Management takes very good care of her store. Shelves are stocked, store is clean, staff is friendly. This is the only Dollar general in the area that I will frequent, because it's apparent that this is the only Dollar general around here that has a manager who cares about the store.

Cheryl is always very helpful and kind. The other employees are also friendly and helpful. Dollar General just does not hire enough help, this is a busy store! I love their seasonal items!!

Visit this place regularly and the store is an absolute train wreck. The isles are cluttered there are empty boxes always laying in the floor. The manager and assistant manager are ALWAYS talking on the phone and refuse to open up a register when there is clearly a long line. Often employees don't know where store items are and often admit they've not really been trained properly.

Back when they were building this place I thought, 'Really?!? Another Dollar General'Now I'm like, 'Awesome! A dollar general close to the house'I can't tell you how many times this place saves me a trip to Walmart pre-quarantine and especially during quarantine. I'm looking forward to the quick trips to DG again. What a great stop to hit between grocery runs. I also recommend their Halloween decorations.

The Dollar general in Upton is great the people there are nice they act like they care that you're shopping there the one in Sonora stinks there's never anybody at the register and when they get there they teach treat you like you bothered them cuz they had other things to do there's never enough help you have to go around the store to try and find somebody and the women there are rude
