I stop everyday for Starbucks before work and often breakfast for my Teams. Today was horrible at Starbucks. I ordered ahead online..he started my green tea FRAPPUCCINO a few minutes after I arrived to the store. When he poured my green tea FRAPPUCCINO..he realized it didn't fill the venti cup...so he had to make more. He set my frap on counter as he started making more to fill my cup. He them stops, waits on people at counter. Makes their coffee and sandwiches ...all while my FRAPPUCCINO is sitting there waiting for him to make more to fill my cup. He waited on someone else and I am still standing there...I finally approached him and said I didn't want the Frap that set there now melting ...and not even him preparing it to be filled in line of my order before helping other customers. He began to argue with me that he had it in progress... and I left. Thanks for the poor service to someone who is here daily..not only for Starbucks but food....especially ordering ahead.

The kroger click list team is a joke in this place. I don't know if the guys who bring out the orders are the same ones that pick them, But the guys who bring out the orders are phenomenal. They are always friendly and they're fast. However, whoever is picking the orders and the management that is overseeing These people need to be retrained. I am constantly missing items that I was not informed of, On several occasions I have been missing items that I didn't even Receive but I was charged for them. Sometimes I even receive a product that's not even remotely close to what I ask for this place isn't absolute joke get with the program kroger.

I spend over 1500 a month at the mt Washington Kroger and I cant get one cashier to bag my things. I'll have a full cart of items on the table and there done scanning.instead of bagging my items they allow my items to be smashed. They just stand there staring waiting for me to bag everything and somehow pay at the same time while theres a whole cart of stuff waiting to be bagged. I will never go back to Kroger ever my money will go to another grocery store like Walmart or mejiers that is way more professional I dont care if something's does cost more . You will never see my 1500 a month again Kroger goodbye for good thank God

On October 31st, 2022, at 610pm I took this amazing photo of your store. Afterward, I went into the produce dept in the store. I was on the phone with my mother. I saw the display for mini peppers was empty, and touched the box under it to see if there were more on the second layer. A heavyset, older woman in an apron loudly accosted me from about 20’ away…actually scaring me and my mother, who heard it clearly on the phone! She said. “HEY LADY, DON’T TOUCH THAT BOX! WHAT DO YOU WANT?” I was taken aback by her verbal assault… but she did direct me to the peppers in the far wall. Afterward, she continued to mutter under her breath like a crazy person. I was about to go across the street to the ValueMart where they are always very friendly…but there was something in particular I needed from Kroger so I stayed. I’m glad I did because when I went to the meat counter, they were out of the advertised special that I wanted on pork chops. I stopped a female worker in a white coat with a “Victor” nametag…she was impersonating the meat dept manager for her Halloween costume and she tried to help me anyway. When she couldn’t, she found a meat dept worker to bring out more of the specially packaged chops. They both had such a delightful attitude, friendliness and willingness to help, that it more than made up for the rude lady in produce. They deserve special kudos for going the extra mile for a customer…and that rude woman needs some training. Sorry I didn’t get to this in time so you could review video…she startled everyone in the produce dept. with her unnecessary and rude tantrum.

If I could I’d leave -1 star(s) because the staff was rude! Purchased a lottery ticket and the machine took my $20 and they said they couldn’t help! Waited almost 4 hours in line for the pharmacy and then even accused me of stealing afterwards leaving the store. This place is a joke; Highly recommend Anderson Kroger!

It looked like everyone in Mt Washington did too:)Pros:*Employees were speedy and efficient*We found the item we were looking for finally at this Kroger*Unique items vs a Walmart*Free wifiCons:*Across the Kroger chain, to get the good deals, you must sign up for their card.*Lots of deals are you must buy multiple items in order to get the deal.*Pricing is typically higher than Walmart.

I’m would give this pharmacy 0 Stars if I could. I have called the pharmacy on 3 different occasions and no one ever answers it just goes to a voicemail. I have left all my information for them to call back and they never have so far. I look on the app and it shows prescriptions are being denied or days to get them have been changed for no apparent reason. They had on to this Kroger to make the Pharmacy larger and with a drive up. The drive through is hardly ever open and they only have one lane open at a time. They make it larger but still don’t have enough people to fill it. I would move to a different pharmacy but my insurance gives the best deal through them. Worst Pharmacy ever.

The only reason I gave them one star is because it wouldn't let me give none. I am sick of their TERRIBLE clicklist service. Third time in a row I'm missing items. First they tried to lie and say they were out. Didn't know I was just in there. Then, they couldn't go get what I ordered. Terrible service. Complete joke.

Inside is wonderful. Don't order delivery, or pick up. Delivery I was charged and even though the shopper marked as delivery, I called and instacart showed the shopper was still at the store and wouldn't answer phone. Never got order, plus 18 days later still not refunded. Pick up never ready during the hour, and even though you put in on your way, and how far away you are they don't text/call etc. Or place on your order to let you know. I think I was one of the first persons that ever did pick up started at Walmart several years before covid, and lived in different states including before, and every other place including Publix would notify you if your order will not be ready, and what time to arrive. Almost 30 minutes past delivery hour, cars are pulling, and still no groceries. Hands are tied since we live in Mt Washington..

The store is clean and the staff are friendly. They do run out of sale items, but for the most part they have what i go for. My only real complaint is some staff will give you a rain check on sale items but others will say they can't. Each time I've gotten a rain check it's been from a manager so i assume that means they can do this, so why others who aren't managers say no i don't understand. The pharmacy is a whole other issue. They used to be really good but of late they have been bad enough I now use a different pharmacy. I can handle a lot but being lied to and made to wait more than 45 mins for a medication that was supposed to already be ready are deal breakers for me. They have also given me the wrong medication, that was a first! I miss those fuel points but again not worth it anymore.

This Kroger has gone downhill in the last two years. The Pickup went from very fast to the slowest ever. Today I waited 46 minutes to get my order even though there were only 4 cars in front of me. I had to call the manager to get them to serve me. I could have gone inside and shopped faster than that. I think I will take my business to Taylorsville instead.Update, 7 months have passed and it's still the same thing. Got here at 5:00 on time nobody was here they said the order wasn't ready and to come back at 6:00. Came back at 6:20, it is currently 7:08 and still don't have my order but some people who have got here way after me have gotten their order. They obviously don't have a system only one guy is working and he's new avoid this placeat al cost.P.S. There has been a girl here longer than me and she still hasn't gotten her order.Update 7:30 still here, can't get ahold of nobody in the store. I had to let the guy behind me out because he got tired of waiting.

The staff are always helpful in locating things. The produce is well priced and fresh. They have a sizeable natural selection for the hippies in all of us. Their Kroger member deals seem to be very good especially on meat and sea food.

Ordered click list as usual, came for 8-9AM pickup (got here at 8:55AM) and they said they could not find my order. Left me in the lane, and continued with everyone around me. Frustrating for gave them name and even offered to give them the order number, said couldn't locate. Finally after calling them again, and spelling our last name, "oh, here it is, we do have it." It's 9:54AM and they just came back to my car to confirm pickup...an hour.Most customer service works with the original customer until resolved instead of passing on them, just not ideal. Was told, "it's due to us only having 2 workers and one is on her second day." Just own the issue, don't make an excuse. This is the second time they've "lost" the order.

Great people there, clean store, well stocked. Not enough workers and the good leaving during to poor managers. Kroger's also trying to be cheap with using prepackaged meats, which is done in California so freshness goes out the window for sake of saving money. Meats turn brown from poor wrapping, then tossed in dumpster. Shameful.

I love this Kroger! The workers are exceptional ..always very friendly and helpful and always busy working hard .. doing their jobs!
