I'm new to pampering my pet, but I don't believe there's a better place to take your dog to get groomed. We are so pleased with the job the ladies did with our Reyna. Her nails are perfect, her haircut wonderful, she smells great, and the 2 bows/ scarf were a great touch (she was not a fan of the hair accessories but we enjoyed them while they lasted). Here are 2 before and 2 after pictures. You all did exactly what we asked for! We can't thank you enough for a job well done, so I guess I'll be driving to Mt. Washington for Reynas grooming needs! #1 in my book!

We LOVE Miss Lil’s. Our little 6lb Chinese Crested Powder Puff, Yuri, gets such excellent care, we won’t take her anywhere else. She just loves getting pampered there. Highly recommended!

I just took my dog there today for the first time and they are awesome! Maria is an absolute delight and Ashley, who groomed my cranky old dog, was super patient with him and did an amazing job! I highly recommend Miss Lili's - we will be back again soon!

This was our first time and my Maggie has bad knees. Miss Ashley was so kind and told us she would take special care of our Maggie and she did just that. We will definitely be continuing to take her to Miss Lillys with Ashley. Thank youOur furbaby looked amazing ❤️

After receiving a phone call, apology, and assurance from the owner, I decided to one last time to have my dog groomed. I have to say that Ashley groomed him and everything was done perfectly! I will continue to take my pup and recommend this salon as they have undoubtedly stepped up their game. I will be back to give 5 stars once this trend continues.Let me start by saying they are super friendly and my pup seems happy while he is there however, the first time I took my baby his cut was extremely uneven, his ears weren’t plucked and being the type of dog that he is that is super important to avoid growth of yeast and bacteria that causes ear infections. I took photos and when I returned for his second visit I addressed my concerns and was assured that he would receive better service. I picked him up the second time and the cut was much better but his ears were still just trimmed and not plucked and when I got home I had to trim around his hind end for sanitary purposes. All and all they improve so I returned again today for his third and more than likely last visit and AGAIN his cut was super uneven. I brought up some of this while still at the salon and was told that she basically didn’t have some of the tools needed to cut him smoothly because those “clippers are expensive” 🤨! She took him back and touched up the obvious but once I was able to give him a thorough look at home he was still pretty uneven and his hind end was long and ears again weren’t plucked. I spent another hour at home touching up what I could. It is kind of like they are herding cattle; I appreciate a timely groom but if the quality isn’t up to par I would rather you take the time and do it correctly even if he is there longer. I’ve used other groomers in the past and I’ve never seen them finish in the short amount of time that this salon does. A bit of advice, sloooow down and make that the cut is a great one each and every time.

I pass by their old location every day so when my other groomer became too expensive I decided to try it. Its reasonably priced and the owners are kind. Receipts and reminders come via email which is very convenient. They are efficient and always call about 20 minutes before they are done so my dog isn't stuck in an unfamiliar kennel all day. Their new location makes the experience even better!

I've been coming here for years and have been very satisfied with the grooming my Schnauzer, my mix, and my daughter's little mix. They're quick too so my dogs don't wait in kennels all day. They call me 30 minutes before they're finished. I cannot remember anytime my dogs were hurt either unlike other places I've used in the past. Miss lilis is the only place I will go. It's family run. I do recommend them.

Miss Lily's is a great groomer. Ashley does our little Yorkie and she always looks beautiful. Must make an appointment though, they are very busy.

We get our dogs nails trimmed every two weeks or so here. We get in and out in only a few minutes and don't require an appointment. They are always friendly.

Awesome experience over and over again they treat me as a handicap veteran with the utmost respect and where I am in a wheelchair and can’t really access the building they come out and get my dogs and bring them right back to my vehicle this business treat me and my dogs the way people and animals should be treated with kindness and respect. Love this place and cannot speak highly enough of the owners and staff.

The owners are lovely and they treat your pets like a spa day.. Your pet has their own groomer and you get an email on how your pets appointment went.

Prices are reasonable but the experience left my Yorkie with trimmer scratches, uneven nails and my grooming requests were not honored to simply have a snout and nail trim. Overall, I would not recommend this place.

Took my two cocker spaniel and my new puppy a german shepherd they all where very happy and clean, they took good care of them, they did everything that I requested, they are really nice peoples, I definitely recommend this place prices are very reasonable.
