Our Levi had his first time at the groomer and after long research in finding who would be the best fit for our Great Pyrenees, we are happy with our decision of Barkin’ Barber. They did such a good job! His nails are the perfect length, his cut looks BEAUTIFUL and he’s so soft! They did a great job at getting him through the grooming alongside his nervousness.

All do respect, I was not warned that they would have to completely shave my dog. My dog is a poodle mix and they shaved everything including every bit of his pretty long curly tail, ears, and feet which were not matted at all. When I say shaved I mean everything was buzzed off and in some spots there were little strands of hair left long.

First time here with an adopted 7-year-old collie/yellow lab. They did a very nice job on her; shampoo, trim, and nails. Reasonably priced at $52 and that included tip.Allow up to 3 hours, they called when complete.

They are so awesome! My dog requires grooming attention every 4 weeks, so I make the 25 minute drive just to take her there! They are very friendly and affordable. She always comes out looking extra cute with bows in her hair. Highly recommend!!

Horrible place! They don’t know how to handle anxious dogs! Instead of calling the pet parents to come pick up the dog and say they are just too anxious to be groomed, they left the noose on the dog and let it strangle to death. No sympathy when calling the family about the death, just “come get the dog!”. Dog was in their hands no longer than 30 min. Their stories are just completely inconsistent and they continue to post “thyroid issues” on their FB page. Never was the dogs thyroid an issue and autopsy showed it was working fine! Just awful! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else unless you’re trying to kill your dog off!

Our dog Henry has had some bad experiences at past groomers so he can be a bit of a pain to groom especially when it comes to his feet. Sam groomed Henry to perfection. We will be taking him back! Thank you, Sam!

We’ve been taking our dog for the last 3 years and have loved it. The last time we went there, there was a new employee who was seen by our son, she was dragging our dog by the leash. Upon bringing our dog home, we noticed our dog scratching his ears and shaking his head. We lifted his ears up and they were raw from clipper burn, this happened in both ears. We went to the shop to make them aware so it didn’t happen to anyone else. Instead of being concerned about the situation, they denied any wrongdoing. The owner of the shop handled the situation poorly with little concern for the dog. We will not be returning and are very disappointed.
