Breakfast sandwich was cold, sausage was hard, biscuit hard and broke apart,could hardly chew it. And this was made fresh from the deli person. Wow, hate to see what it was if it wasn't suppose to be fresh. Wasted $3.99

This place is gross. The floors are dirty, the cold drinks are unorganized, you’ll find yourself pacing back and forth multiple times trying to find a specific drink.

Was just in here at lunch time and some psycho customer was disparaging another customer for no reason. Absolutely sad then the man got in a truck that said alpha on it another local business of some kind I guess I don't know but that guy should be in jail for disorderly conduct

Great place for a good old home cooked country lunch. So far I've had the meatloaf and fried chicken and both were great also loved the banana pudding and will definitely be back while I'm working in the area

I've visited for dinner several times but never been there for the catfish. And I can say I've sure been missing out !!!!! It's excellent. Just the right amount of seasoning in the batter too.Got green beans and greens for sides. And some fried cornbread. All very tasty. Topped that off with an RC Cola which made a meal that was hard to beat. This is a very good place to get a meal from.I also got some tomato plants for the garden. Glad I stopped in.

Always very friendly service and almost every time that you enter the store someone will welcome you by saying hello. They serve an awesome lunch buffet each day during the week. The lunch meals are reasonably price at on the average at 5.99. They also have a wide variety of dessert items and homemade candies near the checkout station. In the morning the also serve breakfast.

I LOVE DEATON'S FROM THE DELI FOOD TO THE SALADS TO THE HOMEMADE PASTRIES & CONFECTIONS AND EVERYTHING IS AT THE RIGHT PRICE FOR ME. I'm there on a regular and will always be when I'm in the area and need satisfying nourishment!! Y'all keep on doing what your doing!!!

I regularly go out of the way to stop at Deaton's for breakfast and lunch on my way home from work. I have been all over the country from my time in the military and this place has, by far, the best food I've had from a gas station/convenient store. There are always tons of options too! And the cherry on top, adding to the experience are the people there. I believe it's a family-run business and I just absolutely love the ladies that work there. This is my favorite store on the planet!

I have been going there to get my gas and to get. lunches...and also I order pies from them...everything is OUTSTANDING!!!The breakfasts are also awesome!!!All of their food is the best!!!Had everything made at Deatons for my Christmas party—- was a huge hit with my guestsThe family that owns and runs it has to be the nicest bunch of people I’ve ever met!!Keep up the good work—- I’ll be back soon!!

In reading other reviews, I must have been there at the wrong time! I drove out of the way while on vacation expecting what I seen in pictures on their Facebook page. Oh my was I wrong. Broasted chicken only and some dinner rolls. It is very small and similar to any small gas station anywhere. I would like to know when they have food like they show on FB?

They got some of the best produce the most awesome Dele home cooked meals great place to stop and have lunch. You just don't have small town store's like this anymore. There almost a thing of the past. And Lucy the owner is a sweetheart and does a hell of a good job.

Worst place EVER first I called and ordered my food I got 2 pizzas one pepperoni and bacon the other pepperoni on one half and the other side loaded and hotwings well the cook didn’t even know what hot bites was???! I had to get her to put the cashier on the phone, well we went there and got the food and started down the road and realized it was wrong! The one pizza only had only pepperoni on it and it was suppose to be the half with loaded and the box of hotwings only had 5 in it so we went back to have it fixed and tried to show the cook what was wrong and she got cocky and said “you can call my boss I’m not remaking it” she wouldn’t even look at what she messed up we put it on the counter and that’s the first thing that came out her mouth. so we called her boss and she had to fix well then she walked out to talk on the phone and a boy that was working there hasn’t ever made pizzas but he was going to get it out because it was done and he dropped the cardboard on the dirty floors and still put our pizza on it (the cardboard was what the pizza goes on to be cut)!!! He said it’ll be okay I’ll just flip it over and I tried telling him no because it’s very unsanitary!! Well moral of the story we walked out paying $30 for NOTHING

I just went there about to minutes ago and got biscuits and gravy hash browns buffalo chicken and sausage link and the bisquit and gravy was the only decent thing the sausage hash brown and chickens all three where dried out and old they tasted like hey where cooked last night I've heard recently that there quality off food was declining but I didn't believe it until now.
