I went, and it sprayed soap on my car, BUT it didn't rinse it off. There were 2 numbers on the windows, and neither worked. I called Mike twice at Mic-Zee's site and still haven't heard back from him. I had to go through the hand held area and rinse the soap off my car. This is the second time this has happened.

I’ll be so glad when the other car washes being built open in Mount Washington. I have used Mic Zee’s for many years as it was the only option. It’s never been a great car wash frankly. I just went through the touchless wash where little to no soap was applied, the tri foam was barely a duo foam & the sealant was nonexistent. After I exited the car wash, I saw an elderly man in a minivan come out of a car wash with soap all over his van if you can’t maintain the equipment 24/7, then you probably should not operate a car wash.

Tried to use the touchpess and wouldn’t work. Used the Bay Area and when I turned it to spotless rinse nothing would come out. It was very frustrating after having to pay $10.00 and the. It not work.

This used to be the best car wash in town around in my opinion. With that being said, not anymore. The past 3 times I have been there something ends up taking my money. The 1st bay in the very back got me for a car wash which was over 10 bucks. The vacuum and the self service wash bay got me as well. The soap barely sprays and the driers suck. I have left there after washing my car and went somewhere else because my car was still dirty and a bunch of spots weren't even touched. Sadly, I will not return here nor would I ever recommend it.

Pass this business up no working phone numbers posted you have to look them up and none of them work. The auto zone has no affiliation with this business so when it does not work and just takes your money and literally nothing happens other than it just sits there and then opens the door after take your $11 for it new rate increased ultimate wash and your are left with no one to contact and a dirty car. This place is a rip off take your car somewhere else. What a shame people get away with this type of unprofessional service and the customer is left with nothing. I only wish there was a zero star rating to chose from for that is what it deserves.

Went tonight at about 9:30 to 10ish and did touchless wash. I've tried it one other time and liked the wash, so i came back to do it again. Well this time was a huge fail. I will not be back again. I paid $11 for the touchless full package. Pulled in and got the undercarriage wash an it beeped at me to stop, then the rinse cycle came on and then it stopped and told me thank you pull out. So, it took my money and i figured ok its a mess up. So i pulled around again to the second set of automatic washes and chose the first bay. I picked the $10 wash as i wanted the dryer and the $8 didn't offer that. Well it processed forever and never told me to pull forward, nothing ever lit up telling me to pull in and I decided to just leave at this point. My car was no where near clean. I learned my lesson now and wont be returning again.

Paid $10 for the works and it just sprayed water on my vehicle and told me good day. Another guy and I have been calling and we just get hung up on. All the hang wash stations leak water and soap all over you.

I absolutely love this car wash!!!! I wash my truck alot! Sometimes twice a week. I have been to many area car washes, that don't hold up to my standards. I use the touchless wash bay. It is really reasonably priced and does an excellent job. I am very particular about my wash, and this is the best in Bullitt county.

My car was dirty after the wash. I selected the top choice and rims were filthy as well as several areas such as along window edges looked untouched. Waste of $11.

I've used this place twice. The first was completely normal. The second time however, the machine malfunctioned and would either tell me I was too far forward or back, and never registered me hitting the place it wanted me to be despite repeated slow attempts. The door in front of my car was shut, so I finally backed out and went someplace else.
