I went in tonight to grab a couple of things to be in and out parking lot was empty when I arrived all the people that was there at the store was outside smoking by The Doors not for sure if they were employees or not because I never seen an employee I stood at the counter for 15 minutes waiting for somebody to come ring me up for cigarettes I understand that we have the self ring that's great I thought that anything to help however laziness is laziness I know there were people in the building I hollered for people several times quite loudly kept asking if I could get a worker never heard an answer or acknowledgment nothing family bring myself up 20 minutes later and left worst service ever for hard work in Americans best store ever for thieves cuz I could have took anything I wanted to I could have robbed them blind Thank God I'm a good person

My husband went there this morning for some items. When he got home he was missing a bag of things. He went back and they didn’t have it. After looking around the girl says I put everything in 1 bag. He said obviously you didn’t because I don’t have everything. They ended up looking at the video and seems the next lady after him got his bag along with hers. No offer to give him his items he is just out $25 worth of batteries. Thanks to the not so honest lady and to the manager at the store. He gave him his phone number in case she decides to be honest.

Nice little store. Glad it is here close to home with things we want and need. Aisles are often crowded with items that are being delivered and stocking... beats having to go to Walmart and walk through that marathon.

I've been here three times. First time was great. Daytime staff was very nice; place was very clean. Second time was okay, stock was pretty low on some food items. Third time was the worst. 11/25/2018: items everywhere out of place. Items on shelf looks like someone just threw them up there and walked away. Ice cream had melted and refrozen on the bottom shelf of freezer, four busted ice cream tubs still sitting inside. The milk fridge smelled like sour milk. I only saw one person! A store this size cannot be run and cleaned by one person! This place clearly has a staff issue and it's been progressively showing.

Am I the only one who has a problem with the Ice Cream or frozen foods never being frozen solid at this store????I’ve mentioned to the manager and employees repeatedly and nothing ever changes. Come on, frozen foods to be frozen rock solid for the long drive home. Is that too much to ask for???

Employees are friendly and very helpful. They know which of their customers love to laugh and joke around and they know which ones need to get in and out in a hurry. They also truly show care and concern for their customers, especially if a customer comes in on a daily bases but then goes and day or more without coming in. I can honestly say that each employee at this store genuinely cares about their customers. My two children walk up to the store and the employees always keep a watchful eye on them to make sure no one harms them or anything while they are in the store. They laugh and joke with my children and are very helpful if they need help.They know their regular customers by name and remember what they regularly buy when it comes to tobacco products.The store is usually always clean unless they are having a awesome sale on their clothing and some rude customer just came in and rummaged thru the clothing isle and left it looking like a tornado went down that isle. (I have actually witnessed customers purposely throwing clothes on the floor and in the air and where ever it landed is where they left it) I have also witnessed the employees spending several hours trying to reorganize the isle while helping their fellow cashiers with customers. They do as much as possible to keep the grounds outside clean the best they can but when you have customers and teenagers who are inconsiderate and throws their trash out on the ground it is sometimes hard to keep up with it. I know here after the ice storm last month they do have tree limbs that need to be hauled off but they are waiting on corporate for the okay on hiring someone to clean them up.This store is usually stocked unless they had a mad rush for supplies due to a Winter Snow storm advisory, Possible Icy weather conditions, Severe Thunderstorms with tornado warnings or advisories. I don't recall them being out of stock on anything I've ever needed in the past couple of years I've been shopping here due to the convenience of their location, except for the very few times the milk delivery was late or something (and they tried to fix that situation by purchasing a back up cooler to store extra milk in their back stockroom. Unfortunately due to a storm not to long ago the milk back up cooler went out and apparently corporate won't replace it. And there was once their bread was out of stock. But other than that they've always had whatever I needed in stock.Employees Star, Nancy, Jessica, and Danny are the 4 top employees that really stand out in my opinion. Thank you to all the employees at this Dollar General for your hard work and dedication to customer satisfaction.

This particular store has been in shambles for quite some time. Honestly I go there because of convenience which is what the company thrives on (I believe). I will say that the last time I went there it looked much better. If they're able to continue and receive corporate support (which I know can be wishful thinking), I think there's a chance to positively turn it around.

Lines are usually long. Wait times can extend to over ten or twenty minutes. Only one employee checking people out. The employees have to yell in order to get help. Most of the time theres only two people working! Prices are cheap, and selection is good (if the store is stocked). Depending on the store, most are never stocked. Tons of empty shelves!

They're all friendly and the place has alot of stuff - from snacks and cooking essentials and staples to cleaning supplies, pet food, hygiene, decorations, medicine.. I mean it's a complete convenient store. As a vegan I do hope they eventually will carry some vegan products. I WAS surprised to see they carry almond milk which IS an awesome surprise! This place is closest store to us out here and open til 10 so it's a winner in our book.

I love this dollar store because of its workers. They always help me find what I need. But they need more help. Two people can't stock that store clean up and get people checked out. Alot nicer and organized then other stores in our area.

Typical dollar general store. Employees do their job, but do not exceed expectations. Rarely meets expectations. It is what to expect from a store that doesn't value its employees. You get minimal effort when you pay minimal wages

Things scattered, over head shelf are double stacked (hazard) products in wrong places shelf not pulled forward, carts and new product blocking isles. Product was in spots it wasn't suppose to be. Cashiers were nice and polite and tried to help and looked overwhelmed. Wheelchairs wouldn't be able to make it down the isles way to many products in the way. Very dis-organized.

Fast, easy, and convenient for some of the more simple items. Especially nice when you have an 11 year old daughter that loves making slime out of white glue, borax, and glitter. She used all of the money she had on 10 bottles of white glue and glitter. Luckily the bottles of glue were only 50 cents a piece!

i shop at dollar general for inexpensive decor and i think they have some nice things in that area! when i walked in i said hi to the cashier and got nothing in response LMAO i’m too sensitive for that

Convenience next to my home, go daily or every other day but unfortunately they don't have everthing you need, always out of a lot of things, have to go elsewhere all the time.The staff is friendly most of the time.

Love all the dollar general stores. Every one wants them to add a bigger selection of foods. I think they have everything alot cheaper than other stores and that means alot these days.

Pretty much the same as all dollar general's. Nice store and friendly staff. Store was clean and orderly. Would definitely shop here again in the future if I needed to. Would recommend.

Always find whatever I need! Most of the time that people are very friendly and helpful. It's mostly clean and plenty of room to move around. I always go back!

Very bad service ... Stopped to just buy ice cream and waited at the checkout for over ten minutes. One employee working and she was stocking shelves and never came to check on the front of the store.

Lines are sometimes long, usually waiting in line most of the time because only one register is open. Employees are nice and very friendly most of the time though.
