My new fence looks amazing! After being told by their competitors it would be 5 or 6 weeks to get started on replacing our old rickety privacy fence, Burcor Fencing was DONE with the project in less than 2! On top of that, they had a much more affordable price than anyone who gave us a quote! I am completely satisfied with my experience and will definitely be referring my friends and neighbors to Burcor when they ask who did my fence.

Jeff Burch the owner is absolutely incredible to do business with. First he came out right away to take measurements for our desired fence. We had been waiting on another company locally for over 14weeks. He not only put us on there schedule right away, he had a crew out in 3 days to install our beautiful Aluminum Fence. Jeff and his team were great to deal with from start to finish. We received a quick quote for two different types of fencing and despite the weather not cooperating, his team was out to install the fence within a week. Our gate had to be special ordered but he had his guys out first thing the following morning after receiving it to finish the install. Prices were very reasonable as well and cheaper than the aluminum fence quote we received from two other companies. Highly recommend Burcor.

We originally chose Burcor Fencing because we liked their fence look/design better than some of the other fences from other companies in the area. Along with this, they quoted us a good price and were going to be able to start sooner than the others had mentioned. I’m so glad we made the right choice! This company is awesome! We were building a new home that had several weeks of delays with weather. In every aspect of this company they strive for, and show their customers nothing short of 110%. From the friendly, and very helpful office staff, to the quality craftsmanship in their products and installation. We are beyond happy with the product quality of our fence, and can't say enough good things about the installation team (seriously hands down amazing people and work). Our fencing journey took a bit longer than we hoped, as we got delayed in getting prepped for sod, and the laying of our sod. We worked very closely with Burcor as we wanted our fence installed asap after the sod was laid. Burcor was beyond amazing with their help and understanding of our delay. Once we were ready for sod, Burcor sent a team out who treated our fresh laid sod with extreme care. From their competitive pricing, friendly staff, top of the line products, and quality installation job. I won't use anyone but Burcor Fencing for my fencing needs and neither should you.

Burcor did an awesome job with a fence we needed for our new construction home. Moving in with a fence is a huge convenience for us. The quality is outstanding the Value is outstanding. I highly recommend Jeff and his team at Burcor. We were provided with a quote promptly after inquiring about a fence and they had no issue providing two quotes for two different types of fencing as we made our final decision. The team was also very knowledgeable with our neighborhood and was helpful as we went through the HOA approval process. Scheduling installation was much quicker than other fence companies I've dealt with in previous homes. On installation day the team was efficient, installing our aluminum fence in 4 hours. They cleaned up after themselves too and left the yard looking amazing. Email communication was prompt as well. Due to their knowledge, efficiency, and competitiveness in pricing, I highly recommend Burcor!

We hired Burcor Fencing to install a privacy fence in our backyard and they ended up attaching our fence to our neighbors fence and said they were done and that’s what we wanted. We paid for a fence that was 2/3 installed for a price we thought would be the entire backyard (all 3 sides). When we brought this to their attention they argued with us saying this is what we wanted and I specifically reminded them I wanted our own fence aligned with the neighbors fence side because the neighbors fence was in bad shape, rickety, and falling down and they have a pool and we have a small child. No one, not even the owner, believed us and were argumentative and rude to us. I was so caught off guard by how a business could treat its customers. It wasn’t until we provided proof using the original zoning/permit paper (that they also had a copy of) that outlined the parts of the yard wanting fenced in which clearly showed all 3 sides to be fenced in. Once we showed the owner this, he realized there was no denying it and they completed the side of the fence...but this whole process took 9 months!! We have also had issues from the beginning with the privacy fence door not aligning properly making it hard to close and lock and they never were able to fix the problem and eventually told us we needed to pay for them to come back out and take care of it. Likewise, portions of our fence blow out each time there is a storm with wind. We called them because it doesn’t seem like if it was installed properly that it should be blowing out every time it storms and they never returned our calls and when I did get in touch with them they said we’ll have to pay to have them fix the issue. I personally was very irritated by this because had it been installed accurately we wouldn’t be having this continual issue. Needless to say, I would not recommend Burcor for your fencing needs. They are not professional, do not do solid fencing installations, and have no desire to rectify problems that come up with your fence.

Burcor Fencing just did a job for me at my house. They said they would be there and get the job done in about 2 weeks. They crushed it, 2 days!!! The team that installed were friendly and hard workers. Management has helped me and been very flexible with everything! Couldnt be happier and pleased with every aspect about this job! My dogs now have a safe, secure place to run around now! 10/10 reccomend and thank you Burcor Fencing !!

Excellent WorkWe are extremely pleased with Burcor. Our project included over 700' of Kentucky Four Board fence as well as an ornamental gate on the driveway. Being a winter project there were weather related challenges but Jeff communicated with us regularly and responded quickly throughout the project. Burcor Fencing is a fence company I can count on! I have used Burcor to for two major fence projects (KY 3 Board & Aluminum Fence) and multiple times to repair/replace some fencing when I had construction projects. The approach from Burcor has been very consistent. They always quote a very competitive price and they provide a schedule that is realistic and maintained. I can say in over 15 years of having fences with Burcor that I have not had any quality issues with the product or installation. They are not only providing a solid product and installation, but they also are very good about responding if anything comes up. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a fence.

Burcor replaced an existing fence that contained our dogs just fine but was showing 20 years of wear. The first day after installation, our 82-lb golden retriever slithered under the fence without digging because of the large gap Burcor left between the bottom rail and the ground. Repeated calls and emails asking them to fix the problem got no results. I finally had to hire another fence company to fix the problem Burcor caused. I contacted the Better Business Bureau, and Burcor did not respond to them either. I do NOT recommend them.

Jeff was extremely patient with me when I had to keep pushing the project back due to tree companies not showing up to complete tree removal. Within days of me giving the ok that the trees were removed his crew was out installing the posts. There was a miscommunication on where one of the gates were supposed to be but it was no issue within minutes of me advising it they corrected the issue. Everything was up and done within a week. Through out this whole process Jeff has been in constant communication and the fence looks great!

I have personally worked with this company on several projects including a large athletic complex. I can honestly say that they have provided me with competitive pricing and higher quality materials than any other quotes i received on every job I worked on. I used to shop around on each job but it is not worth my time anymore. I trust Jeff and his team. They are hard working, offer a high quality service, and are respectful of the property from the time they arrive till they are done.
