The bathroom has water all over the floor from the toilet that isn't even connected. I almost slipped in the water. The rest of the store was clean. The employees were very friendly and helpful.

I liked that you are able to get through the aisles. However I think the store over orders. An the aisles are not labeled so finding everything is hard. A trip to this store should take a few minutes but because you can't find anything can take up to 20 minutes or more.

I was at the Dollar General at 10133 Main St, Whitesville, KY 42378 Wed, April 1st around 5:20pm purchasing goods from your establishment; while attempting to check out, one of my items did not include a price tag on the object. The cashier, Zoe, requested assistance from her manager, an older bald gentleman with a grayed beard, who came over and was disrespectful from the start. He insulted me for my choice in products purchased, going as far as berating me for my "non-essential goods" and for holding up the line. He then retrieved an item off the shelf although we offered to retrieve it ourselves and had similar products of the same price. With his return to the register he blamed us for creating a bigger line that he would then have to work himself at a different register. I do not appreciate being demonized for the type of product we wish to buy in such problematic time where I may only leave my home a minimal amount of times due to safety precautions. I do not expect to be harrassed and shouldn't have to worry when I wish to visit a Dollar General that I will be put on display in front of other customers by management of your company because of the product that you are selling and I wish to purchase.

Used to be the most lacking dollar General between Philpot, Whitesvillle, and Fordsville, but they just remodeled and it’s the most well organized, spaced, and stocked in the entire area including the ones in Owensboro.The staff is also incredibly friendly and will guide you to products if asked. Fantastic work, y’all!

Pert-neart any DG you wander in, you'll notice a friendly face and how easily you find what your after. Here in Whitesville, you'll notice that there's that really nice first impression as you enter. Folks there are always happy to help. If, per chance, you run in to "just see if they "have it", you'll find they carry most everything the "bigger stores" do, and that's ALWAYS a plus. We love our DG!!
