Cashier very helpful. Shelves stocked but sale signs were all incorrect and one laundry basket in teal was not marked and they could not find a price for it at all. Left over half the items there due to pricing mistakes or no pricing at all.

Customer service is seriously lacking. There is obviously a management issue that has customers waiting in line for 10-12 minutes (sometimes longer) while there are associates stocking shelves, every time I visit. There are 3 stores near my location and all 3 have the same problem. The problem is not the checkout speed. Frequently, 9-10 customers are waiting in line to checkout with only one cashier, while a second cash register is closed. I have personally heard customers complain to each other about the lack of customer service nearly every time I visit. On a similar note, when a new hire begins they are very friendly. Within a few weeks the same employee is no longer friendly. I've seen this happen over and over again. As a final note, Dollar General is the last place I would go and would rather patronize Family Dollar or Wal-Mart before going to Dollar General.

Very nice people. They are friendly and helpful. Store is a bit old and dated. Selection and inventory aren't the best. Doing the best they can though, having trouble keeping staff.

It use to be the best dollar store to go to. Now when you go the shelves are empty, floors are piled up with boxes. Every time I have went in the past few months to get my cleaning supplies, laundry detergent and etc the shelves are empty. It's a shame how down hill that store has gone. I now make it a point to go to the Dollar Store in Pine Knot, KY.

Very nice employees. Did not seem to mind my questions. Definitely did not make me feel like I was a bother unlike the DG I shopped at (for the last time) the other day.

The girl working was very sweet and nice. I had a couple of questions and she didn't hesitate to help me. She didn't make me feel like I was bothering or aggravating her.

I stopped here and got a candy bar. Anytime I get a candy bar I am very happy. I love the Dollar general store. Easy in and out. My kind of store.

Big difference with new people working there. Very unorganized now. Never any carts in store now. Always long lines now. Big difference and not in a good way.

It's a hit or miss on whether you're going to find what you need in stock here. Their mobile coupons often don't work at this location and you don't have a large selection of items actually in stock.
