I really dislike giving tough reviews. Especially when it's in my little town. But, I have to call em like I see em. Or I wouldn't be helping anyone. So I am aware that at any job on the low end of the payscale is going to have high turnover. But that doesn't explain rudeness, favoritism, (I'll explain) or anything besides technical issues. Now, when you walk in there and there are 20 people getting polar pops, and only 4 people are charged for them. It's kind of depressing to be one of the few that had to pay. What did I Or didn't I do that I'm not cool? And it would be one thing if it was just one or two people. No, it's all the time even when the manager is standing right there. But, sorry for going on a tangent there. But I really wanted to get this point heard fully. Have a great day, and see where the road takes you!

I never had issues in this Circle K, but tonight's girl 11/14 @ 7:12 PM need rush a course of manners and Customer Service. I get it, it's hard to hire good talent today's day. But don't someone like her trash your buisness.

Every time I go in to this store, they have a new ,very intoxicated thing employee in there who is so high they cannot properly ring up my order. It's so bad ,I've just complained about it on their corporate website and no, I'm not a "Karen" or someone who complains at all, without it being necessary. The third shift employee is the worst, as she can not function. She often has the doors locked, and again, even when they are open, she is so high she can not properly ring you up or retrieve the items you have asked for ie. Cigarettes, gas pump preset. It's gotten to the point ,I will not be going back and I live 5 minutes from the location. 👎 Thumbs WAY down .

There’s a specific girl who works here and I’ve been in here twice and she’s very lazy of wanting to cash people out. The first time she’s was on her phone complaining how she can’t do anything cause she’s pregnant. The second time she’s talking to another man and didn’t care to cash me out and recommend me using the self check out, which I didn’t want to cause last time she MADE me and my husband use it she didn’t even care to explain how to use it she’s very unprofessional, seems to hate her job and proud of it.

On Wednesday early evening, the lone employee working when I was there refused to wait on the many customers waiting to go into the store while she was breaking down boxes behind the service counter for 20 minutes.I purchased the sip and save discount last month and several times at this.location I could not use the app I paid for because the computer system wouldn't give ANYONE the prepaid discount. On my second purchase of the sip and save, I couldn't redeem my drink because if the comment above. The following morning I couldn't use it because the employee that rang up my prepay order didn't enter it correctly. The employee wished me luck in getting the err straighted out.What ever happened to customer service?

Last night I was here recieved one of the rudest experiences in patronship I've ever had. The man next in line held the door open for someone leaving, and the cashier told me to hurry up because she "has to get these people out of here" while I understand the 10 person limit, me cutting in line was not the solution to her problems. I was explaining why I was hanging back and she continued to talk over me the ENTIRE exchange. This cashier is an older lady that is consistently unpleasant each visit I take. Last night's rudeness was the last straw, this gas station has lost my business.

Tried for a long time to sign up for the easy pay card thinking I would save a few pennies. The cashier was great and tried to help but to no avail. After a while we learned that youbhad to get a card from behind the counter.After getting the card and entering a significant amount if information I find outbthis is not a rewards card at all. It is linked to your bank account.Sorry but ill keep my bank account information and you can keep your rewards. I have multiple other reward cards that are happy for me to spend my money with their establishment and don't ask for my banking information.Not a bad store but pretty misleading signage. Made me and a few others think we were signing up for rewards only to find out that this is basically a way for the company to get your banking information.Not interested.

I have been a loyal customer of circle K for many years now, ever since the one opened in Mt. Washington, ky I've only shopped at that store. I purchase all my gas from the store, as well as go in daily for cigarettes and ice. I have been getting ice there for well over four years now and I am known as the ice lady. I get one of the bags that holds 2 polar pop cups. I use one cup and fill the bag up with ice. I do this almost daily at this store, as well as countless other circle k's with nothing ever said. Jay is the new manager at this location and tonight he came up to me and very loudly said i should be chargered for at least 4 or 5 cups of ice and from now on i would be. I know he was well aware of the fact i get this amount of ice because the old manager joked with me while he was training Jay, saying she's in here everyday. Nothing ever said about the price, until tonight. I have two problems with this. The fact he said this very loudly and with a very mean tone. Secondly, the bag holds 2 cups, not four or five. I would have no problem paying for 2 cups even though I'm only getting one cup, the rest is ice which is free most places. He's losing no money by me getting ice. The bags are free, and I'm only getting one cup, not straws no lids, just one cup and ice. I average $10 a day or more, that isn't including the gas. By coming to me in an extremely unprofessional manor he has lost a lot more money than i could ever get in just ice. I will now spend my money at kroger for gas and speedway for my cigarettes and ice. Aside from tonight there have been many times I've had to stand in a line of 5 plus people because there was only one cashier, yet three or more staff running around. I have had to wipe down the area around the polar pops because the counter was filthy and there was only one cashier there and they couldn't get to their tasks, I've had to make my own coffee for this same reason. The floors are often wet and dirty, the bathrooms nasty enough i refused to use them. All of this has never been an issue because the staff was always professional and nice to me. They all know me by name or at least nick name. So to be treated this way by a new manager, upsets me and i can honestly say i will never shop in that store while he works there. For a store manager to be that rude over ice blows my mind. Their job is customer service, without the customers you can not provide service and he is without a job. And the man that works night shift makes me feel uneasy. He stares at all the females that come in and makes comments to his friend he talks to. I have even heard him talking about other female staff members, talking about their person lives.
