should train their staff to not microwave old food. I didn't eat it. Oh and the fries were hard and cold. I don't usually complain if my food is not the best but this was not edible.

Absolutely disappointing experience. Went through the drive thru and by the time the vehicle in front of us finally got their order, our ice cream was melted and runny. We gave it back to the kid in the window and he handed us back the same runny items. I have always enjoyed Dairy Queen and was less than impressed with the quality and service at this location and will not use or recommend them again. I know it might seem petty. But it gets old these places acting like it’s my privilege to spend my hard earned money with them. They need to realize that it’s a consumer driven market and shoddy products and services won’t be tolerated. It is a direct reflection of poor management.

Worst freaking dairy queen from GA to Ohio!!! There were literally 3 people on staff. The man took 10 min just to take my order. The people in front of me were back up complaining about their wait 15 min after I had been there. A woman taking the drive through orders stood there chatting with a man at the ice cream counter and never bothered to even help the 2 men in the kitchen. Once I got my order it was completely wrong but I was too pissed and had already wasted over 30 minutes of my time! Horrible horrible experience!
