This was the first time being boarded for my dog, Bentley. I was very nervous about leaving him, but Waggin Tails made all my fears go away! The report cards in the morning and evening kept me informed about what was going on and how he was doing that day, and the pictures posted on social media made me SO relieved at the end of the day. Bentley had such a good time he even got to sit on the staff’s lap!! The staff did a great job and were able to answer all of my questions and concerns before, during, and after. If you love your furry friend, consider taking them to Waggin Tails in Whitesburg! I will definitely be bringing Bentley back!

I boarded my dog leia for the first time a few weeks ago. She is an anxious girl and I was very concerned with how she would do without me while on vacation. Nick did great and made sure both me and Leia were comfortable when I dropped her off. The staff sends updates on your pet throughout the day and takes plenty of pictures/videos during playtime. She is currently staying for a few days and once again the staff is doing fantastic! If you’re in the eastern Kentucky area this is the ONLY place I would consider boarding my pets. They’re never stuck in a kennel and the staff makes sure they’re always having a good time!

What an awesome place 10 out of 10! My German Shepard loves going here! Plus once she stayed I payed for her to be groomed once I picked her up and she was smelling good and happy! All the staff I met was so sweet and professional! They also have an app that keeps you up to date how my dog was doing and had lots of pictures of all the fun that she had!

Our dog loves Waggin Tails! She jumps out of the car and runs to the door as soon as we arrive. The staff is courteous, the price is great, and they post pictures every day to keep us updated while we are away!

I just picked up my boy Axel today, this was his first experience and he was so excited when we got there! We we’re greeted by staff and all the other doggos and you could feel the energy instantly, pure happiness from the pack and super friendly and helpful staff! I was nervous bringing him because he has bad separation anxiety, but surprisingly he didn’t even care when I left… Which was shocking! The staff also keep in contact and will let you know how your fur baby is doing. We had to extend his stay a night, and they we’re more then helpful working with us about it! This is really an amazing place for your pet especially with as caring as Tara and her crew are, they really have their hearts in loving your animals!

Bring your pet here. Staff is amazing! Super affordable and clean. My dog, a first timer, was given extra love and attention to calm his nerves and make his visit the best it could be! Full line of services from grooming to boarding. No one can groom my dog and they did! Looks great! So happy!

Tara and her staff do a fantastic job. It will be hard to find anyone else who cares so much for animals. She recently groomed mine and my grandma's dogs and she done an excellent job. This is the best place to have your done groomed in the local area. I would recommend them to anyone.

Although they were unable to groom my baby due to some infected wounds. Referred her to a vet. Employees were amazing with helling me get the care for her she needed. They clipped her nails and bathed her and didnt charge me anything. Can't wait to take her back for her grooming.

They shaved my sheltie (which you are not supposed to do on that breed) and I specifically asked her not to prior (I actually stated this multiple times because she kept bringing it up). I said the 3 main spots I wanting TRIMMED and she came back with my dog completely shaved other than his face. She told me after the fact that she had never groomed a dog of the sheltie breed. If she had said this before I would have just taken the bath that he received and left since Sheltie coats are tedious. I had taken him once prior to Waggin tails with no issue. I dont know if this person was new or did it on purpose since she kept saying "I would never do this on purpose" after. Regardless I was deeply upset with my experience here. I did receive my money back so thank you for that.
