I have a golden and a frenchie and whether I bring them for a bath and brush, full groom, or just their nails, it’s ALWAYS a great experience. From staff to service this is one of the best groomers I’ve been to nationwide. Keep up the great work ladies!

Had to find a new groomer. Critter Connection came highly recommended through a community site on social media. Got an appointment within 3 days. She looked very pretty. I can tell they treated Gracie well. She was not anxious at scared when I picked her up. It’s only 8 minutes from my house, and I love that convenience. Happy with our new groomer. Love the bows🎀🎀🐾🐾

We had never been to a groomer before (yorkie, 6 months) and did not know what to expect. The ladies here were so sweet and helpful. They explained the process and even taught me something new. I was late picking up (sorry and won’t happen again!) and they were just so nice. My girl, Peaches, looked so good and smelled so nice! Highly recommend them!

I have a ton of experience with multiple groomers in this area. Critter Connection has the nicest staff, never crowded inside, always prepared for my golden doodles appointment. No ear problems when he gets home (which is a huge issue for golden doodles). He also always smells clean, always gets a bandana from CC, and his fur is always trimmed better than any place else. There’s no comparison going elsewhere. Set your appointments ahead of time because everyone else is on the same page as me so this place is busy!! 10/10 experience for the 10th time at least.

There's not much to say other than now they're so busy it's hard to get in if you want a full grooming service-which is good for business. I love the lady with the black hair at the front desk, she's always so welcoming and friendly with our heathen (bernese Mt dog). Every time I call, they do their best to get her in if it's a quick bathe. Most of the people working are smiling and welcoming. I know my pup is happy to go and she looks beautiful for all of the 2 seconds we get her back home.

Top notch service for our English Lab in all categories! Boarding, bathing, grooming, and even a purple tail requested by my littles! They love your pets equally as you, if not better! CPR certified and knowledgeable in most medical/critical situations. A great rapport with local vets in case of emergency. Highly recommend!

Only the best for our pup and that’s what we get at Critter Connection! Highly recommend for your high maintenance pups to your low maintenance pups! Ex: Our English lab is low maintenance. She gets shaved, bathed, expressed, and clipped! While her hair doesn’t require doodle attention, the shave down has been a life saver for the vacuum and her on these hot summer days 😂

I drive there from Riverport and I go to pay when I realize I left my wallet at the house. I had someone run me some cash and I saw quite a bit of traffic come and go while I set and wait. There were a few that left alone and the majority were in pairs. All clean and well groomed. When I say that each one has their own signature cut and style. One pair looked like they were ready to go on stage to play in Grease, another pair maybe it was gunsmoke but every last dog all acted the exact same way. They were all happy, excited and jumping with joy. They put off a glow and we're grinning ear to ear.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ On everything!!Best Overall I've ever seen!! Super impressed 👍

Unfortunately I will not be taking my baby to this place anymore. My husband took our pug in for a nail trim, and when the worker brought our dog back out they said he was “a little dramatic.” I took it as a funny little comment, because he is a pug so I know he will scream and squirm as if he were being murdered when you try to touch his nails. However, when they got home my husband noticed that the white blanket in our car had blood all over it. Turns out they nicked at least two of his nails down to the quick (it was quite a bit of blood). I totally understand that accidents happen, especially when a pug is wiggling and screaming. But they didn’t apply any powder to clot it, they didn’t tell us it happened, they didn’t apologize, and instead they walked out and called him “dramatic.”

They did a fantastic job with my puppy’s haircut, he smells and looks great! I’m not so sure I’ll be coming back to this place unless I can’t get into my regular groomers. They told me over the phone the price would be about $40 for a 4 lb dog, but my fiancé can back and informed me it was almost $60.

100% recommend. From the internal perspective I’ve never met a more dog/cat loving group of people. The care & concern the staff has for the pet visiting is exceptional. If only we didn’t have to deal with the few & far between unruly pet owners. 10/10. Highly recommend if you want your pets cuddled, loved on, talked to & groomed to a certain standard. ❤️🐾

They did a very good job of grooming my dog. The only negative is they did not file her nails after they trimmed them, so her nails are still very sharp even though they're short. However, I would definitely recommend this place.

Worst experience ever. They did not bathe my dog at all still the same dirt as before I sent my dog. my dogs nails were split after they cut his nail also. I use to like this place this is where my mom use to bring her dogs when I was a kid. I do not recommend them to anyone if you love your dogs.

I took my dog to be groomed by them for about a year. At first he loved to go, he was happy and would go to the back willingly when I would drop him off. However, the last 3 visits, my dog would begin to panic when we would pull up. He would try to run out the front door when it was time for them to take him back. The way the girl at the front desk manhandled my dog to get him to go back into the back was uncalled for. I would rethink taking your dogs here.
