Waco Animal Hospital has been life changing. I truly did not know what excellent veterinary service was before finding them. I take all three of my dogs to Sarah and am an absolute nut about my dogs. Sarah and her entire team are patient and go above and beyond to care for our animals and answer all of our questions and concerns. I cannot say enough good things about Waco Animal Hospital but I count myself lucky to have them as a part of our fur family.

We Love doctor Sarah Crank! She helped us navigate the declining health of our cat Smokey and ultimatley our loss of him ! She takes good care of our Boxer dog Coppper who recently had surgery for a mass removal. Thanks Sarah! Copper says Mom get this thing off me!

My baby Tut was diagnosed with an aggressive skin cancer. Dr. Crank did her due diligence to not only diagnose him properly but she gave us various options to help save our little man and to make him as comfortable as possible when he made his walk over the rainbow bridge.

At all the other VET clinics I have been to I just felt like my furry family members were just another number in a factory, get them in and out as fast as possible with no sense of them actually caring about the animals I love so much. But this place is special. Dr Crank and her staff always give the individual, personalized attention that my babies deserve, always take the time to answer all my questions and I never feel rushed or unappreciated. I want them to know it means a lot and thank you so much. I just got a new puppy for Christmas and they are the ones I trust to keep him healthy for a long time

Lillie loves Dr. Crank and her staff even though she gets a little nervous. Dr. Crank is always good with our baby and explains things so we can understand. If she doesn't have the answer right away she finds it. Her staff are very freindly and sweet.

I really liked the staff, super friendly. Only reason I gave 3 stars was because I thought the pricing was high for a basic package for animal care. The biggest complaint was getting medication for flea and tick treatment. They have their own online store and I ordered some stuff, they call me because they wanted to make sure it was right. I could get topical or chewable, I got topical in my cart and they recommended chewable. Well I got it because it was cheaper for topical. After that I ended up looking on chewy website, and I got a significant cheaper price where as their online store didn’t offer any discounts. Every discount they gave me didn’t even work. So 2 days later the vet calls to make sure it’s what I wanted, when I actually ordered exactly what they recommended the first time. I felt pushed into a sales for their online store. I already spent a bunch of money at the vet itself but then I’m spending more on medications flea and tick treatment. So of course I’m going with the cheaper option. It like I get a call to make me feel bad for going to chewy instead of their store. That’s not ok. So here I am a month after the vet appt with no flea and tick treatment because anything I order they seem to go against it, because they are making money on the sale of a more expensive item. If they were not so pushy on the sales on what I wanted for MY animals, I would have given 5 stars. Nobody should be pushing you to only go through their store. Always get what is affordable and cheaper for the exact same product. Why spend more when u can get something cheaper somewhere else. Other than that very polite and kind with my animals. Sales are a whole different story. Everything I felt was an upsell. Even the appointment.

This is a great place to take your pets, my senior kitty was recently diagnosed with a tumor on his heart and his final days were extremely difficult for me as someone with autism. I spent more time with Bob (my cat) than real people, and putting him to rest was a very difficult decision for me to make. The professionals here are very sweet and empathetic, they treated him gently and made my final moments with him easy for closure. They even sent me a letter in the mail with handwritten messages about how kind Bob was. I will be back.

The doctor here is amazing with my puppies and is very knowledgeable. You can tell she truly loves her job and taking care of animals. Not only does she know her stuff but also helps me understand what is going on with my pets. The staff is also great! They are all very friendly and well trained! I can’t recommend this place enough! If you care for you pet and want a vet that truly cares for them as much as you do go to Waco!

I've spent the last 5 weeks looking for a new vet for my boys. Added a new puppy to the family and decided on Waco after several people recommended them. Started our puppy with them to test the water and was very pleased. I have no doubt they care about our pets and know that we will get the best care. I thought the pricing was very reasonable as well. Thank you all for taking care of our sweet Boston today. ❤

I have a rabbit that is about to die if it doesn’t see a vet. His name is shadow I called to see if they would see him. The lady at the front desk said no and I tried explaining to her that there animal hospital was the only one with a vet that could see small exotic pets and she hung up on me!

Took our cat here. Vet examined him 2 diffrent times. Put him on 3 diffrent antibiotics (one was given twice so 4 regiments) and each time we saw improvement but always the cat would go back to how he was to begin with. This went on for 7 weeks. we took our cat to a diffrent Vet in Ravenna. This Vet spotted straight off the reason our cat was acting like he was just by a hands on examination. Meds were given for the specific cause followed by sugery. The infection was so extreme its hard to understand why this wasn't caught in the prior 7 weeks going to Waco. The infection in our cat was extreme and had been going on for a long time prior to us taking him to a diffrent Vet. We will never recommend anybody that cares for there pet to go to Waco Animal Hospital. I would have given zero stares but one was the lowest i was allowed to give. For right now our cat is doing alittle better in that his swelling has went down somewhat and his infection is drainning. If we wouldent have taken him to a diffrent Vet, Death was certain. At least now all that could have been done has been done so at least now he has a chance thanks to the Vet in Ravenna. Both myself and my wife feel Wayco was more interested in the money than the wellbeing of our cat. I could go on but i think that will let others know of our first and last experience with Waco Animal Hospital.

Our experience with taking our kitty to this vet was great!! . As newer pet parents we were a bit nervous after a bad experience with a previous vet. The staff and doctor here at Waco Animal Hospital took the time to answer all questions and concerns we had. They were great with our baby and we are completely satisfied. Definitely will be coming here from now on!!

From past to present, Dr. Martin and now Dr. Crank are so knowledgeable with animals and so easy to work with. They don’t sugar coat if your animal needs dental work and that they will need teeth pulled, which I find peaceful knowing that my dog won’t be in any danger from me not knowing what is wrong with him. I want him to be healthy and happy, and Dr. Crank has continued to do that for him. 100% recommend!

I have an elderly dog who was having some minor health issues. My regular vet couldn't see her because they were booked solid for a week. They suggested Waco Animal Hosp. They helped my little old girl and she's feeling so much better. She's 15 yrs old and they were gentle and caring. The vet came out to my car to show me the xrays. Thankfully my little one was having some arthritis and that's it. I like the fact that they are curb side only due to covid concerns. All the staff that was outside were wearing masks and no one is allowed in and that's fine. Thankful for that. Thankful they could see her. Not only that but their prices won't break the bank. Great suggestion from my reg vet and I'm very pleased with how Waco Animal Hospital is.

I'm military and have lived all across the United States. My family has always had dogs, so we have always needed a vet to keep them happy and healthy. Ive lived in Georgia, Hawaii, Colorado, washington, Illinois, and now Kentucky. Out of everywhere I've lived, I have never found a clinic that cares more about their patients than waco animal hospital. The staff treats every animal as it were their own, and they genuinely care about their wellbeing. I will recommend everyone I know to them. By far, the best animal hospital in Kentucky

Awesome vet. They accept Care Creditc and are sister companies with 24 hour vet service. Share online records so makes it quite simple for Care both places. Helped me simplify prescription diet for my furababy Mr.Onyx Mayhem and have continued to check on his follow up care.

I have been going to Waco Animal Hospital for many years and saw Dr Martin. He was always so knowledgeable and always took his time and explained everything and answered all my questions. Now I have met the newest staff, we get the same great service as we always have still. They took great care of our dog. I was very impressed when they called to check on him the next day and answered any concerns I had. I would highly recommend them. Also they saw us in a timely manner. Thank you all at the clinic for taking such good care of us!

I have went to Waco Animal Hospital since Dr Martin was there and now when Dr Crank took over...she is very passionate of her job! I got a new puppy in Feb and took him down to Waco Animal Hospital and Dr Crank has been so nice to me and my doggie. She treats him like he is her own. I watched Doc Sarah Crank grow up . I attended church with her for many years . I watched her grow from one step to another into her life loving animals .I was a client at Waco Vet. Many years before Doc Crank came on board assisting while in high school ? I believe . She is one of the most compassionate people all around . She has helped me with my fur babies when I had no idea how I could make it . She made decisions that effected my life in Phoebe when all else appeared helpless !If you want a compassionate, educated, professional staff . Then seek out Waco . Amazing staff she has on board .
