With our regular groomer unavailable, we made an appointment at this location upon the recommendation of another extra large breed owner. More specifically, we elected to book a VIP appointment to minimize our dogs stress and limit anytime spent in a kennel. Upon arrival they promptly booked our girl in with no waiting and called me ahead of time so that I could arrive right as she was finishing up. The staff was excellent and my big girl looks and smells great!

I got my puppy groomed for the first time at this location this week. Annea was his groomer. I can’t say enough good things! My puppy is a little bit spicy when it comes to grooming. I’m sure it was no easy task. Annea took the time to take excellent care of him. He got a classic cocker spaniel cut and she rocked it out! My pup looks absolutely amazing. I felt so very comfortable leaving my puppy with Annea. Annea was so very kind, sweet and most of all patient with my pup. 10/10 highly recommend!

My mom typically comes into this location to get her dog some toys and treats here and there. Tonight around 5:30, we came in and waited at the register to get checked out. When the woman finally came up up (her name was Ashley), she was incredibly rude. I asked a question about a product at the register and was ignored. My mom asked a question about the product she was buying. The clerk was very short and rude as well. You could tell that she didn't want to be there. My advice, if you don't feel like working and don't want to help others, stay home. As residents of Versailles, we won't be coming back here again. Do better Petco.

3 staff members were standin ing and talking in one area of the store. It appeared that they were talking about something related to work. I approached them with questions about a harness. One employee looked at it and she didn't know about the way it fits. No one volunteered to go help me to look at harnesses. Customer service is typically okay but I felt no one cared whether I shop there or not.

I've never had issues with customer service or trying to find anything dog/cat related..... But the reptile section for feeders (sorry to say) absolutely sucks. I just bought a 12ct of super worms for my beardie.... Only 3 were alive and I didn't even have 12 in the cup. I know this is more of a supplier issue than Petco..... But I wish this store in particular would attempt to shelve product for reptiles that's actually worthwhile.

Took my 6 month Yorkie mix in. She looked like a gremlin when I dropped her off. Picked her up and she was so clean & pretty. The people there are very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend.

Didn't have dog cookies I wanted.Prices are too high. This store has a real problem keeping employees. I've never seen the same person twice. I only go if I run out before Chewy order comes in.

We literally drive from Lexington for their selection of cat foods. Their supplies for exotic pets are reasonably priced compared to what we get closer to the city. The employees are efficient and helpful. We were buying a tank and sand for my new crabs!

Visited for the first time this weekend and was helped by a very nice associate named Morgan. She gave us wonderful service, and we left with a sweet little hamster. Overall, the store was the best Petco I've been to. Clean store, cared for pets, and great customer service.

The staff is friendly but is always understaffed. If you're there for fish you should plan on a lengthy trip just because you have to wait for someone to be available to help you. They're very nice when they do get to you though.

Good selection and variety, employees are very helpful. 4 stars because it seems every time I go here I get dog treats and they were stocked in the wrong place. So my $9 dog treats end up being $16. I've mentioned it, not a big deal really, but it happens every time

This Petco has a rather interesting selection of both pets and pet supplies, this store comes in handy for local Versailles residents who aren’t too brain dead and EBT dependent to care for animals in their own homes, which is an oddity in this insane town.

We have taken our dog here since he was a pip! The groomers are great! They are kind and work great with the all the animals that come through those doors that I have seen! I have never seen them hit or smack any dogs! I am there all the time to get something for our fur animals! Will always go here for all our grooming needs and other items!

My daughter and I visited the Versailles location for the first time today and had a fantastic experience. The associates were very friendly and professional and the store was clean and well organized. Andrew greeted us in his department and helped us with tropical fish. He checked us out at the register and signed us up for a rewards program while being courteous and professional. Good customer service is so rare these days so I wanted to compliment the store and the associates. the young lady with the brown hair was very nice as well but I didnt catch her name.

Came into day do some light Christmas shopping for Teddy and my friends animals . The staff here was very pleasant friendly. Teddy ended up getting a nail trim. His first professional one. They were so sweet in taking the best care of him .while he got pampered I shopped ,and they had amazing deals on treats,clothing assessories.the staff went above an beyond my expectations of friendliness.Definitly a place to keep going back to.

I have been going to this Petco since they opened. Always have super friendly staff. Most of the time the aquariums are clean. Had good luck with fish and shrimp from this location. Worth the drive.

I have been to this Petco numerous times over the past few months. Every experience has been wonderful. Their customer service is unmatched and I love the fact that their pick up in store order option is ready in less than an hour most times. I recently was helped by Shane and another associate (I think she was a manager possibly) and they were awesome. They also honor online prices and always have a promo code deal customers can use to help spoil their fur babies without breaking the bank. Thanks Petco!

Food was good, especially the pimento cheese dip with pepper jelly. Despite how busy they were our server was amazing. The only complaint would be it's way too noisy and had to scream to speak to my family and there were only 4 of us. You might want to in vest in something to help with the noise with everyone being in the same room.

Stopped here twice in the last month and both times had to wait on service at the counter even with no line one time and the other time the cashier was being overly talkative and looking at a customer's phone. Maybe just bad luck 3 stars as everything else was satisfactory.
