We were looking at a particular calico ryukin goldfish that was in quarantine. We gave my name and number and were promised that an associate would give us a call when the fish was healthy and out of quarantine so I could drive up there. (I live in danville) to pick him up. Just to be safe i called weekly to check on this fish for over 2 months. Every call I was told he was still in quarantine and couldn't be sold, check back next week, your name is still down to be called. We'll, I just called again and received a "Oh ilm sorry that fish was sold. We will be getting more in." That fish in PARTICULAR meant a lot to my severely depressed fiance. I was getting that one, that SINGLE fish they had connected with as a gift for them. That is now ruined and they are crushed. I would love to know why if the fish was out of quarantine why I wasn't contacted as I was promised. Terrible service. I feel I was lied to. Would give lower than one star but I'm not allowed.
