we have gone here plenty of times but the last time we went was not good.we used the self scan station and when we scanned our kroger card it gave us the last person’s coupons, not only that, IT CHARGED US FOR THEIR ORDER!!! and you can’t call them because they have an automated system that doesn’t listen to you.all of the lettuce/salad out that day (4/12/24) was best by 4/16. the bag of lemons we bought that day were half bad by the following monday (4/15).

I like this Kroger. They frequently run good sales on pop and other essentials. I don't like that they never have more than one or two registers open. Self checkout isn't my favorite. Also, they seem to run out of stock on a lot of products, especially if you're trying to shop later in the afternoon or early evening. I do love their clothing and shoe selection!

Wide selection of food and drinks. Decent prices on a lot of items. Love the fuel points you get with purchases and they come in handy with today's fuel prices.

I give this kroger store a 5 for the most helpful cashier Debbie, she is usually on self check out, today she was on register, Debbie always goes above and beyond to be helpful, I forgot my phone and could not scan the QR codes. thank you. B Mills

On several occasions I have ordered special cakes not made when order for children birthday two weeks ahead of time. Order Fried Chicken and get there and they have given part of my order away. Grand opening was a JOKE they didn't have half of what was advertised. Most recent mishap Order Two cooked Turkey Breast on Sunday afternoon, to be picked up today and they weren't even made. Deli manager a hot mess doesn't know anything about customers service. Act like it not a big deal. Crazy thing is when you can not shop you local Kroger's because it just Terrible, Terrible Service. From now will probably go else where to Mt Zion Kroger's or even Burlington.😡😡 Would give 0 stars it wouldn't let me !¡

Unable to sell or ring up clearance as marked. Discounts populate at the end, but if you have clearance check closely. I probably could've requested a manager, spent 15 minutes saving $5.. but i prefer to shop correctly marked prices. There were 2/2 items incorrect. 1/2 makes me think a mistake totally fixable. 2/2 wrong means their computers aren't updated to match pricing. Very deceiving especially after not offering to resolve. FYI review on principal. Marked prices within $5 however I can't have picked the only two items in the store ringing up wrong. I hope this review may help! No hard feelings toward the 1000s of other krogers. Im heading to a better one now.

This store has gone so far down hill during the pandemic. Grocery pickup is a joke, you are lucky to get 50% of what you order, forget it if you are ordering any good cuts off meat, they will 100% substitute for a tough low quality cut. Need to go inside, well the employees are only 50% masked, with half of those not properly wearing the mask, looking dirty in their street clothes that is Kroger's uniform requirement (no name tags, no uniform, why are the prices so high, they are not spending it on the employees). They say there is a requirement to mask up in the store, posted at the entrance, but it is not really required here. This store has boxes everywhere making it impossible at times to go down the aisles. I took pictures from aisles that were not filled people, other aisles we're much worse.

I do a lot of my grocery shopping here, they have great prices and a good selection of produce. I prefer to do my grocery shopping for meat elsewhere as krogers selection isn't very large and a bit expensive.

You just can't beat the good people at Kroger s! All of the great produce. The meat section offers beautiful cuts of meat. The seafood is as fresh as any that I have seen in any other local grocery store. If you don't see what you need, all you have to do is ask one of the many helpful people that work there and they will gladly help you out! The place is spotlessly clean and well organized. As Always, Enjoy!

Like this Kroger over the one in Florence. Not quite as big but still has everything you need and more. They have the salad bar, hot foods, bakery, sushi, flowers, cheese shop. They do Click List here and have 2 Redboxes. They have US Bank and a pharmacy as well as a Little Clinic. They're remodeling again so we will see how everything turns out. The employees at the Starbucks are the best. Edit: it looks like they are almost done with the remodel. I must say that they did a good job. The biggest change to me is additional variety in some cases also their deli section seems like it expanded. There's a new store manager and things seem to be running better.

Here to pick up my clicklist. I'm five cars back in a line to even get to a space to get my groceries. Avoid this location like the plague. It's a shame because it's the most convenient locationUpdate:June 19. Placed $226 clicklist order. Got $126 of it. I asked if there was any out of stocks. Nope, said the teenager. This place is awful.

Kroger is such a savings place! With the weekly sale ads, the additional savings with digital coupons, and the beautiful clothing they have!! Women's, men's, children at sometimes 50%,60,70 and even 80% off! My favorite store for quality and savings!!

Overall, this is a great Kroger. I didn’t appreciate ordering $400+ in groceries to be picked up and having the employee bring all of my meat to my truck without it being bagged. Other than that, the store is clean, the employees are mostly decent (except the pink and blue haired ones that linger around the bathrooms next to Starbucks (what’s up with that)) the location is mostly well-stocked and I’ve never had major issues with the pick up service.

I normally love Kroger!! I use the pharmacy get coupons gas etc.... but today was awful My husband and I were shopping and went through self check out. Now I used to work at Kroger in Goshen Indiana and we always had someone right there to help with any problems. Well our self check out kept malfunctioning and no one wS there and everything the girl had to cone help she rolled her eyes at me. Then on the bagging side this guy pushed my husband aside because he was supposed to Bag he said but then couldn't help the 10 times things malfunctioned.The youth of today are rude don't pay attention and customer service is abysmal.

I love Kroger smaller stores, you can actually find the stuff you want and need.The bigger store's are only good for finding specialty stuff. Their price's have gone way up. Anywhere from $1.00-$3.00 on everything. Only shop at Kroger for meat and when I need a quick trip.

Kroger Marketplace is very organized and clean. I love the fresh baked goods. They have a very good fresh meat and seafood selection. I think they have the best crab cakes around. I also recommend the sushi. The checkout lines are very short.

The cashier we had name Pam was completely disrespectful, spent over 300 dollars on food where at Walmart on same items we would've spent less and had a much nicer experience! The cashier's there don't make you feel like they are better than you or make you feel like you are stupid!

Shopped there 06/03/2023. It was around 5pmOne register was open. Only one side of the self checkout was open. We had a cart full of groceries. As did a lot of others. You can not tell me they only had three people in that store working. Where was the management trying to help.

Nice big open store, some prices are higher at this location than other Kroger stores. A 12 and 18-count of eggs is $2 higher.Find some staff to be helpful and courteous while others are more occupied conversing with fellow staff than being helpful.

Why would you put a display up with apple cider that is cold out in the middle of the floor. Someone will get sick. Someone needs to do more research on their products before people get sick. People get sick and people will sue
