Have had to visit here both times we came to the area to camp. They have a huge selection of pretty much anything you need from batteries to ammo to tools and tarps. We have gotten camper supplies among other things. Prices are kind of high but convenience is worth it. Old regulator leaked and caught fire, old hose leaked, not a great trip haha

Big M Discount is located right beside of Hwy 27 in Whitley City Ky located in Mccreary County Ky. They have about anything that you can expect a hardware store to carry. They have plumbing, electrical, fencing, about any item you may need when doing a home repair. They are a STIHL chainsaw and weed eater dealer and repair/service. They make keys. Also they sell firearms and have a very large selection as wheel as name brand knives. The workers there are always very helpful in finding what you need.

The place is a little cramp and aisles are small but there is a lot of products to choose from. They got guns, electrical, tools to buy, etc so save yourself the drive to Lowes if you're like me and Lowes is a 45min drive to Somerset odds are they most likely have what you need.

Guns guns and more guns and people who KNOW guns. More Case knives than I ever thought possible and a real hardware store. Staff is very friendly and when I come to town it is always my first stop.

One of the biggest and best selections of guns around! Dave really knows his firearms! Lots of hard to find items here. Prices are reasonable on most things.

I was visiting from Texas and heard about their gun selection. Impressive would be an understatement. I bet they had more guns and knives on their shelves than Cabelas or Bass Pro. This in addition to being a full scale hardware store, makes this place a guys Mecca!

Mans little cave. Men have turned this little hardwood Place into their own personal Cave to get away from us women I think LO L... Friendly place lots of guy toys to keep them occupied for years. So ladys perfect daycare for ur husbands LOL... Mine seems toget lost for hours when we go.

Hard to get any help. Store is terribly disorganized. BUT they do have most things you need. (If you can find it) They sell alot of guns and big stuff. Safes, mowers, ect.

Big M Discount is a hardware/sporting goods store in Whitley City. They have a very big selection within the store. It is a licensed Stihl dealership, and they do work on any Stihl products...from chainsaws to weedeaters to leafblowers and everything in between. They also sell and pawn guns, of all kinds. They are very knowledgeable about anything and everything pertaining to items in the store. Having said all of that, the only reason i didnt give them 5 stars is because they are not the friendliest people i have ever encountered, not necessarily rude or mean...just not exactly friendly. They will answer any questions you might have but they usually dont check to make sure you are able to find the things you are looking for, you would have to seek a staff member out in order to ask about the location of a particular item.

Great place to find what you need for any of your housing, repairs, needing a water spicket to wash a car, water your animals, got just the right trap for any need, from the ordinary house mouse, to a bear still trap, or if you want a LIVE TRAP, got them too, the OWNER, the HELP is there for all your basic needs, help with whatever you need, & if you need any chain saw, weedeater, our equipment like that serviced or worked on? They can do it?
