Emerson was my cashier today. That’s the only reason I’m taking time out of my day to write this. He was fast, kind, made me laugh, and even shared some random facts from a topic of my choice. He genuinely seemed like he was making the most of his time, and enjoying life to the fullest, and that kind of energy spreads. You need more people like Emerson!

Went to get a whole chicken for dinner this evening. Asked the butcher if he can cut it up for me and he had a very bad attitude. I was still polite abs said thanks I appreciate it. I got home and this thing is destroyed! Butcher department definitely isn’t doing well. I am very upset. I was even missing the drum part of one wing! Tons of meat was left on the breast as seen in the photo. Definitely look elsewhere for a butcher.

Really nice, really big Kroger. Great selection of food and products! Their restaurant, Kitchen 1883 looks pretty yummy, but I didn't get to try it out when I was there. What I did get was some imitation crab sushi that was delicious! Haven't been able to find it at any of the other Kroger marketplaces in NKY.

Nicely stocked with a great selection of wood pellets and prime steaks in the meat case. Always use self checkout, attached gas station is large and convenient.

Visited Union Kroger this afternoon. I arrived at checkout. Cashier was on her phone, appeared to be texting, zero acknowledgement I even existed. I continued to place my items on the belt. Nothing from her at all! I emptied my full basket onto the belt. I looked at the bagger. The bagger looked away. I looked back at the cashier, she finished her personal business and began to ring me up. I asked the person bagging to double bag both milks. She nodded. I paid my bill, the cashier handed me my receipt and said not a word after the transaction. This is not an isolated incident. Curious to know, what is Krogers idea of simple customer service? Hello maybe? Thank you possibly? Pathetic!

Consistently will not receive items ordered for pickup, but will still be charged for them. Every time, on a weekly basis. I understand a product being out of stock, no problem, but customers shouldn't have to troubleshoot their poor organization for a refund of items not received.10/3/23: How does your pickup service not have everything that's in stock when I go into the store? My routine had become: see what you fulfill, and then go find the rest that you can't. It's a double trip that takes away any benefit of pickup service..3/15/24: Kroger moved our pickup order to the next day...why even bother scheduling a pickup?

Typically always clean, the staff if they're on the floor doing something don't mind offering a hand especially since the lay put changes recently and they've always been a pretty friendly place.

Lot of things apart from produce. Its very spacious and wide variety of selections available. Prices are a lil cheaper compared to Cincinnati. Will visit again.

Great new Kroger Marketplace. Very clean. Has a large selection of vegetables and fruits. The meat and seafood counter is comparable to other Marketplaces. Has a Starbucks inside for you coffee drinkers. Make sure you have a Kroger's Shopper Card to get the deals and discounts.

ClickList is way understaffed. Multiple times I’ve had to wait an hour or more to get my order. I use the “on my way” feature and it still takes forever. I don’t think I’ll be using ClickList again for awhile. Very disappointing because it was a great option for me having 3 young kiddos, but after them screaming and crying in the car because we had to wait so long, I’ve decided it is not worth it. Poorly executed.

rude employees. the young ladies working at the Starbucks counter this morning are ignoring their customers when addressed and then when they finally do reply, are rude. They made sure to let me know that they have decided to close at 10:30am on a Saturday morning because they've been busy all morning with customers and they need a break and they are running low on certain ingredients and "its kinda hard to make drinks when they dont have everything!" Which definitely sounds like something you should vent to your customer about. Floor management is less than interested.

They can get very busy here. But most of the time, you can get in and out quickly. So long as you stick to what you planned on getting. I normally use the self checkout, but any interactions with kroger employees have been positive. You don't often see empty shelves. That could change tomorrow, though. Who knows?... Anyway, the only issue for me was parking. There's a fair amount of parking places, but it always seems difficult to get close to the doors. There's not much you can do about that. So, 5 stars.

For the last three visits I’ve been plagued by the most disgusting, rotten smell I’ve ever encountered in my life. I have actively avoided this Kroger because of it. I’ve asked multiple employees about it and nothing seems to be getting done about it. It smells like a cross between rotten meat and old person diarrhea. I had to hold my breath half of the time last time I went. I feel bad for the poor kids working there that have to sit in it all day. FIX IT

They can't just have a plain old sale on things! You have to take a picture of a square thing in front of the items and some way you get the sale price! GRRRRRR. IT IS CRAZY. I SHOP NOT TOO MUCH THERE FOR THAT REASON!

Would have been 5 stars. However the ladies in the deli (lunch meat section) are very rude. I've tried on 3 occasions to get waited on and finally just walked away. The 4th occasion I got waited on but the lady who sliced my ham handed me that was so thin you could read thru it and it was a woded up mess. I asked if she would straighten it up. She literally laid the bag down on the counter, took out the meat and laid it on the counter touching the stainless counter that everyone (customers) touch. Needless to say I told her I did not want that after it touching that countertop. Everyone else in the store have been very helpful and friendly.

This is the best Kroger’s in NKY! One of the things I like best about it is meals already made, the produce section is huge and fresh, meat department is large also! I really like the cheese section, all kinds, if you doing a wine and cheese party you have got plenty of olives to choose from! If you like sushi, excellent selection!

Excellent variety. Getting good assistance here is for the most part easy but sometimes it can be hit or miss.The Gas rewards program is well worth it If you shop a lit here.The liquor store always has some great deals.

Can't believe the review total is showing 4.1 Mainly bad reviews in the last year. Don't usually write reviews only if a place is exceptionally bad or good. In this case Kroger's is exceptionally bad. Never get what we order whether pickup or delivery. One of the only stores that does not know what they have in stock when you order. Pharmacy is terrible. Today I go in with an item marked with Kroger sticker and they tell me I have to have a receipt. No way to look it up on my credit card. The app is a piece of you know what and does not show my purchase. I just wish there were other Grocery stores around to choose from like when we moved here 10+ years ago. Kroger's now has terrible customer service and does not care.

The staff is super nice and helpful but it's always a 30 min wait. That's not an exaggeration. I'm in line right now and there 9 cars ahead of me. The line inside is all the way to the bank. The same was true last night.

After delaying my pick up order for 4 hours we arrived at the time they changed it to only to wait almost two hours in line before getting our order. The lady said she applied a $50 credit to our account but she never did. I called Kroger and they said they would apply a $30 credit to my account but we couldn’t use it on the next pick up order. This place is turning into Wal-Mart and they lie to you to make you feel better in the moment, what a joke.

Nice, clean and great customer service. Was approached by several employees offering help as I juggled my groceries without a cart Haha.Since this first review, the place continues to go down hill. Pharmacy is beyond slow. Prices continue to rise way beyond the norm. I hate when they make you go online to clip a coupon. It's a pain in the butt, while shopping with small children. You have to locate the coupon and many times it's not even on the app. Lines are getting longer and longer. Hope it improves soon.

Placed pie on hold. Went to get pie it was placed on floor and sold. This was Thanksgiving day. Was told they closed at at 4pm okay that's good, not told had to get it by 3. Sorry we're all out, sorry. No Pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving. Seems Kruger needs to focus on employees and not so much fancy commercials. I would think customers care would be on your agendas daily. We will see, time can and shall tell. Kroger customer concerns can help them only get better or ignore and business could only get worse. I enjoy local grocers being helpful and friendly with shopping, doesn't everyone. Stand up!

First, let me just say that the staff at this store is very courteous and polite. With that said, the quality of the produce is just horrible. All the vegetables look like they are on steroids. Even the chicken drumsticks look like they are on steroids.Additionally, this store is always out of stock on one thing or another. Never any consistency.I now drive to Meijer's instead even though it is a few miles further away.

The curbside pickup is a joke, never get half the stuff you ask for, then you pull around and park and everything is on the shelf just simply lazy. I haven’t gotten a deli order with curbside in months just have to go in and get it.

This store is very large. There are wheelchair grocery carts on right entrance. The isles are wide. There is a wide variety of products to choose from. There is clothing I've bought, housewares, home decor, pharmacy...Be ready for lots of walking. Restrooms with wheelchair, both sides of front of store. Good eating, homemade food next door. Free Fridays, Points for any purchase come off price per gallon of gasoline outside in the outer parking lot. Spend up to $1000.00 a month max. Get a $1.00 off per gallon Spend $400.00 on a particular month. Get .40 cents off per gallon. Win Win situation. Only thing is, could use some Adults who have experience cashiering or Businesslike knowledge to check out people. Kids just aren't professional.
