So tired of calling this pharmacy and getting attitude from almost everyone who answers the phone. I have lost count of the times I’ve been interrupted mid sentence, just to have to repeat myself or call back afterwards because they wouldn’t listen to me the first time. They are typically always out of stock on at least one of my meds and it usually takes much longer for them to get them back in stock than they say it will. I understand that can be out of their control, but they should be upfront and inform customers of a realistic timeline on how long it’ll be before the medication is there so that we can send it somewhere else if needed.

Long wait time for medicine aside, they were extremely rude. We used this pharmacy instead of our normal pharmacy because it was closed today. We’ve never had a separate prescription plan for our medicine, it’s included in our medical plan, and have never had a problem when giving other pharmacies our insurance information. This time they kept asking for other information that we’ve never had to give before or even have access to instead of just trying to process our insurance. We learned from another pharmacist on staff that they could have processed it and looked up the information they needed. They just didn’t. We walked away with $200+ of medicine that should have costed us $50 max because they didn’t want to process our insurance that they themselves said that they accept. Will never be going back.

Wish I could give zero stars… no one I spoke to in line seemed to have a good experience either… Absolutely should not take 5 hours to fill a prescription…. It’s not like the medicine is made right there in Walgreens.😡

Wasted 45 minutes of my time tonight waiting on a SCHEDULED Covid vaccine. All while my husband and baby were waiting in the car. Took someone with three shots before me and asked me to come back tomorrow. Literally ridiculous.

On July 7th, placed a late order for morning pick-up. But email wanted me to come that night. Order was canceled because I could not come then. Policy says 72 hour hold for pick up. Employee told me on phone to pick up now or order will be cancel. He did not know the 72 hour policy. Therefore, I had to get back online and reorder after all over again and it takes me some time to do this. Aggravating for older people who are trying to order online for independence and not depend on others to do their shopping for them. Would help if employee knew the policy of the store. A kind no worries, morning pick-up will be fine, Would have been a nice.

They often have issues. Today I wasn’t allowed my prescription after waiting a week because THEIR computer changed my prescription to generic and my insurance wouldn’t accept the generic. It accepted and fulled the name brand last time the way my doctor wrote it. That isn’t even the real issue. After a week. I had to keep calling or showing up and kept being told differentl things by different associates and each would blame the previous or me and would drop attitude while doing it. Sorry goes a long way. So does good customer service. Someone should tell them

Avoid this place at all costs. They sold my wife a half bottle of cough syrup and refused to rectify the situation. I had to wait a half hour for them to even see me. There are better and more friendly places to purchase your medication.

Worst customer service based business I've ever delt with. The last 4 time I have had a prescription sent here it took more than 2 days to fill. I would come up and wait in a 30 min line, after recieving a notification that my prescription was ready for pick up just for them to tell me they don't have a prescription for me. So then I have to go back up there the next day, wait in another 30 min line just to get one prescription.

I went to get my medication to be told it was returned to stock. I asked for it to be refilled and they said it woukd be ready the next day. 3 days later I heard nothing so I called just to be told it was on backorder. No one bothered telling me and I have been out for several days and starting to get the withdrawal symptoms. Avoid this place at all cost. They do not care enough to communicate.

Was at window drive thru to pick up 3 medications that were expressed paid but was told they were closed at 10 pm. Granted I was at window at 9:59 but nobody was paying attention and I hurried after work to get there at that time. I can just use another pharmacy next time since nobody wanted to bother asking me what I needed!!

I have been using Walgreens pharmacy for 20 years then moved out here and had to suffer the horrible horrible service they call a store. The shorted me on my physc meds THAT I LITERALLY CAN NOT GO WITHOUT multiple times. They never answer a call center does and they have no idea what's going on they'll tell you meds are ready when theyre not, that you have meds you don't, and tell you different pick up dates everytime. This is the absolute WORST establishment I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing all the way across the board. I hope they shut down.

I have never had so much disrespect done to me As severe as today by the assistant manager at this Walgreens!! I spent 2 hours inside getting a basket full of items, went to check out, gave them my coupons, and I'm not sure what happened but my coupons didn't scan... We waited and waited... The assistant manager now says, that's what the total is take it or leave it... Take it or leave it?? Is that customer service?? Is that how a person in a management position should talk to a customer?? He also told me that maybe I shouldn't use so many coupons and buy so much stuff at one time if it's going to hold up the system.... I had 14 items... NEVER AGAIN!! I HAVE BEEN OR WAS A CUSTOMER OF WALGREENS FOR OVER 20 YEARS I NEVER WENT TO CVS OR RITE AID!! FORGET THAT!! Such blatant disrespect is pathetic. No one knows how to do good business anymore.

Erin, the pharmacist, was amazing. She took time to answer my questions and was so sweet and polite. However....the tech I dealt with was not friendly at all and acted like she was mad and didn't want to be there.I don't remember her name..wish I did.

This place is slow 80% of the time I go to pick up my Medication. They don't keep one of my very important medication in stock because of the cost. I have complained several time and all I get is Sorry. I've been going there for the past 5 years. They have been better in the passed. Now I am disgusted with them. As soon as I can find another pharmacy that gives me results than excuses, I'm gone!

Hours after my dr sends in my medicine it's still not ready. The drive thru you're sitting in line for at least 20 minutes minimum. They never have medicine ready.

I was surprised to see a few negative reviews. Altho i don't use prescription services, the staff has been SO kind and helpful when I am there for my OTC NEEDS. Compared to the other Walgreens the staff here has my hands down appeoval for gold stars all around and my many many thanks

The pharmacy is so bad, so so bad. I have never had a bad experience at other locations. The techs are rude and not properly trained, I expect an issue every month when I pick up my script and there's always an issue.

Since rite aide closed and walgreens took over, pharmacy service has went down hill. Every time I submit a prescription or refill, when I go to pick it up its never ready on time and I am told the same thing. It will be 15 to 20 minutes. Today was the same. My refill was submitted at 9 pm yesterday through the app, I set the pick up time for 1pm. I called at 11 am today to make sure it would be ready and the recorded message stated it would be ready for pickup at 1 pm. So my wife whom works in Mt. Washington went to get my refill at 1:10 pm only to be told it will be 15 to 20 minutes. This is really a problem now since we live 20 miles from there.Who wants to wait 20 minutes when you just got off from work. Im done with this, finding another pharmacy.

Surly pharmacist, the pharmacy itself closes randomly, especially when you need a prescription filled. I'm so sick of the way Walgreens treats its customers.I have to apologize, I initially called out the head pharmacist and it turns out it was a regular pharmacist. The head pharmacist is actually very nice.

Worst place to get a prescription filled, if they are out of a medicine they don't even call you to let you know you have to get in touch with them. The pharmacy has very poor customer service. The rest of the store is fine, friendly staff

Pharmacy is very slow with service. Took 45 minutes to pick up meds that were called in 3 hours earlier. Then used a lame excuse, not realizing I was parked in view of the drive through the entire time.

When my grandma and I went in to get ice cream, we got the caramel one so we went back in to get another one since she doesn't like caramel. Well she came to the counter with Riki and Michelle let her know it had Carmel it it so after 3 receipts we finally got our KitKat ice cream.

This pharmacy is a joke! Even after 8-10 hours after doctor sends prescription it’s “not ready” or “their system went down”. No way that happens 2-3 a month! I wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy to anyone!!!

Pharmacy routinely gives children's prescriptions without any medicine dropper/measurement spoon to be able to give child the prescription. I have never had an item on sale with a yellow tag ring up for the marked price, it always rings up for the original full price. I'm more of a fan of cvs, but this Walgreens is the worst Walgreens I've been to out of 6 states.

I looked online Sunday hours are closes at 10:00 pm got there at 9:40 pm there was a customer checking out and the doors were locked, closed early. I guess you can't rely on the hours, start going to Kroger

Walgreens in Mt Washington Ky is the best ! the staff is all great especially the young lady Mechelle (don't know her last name) but she was so sweet to my granddaughter that has Autism , and always so helpful too every time we come on there ,
