Back in 2017 the place was rough. Customers would carelessly trash the place and employees despaired in their effort to clean it up. An Inventoriers nightmare. The place has gotten better--but customers still trash stores faster than employees can clean up, and it's annoying to hear, "Why are you so tired?" Help out, community.

They have a clearance section with nothing marked. I asked and they said "that's only for when we have sales" so it's not actually a clearance section 99% of the time? Awesome. Also low stock on most stuff. One of the worst in the area.

The website LIED about products in stock and also their system have not updated to support OTC+Groceries benefits cards despite their stores now being supported by the cards as of months ago

The last few times I've been here, I've been charged more on various items than what is being marked. The employees are nice, but now I feel as if this place is fraudulent! Today, I grabbed an 18 pack of Mountain Dew that was marked $8.25 plus tax. I occasionally get this item, and today, I'm charged $10.07, and you still have the $8.25 label. Many items that I've previously purchased did the same thing! I'm honestly done shopping here if the prices are never going to be correct.

Sometimes we drive from Radcliff to this dollar general. Its very comfy feeling and it has a great selection and has its own little mini grocery area with fresh produce etc. Highly recommend

Being in retail is a tough job sometimes and I got to go see these guys in here. They always got a smile on their face and they do the best that they can do for you. There's one young person there that is working their way through college and this is their second job along with college. That really impresses me. That's how you know you have good employees. Don't get any more driven than that. Like I said it impresses me and the rest of them always have a smile on my face and always looking to help.

Dollar general, is making an aggressive move with thier market stores. I like them. It gives competition to the reigning king. This particular store is nice. The staff treated me nice. The prices are ok. If you been to one then you've been to most. I think the staff plays a big part in the differences between the stores. I can't say I have been to a store I really didn't like. I feel safe at this store as well.

The store was very clean and stocked well! Our cashier came up to the register pretty fast when we were ready to check out, and was very friendly and welcoming to us. Overall good experience in this store for my first time in there.

This store is currently putting the finishing touches on a remodel. They have taken out clothing, and added more food options which is nice for Vine Grove.I know in the past this location was dirty, but give them another chance and I think you'll be impressed!

I like the evening manager. She was very nice and very helpful. I like all the food they have in the coolers & freezers. Also, all the produce, so convenient and nice! I truly enjoyed the visit to this store!

I hadn't been in this store in a few months. I walked in today and had to look around to see if they were going out of business. I have never seen a store as disorganized and dirty as this Dollar General. Ever isle was a disaster and even the space surrounding the cash register was cluttered. I took one lap through the store and walked out. Sorry, but I expect more from places that want my money!

I forgot my wallet, and when I went back in to let the cashier know I didn't have it on me and couldn't get my items, she gave me a nasty look like I was a waste of time. I was aleeady embarassed about forgetting it, even apologizing for it but the fact that she just silently stared me down like a moron made me feel more uncomfortable. I would not recommend going here.

This DG is pretty clean and well stocked whenever I visit. Not too busy, easy to get to, and there's a roof overhang over the sidewalk - very important when there's a cold rain!

Most disorganized store I've ever been in. Some items not priced so you have to ask. Always busy and constant flow of customers, but really hard to find things or maneuver a cart through.Unlike any other dollar general I've ever been in.

I've lived in the area for a few months now. I go to the Dollar General fairly often, and they always greet me with a smile. Great people, however some products are always out of stock when I go in.

Typical Dollar General, overcrowded with random off-brand stuff. They are bound to have what you need, but expect to get what you paid for as far as quality. The customer service at this store greeted us and knew exactly where the items were that we were looking for.

Dollar general much mor convenient than larger stores of like. Prices are moderate, but you need to compare. Sometimes the prices vary quite a bit. Staff are most always friendly & nice.

5 customers were in there without masks and the cashier has her masked pulled all the way down to her neck. I waited in line for 10 minutes while that cashier ignored me and another customer. I walked out without purchasing the items I picked out.

The parking lot is too small and crowded for its size. Plus this isn't the only business in this lot. I wouldn't have gone here if my daughter wasn't needing something to cover her eyes.

This place is great. They have grocery items and just about anything you may need in a hurry. Coffee K cups are cheap and bottled water is too.

Very slow on stocking shelves when they have boxes of items in the back. Employees don't wear masks like they should and do not enforce customers to wear masks either. Old woman that works there is rude.

This store has groceries. It's often cluttered and dirty. Front staff is friendly but not enough in the store to help you when its needed. Stock is not kept off the floors and there are alot of safety issues

Every time I come into this store the floors are dirty and merchandise is tossed on the floor in all the isles. I have extremely low expectations of this store and they never disappoint.

Like any other Dollar General. Quick and easy. Sometimes a bit cluttered when stocking. Wide variety of merchandise. I like them dollar sale aisle.

Just a good store when you need something real quick from onions to paper plates to nail polish or a snack. It's right around the corner!!!
