This dollar store is the most unprofessional one I've ever been to. The workers are rude, the boss seems to be ok with letting certain activity go on in the store. I will continue to call cooperate until something is done. This is a small town and for speaking up you will be ban from the store but I quit shopping there anyway so.... the boss should be ashamed unless she to does the same.

I usually have no issues with this store but I have noticed that my last few visits just have been disappointing. They have gone thir so many employees here lately, so many to where I won't return.There's a new worker named Cassie an not only did she disrespect employees in front of customers, she was rude herself. Is this what your company represents?! I don't know how she got the job....pitiful but ill take my business else where!

Love the new store. Its cleaner and more organized. I wish I could rate it a 5. But service is still the same. A line full of people 3 or people behind the counter. 1 person taking care of a long line. The other two complaining about another employee. Completely unprofessional with a store full of people within ear shot of that conversation.

Very UNPROFESSIONAL. GOD forbid a CHOLD uses the bathroom there you don’t know what they might FIND from THEIR “EMPLOYEES”. I would give them a -10 If I could.

Very nasty tell my self and disabled veteran husband the store close at 5 pm nowAnd I ask why ? Frist the store close at 8 pm and now due to the fact I can not not see the pice of paper that is orange and poorly written in the right door you can not see it from your car say it now close at 5 pmVery nasty attitude and the person that came to the door was male no mask and bad attitudeAnd every time I have been in the store before thisThe staff have the mask half off thier face and the store has been dirty and never see the on long line wip any thing down like the card reader and pin pad and never wipe carts nasty the is cov19I think I will be turn them in

Made quick stop for pants. They don't carry size 16 for boys and they didn't have any size small in men's. Found one medium in men's. Otherwise clean store and friendly staff!

Rude. Nasty. You are the one who chooses to work at Family Dollar, if you hate working there so much and waiting on people is such an inconvenience for you, you should try to find another job. Good luck finding one that allows you to have your head phones on, smoking by the door, while customers are trying to pass by. Sad.

The new store manager is rude,and has an attitude of her way or no way. I walked to the back of the store to use the restroom to find the door locked. I walked back up front to ask if I need a key,and the new manager told me she dont let people use the bathroom to stop the theft in the store. I'm a 53 year old small business owner,and was dressed in mechanics uniform,so I asked her if I looked like a theif? I never before had to ask to use the restroom in the Warsaw store,but I spent alot of money in the store in the past,and I won't shop there anymore. If a 53 year old man,with a 53 year old prostate can't use the restroom if needed when I shop.....then I won't be back. Sincerely. Roger DeWald

"Reduced hours due to staffing shortage" yet reduced hours not posted and closing store at 10minutes before 5pm on a Sunday. Many shelves almost empty, not faced(pulling stock forward so people can reach them). Price labels difficult to spot.

Smart coupons don't work.. cashier couldn't help me even after I showed her the coupons on web site.. will not be getting anything else there.

This store can't keep pet food stocked. Only 1 cashier on duty so you always have to stand in line.
