Had eaten here a while back and it was amazing. Had it today and 1. The heavy set cashier was more worried about texting on her phone than taking orders. 2. The skinny worker seemed glassy eyed and on something. 3. The food was atrocious. My ham and cheese, the ham was like trying to chew through leather and there was barely any ham on the damn thing anyway. It's been about an hour since we ate there and I'm feeling ill and wishing I'd have skipped lunch today. It was THAT bad. We won't ever be back. The owners should be ashamed.

This place is so high and I feel like they make up the prices as they go. One day I’ll order a 12 inch hamwich for 12 dollars and the n y day it’s 14 dollars. I just ordered two salads, 2 double burgers and a small order of onion rings and do y’all know what that costed me?? 40 dollars!!! How is that right in any way? Never ordering here again never!!!

The food isn't as good as it used to be, new workers, I guess. I stopped ordering salads there because they use wilted, brown lettuce in them. The food is never consistent, either. One day you can get bread sticks and they will be pretty good, the next day you could order them and they won't even be seasoned or have enough cheese to cover the top. The prices are crazy high, as well, which is pretty normal now.

Called an order in they had more than enough time to fix it but I still had to wait. There were 4 employees setting at the window and there was no urgency with my order. They did not make sure the order was completed they left one of the items out. When I called they said they forgot to put it in the bag. It happens all the time, I’m finished spending good money on pour service and food.

Me and my mom have been costumers here since I was little. Lately every time me or my mom orders a 15” cheese only pizza they always add pepperoni or we have to wait another 10-15 minutes. Even though they said it would only take 15-20 minutes to make and it’s around a 15-20 minute drive from the house to the place. Sometimes they would tell us and not even be honest. We would be sitting there and they would say it’s almost done then come back after 10 minutes later saying they have a issue.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years but never again. Waited over an over and they still hadn’t even started cooking our food. When asked how long it would take they said just a minute and then another employee was finally honest and said it’s going to be a while. They even gave us someone’s single order and thought it would be okay for us 4 people.

I used to enjoy ther burgers and fries. Now you don't get what you pay for works don't care about the coustmer.they don't know how to do a refund .you get half slice of tomato little bit of shredded lettuce on a so-called burger and some time you wait way too longAnd then your meat is cold on the burger just bad service not like it use to be💩

Stopped in and ordered a 12" pizza with a few toppings= 30 minutes. Ordered a soft serve chocolate ice cream in a cup. Would've ordered ice cream in a cone but the cones were not wrapped with paper or a napkin. The pizza was really good! The ice cream was too. The help was very nice. Just need to wrap the ice cream cones with paper to prevent you know what. 😊

We enjoy dining at the dairy bar. However, here recently dining in has been an issue. I waited over 45 mins on a one topping pizza because the priority is on the drive thru. There needs to be a better balance. We were one of 2 families dining in. I wouldn't think to expect an hour wait for pizza. The kid with the other family had to ask repeatedly for the rest of his order. I hope it improves as the summer goes on.

Food is amazing, customer service on the other hand is poor. Called and ordered, was told it would be 30 mins. Went to get the food and waited in the drive thru for another 40 minutes.

It took an hour for us to get our order and there was only one other couple there. And when my burger came, the meat was an inch thick but only as big around as a hockey puck. It was messy and awkward to eat. Two customers that came in as we were waiting for our food stood at the counter waiting for service for so long that they just eventually left. I won't be going back

Service was very poor, several other customers had their food before we did. Our order was incorrect, cold and seemed it was an order put in as TO GO AS WE SAT AT A TABLE IN CLEAR Sight. Other than that , food was delicious.

Was in Warfield for a funeral and afterwards we got some shakes before heading back to central Ky. They were AWESOME and the little is absolutely decorated so-o-o cool!!! Definitely would have liked to had a burger and onion rings with the shakes!!! Would certainly visit again given the chance!!!

Food is good. Prices are what you would expect. But they need some more help. Understaffed which means some loner wait times, especially if they are any bit busy. I suggest calling your food in.
