Attempted to shop here but after opening the door someone immediately yelled at me to “hurry up get in and don’t let my dogs out, shut the door hurry up” as two dogs ran at me and my son. At first I thought it might be a large 4 year old with a deep voice due to their inability to communicate like a respectable adult, but upon confirming that wasn’t the case I left.

The most rude and profound man I have ever come across. Especially one who is trying to earn business as a retailer. I have spent thousands of dollars at gun shops all over Ohio and Kentucky and am always treated well. This guy acted like I owed him something from the time I walked in the door and I was only there to check it out and bring my future business to the small local shop. Will never darken the door again and will make sure no one I know ever does.

Last year I was finishing a build and realized I didn't have a crush washer. I went in and asked if he had a spare one he could sell me, and he gave me one for free. So today I needed to buy something else, so I went there. Good guy, good selection, good prices.

Walked in today for first time with nothing particular in mind to buy and stumbled across a somewhat hard to find Reloading powder. Asked few questions about various procedures on purchasing suppressor. John, was extremely helpful. He is a humble guy and at same time I can tell he is blunt, honest man. Showed up this morning to go look around and the door was locked when the hours said it would be open, when he finally came outside he told me to turn my truck off because " it was stinking up the store " so I just turned around and left all the reviews of people saying he's rude and nasty are spot on

Always had a good experience at Crossroads. Nice little shop with a decent selection of handguns and nicer shotguns. Not really the place to go for modern sporting rifles, not much in the way of AR inventory, but that's okay. Owner has always been fair and friendly with my wife and I. We took our CCDW test through his shop. I don't care what anybody says about him being rude. This is a great asset to have in our little town.

Had the unfortunate experience of meeting this hateful, evil man. He accused me of lying about my terminal illness. I was a Customer service trainer for over 20 years. I would think the sad excuse of a human that he is, would read all these comments and realize he’s not liked at all in this community! I would never purchase anything from someone so evil.

Went in to sale a gun because I was struggling. it was AR 15 Smith and Wesson with green dot scope, he offered 200 dollars unfortunately I accepted do to my situation,and I believe he seen that and took complete advantage of me. this man is a know it all and does not care for anyone other than his labs so if you are wanting to sell a gun he will screw you DO YOUR RESEARCH unfortunately I did not

I will never go back here again. The owner is super rude, the hours listed on the door are false, (I think it's only open one day a week) and the ammo is way overpriced.I will Instead make the drive to Elizabethtown Gun and Sporting, or Kentucky Gun Co.
