Hollywood Feed is a great local store to go to for your pets. I love that as soon as you walk in the staff welcomes you and will offer assistance right away. Along with the knowledgeable staff, healthy selections, the store is just the right size with everything you need for a happy pet.

Over the years of coming here, the employees have changed. However, customer service is consistently awesome. They are always very helpful, and this last time, I was talking about how my dog used to love the Blue Buffalo, but they no longer sell it. She (didn't get her name) helped me find a good alternative and gave me samples to mix in to see if my Peanut would enjoy it that way. He loved it all. This is the reason I come back to them regardless of them not selling or "preferred " choice. I rather come here than the bigger store alternatives.

I LOVE shopping at Pet People/Hollywood Feed in Union! The staff is always so friendly and the store is kept very clean! I’ve never had a bad experience and been shopping at this location for 5 years!

I used to love this location but with the recent change of management, it has gone downhill. The new manager doesn’t have any knowledge of pet nutrition and is rude. I miss seeing the smiling faces and helpfulness of the old manager. There are 2 associates that have been there for a while and are super helpful and friendly but the new manager makes the store unwelcoming. It’s certainly disappointing as I’ve been a loyal customer for the past 3 years. I now find myself buying food and accessories online or at the Crestview location.

I visited the store in April 2023 looking for some freeze dried raw options of food for my dog that was recommended to me by our nutritionist. The store associate, Will I believe, was able to look through the options that our nutritionist provided and then guide me to the best decision within the store, taking into account the nutritional requirements we needed but also what the store would have in stock and the frequent feeder program. I really appreciate his time and energy into my purchasing decision. I will be coming back for all future dog supply needs!

I purchased dog life jackets the other day for my 2 dogs. They offered me a lot of information and discounts upon purchase and since neither of the life jackets fit right (which in no way is the stores fault) they were very quick and efficient with the return.

My husband rarely shops for our dog’s food. I sent him with only a picture of the bag I buy. He said he walked in, showed the employee the pic and everything else was done for him! Great service!!

Both my mother and my sister told me about this shop. I was looking for healthier better made pet food & larger vaiety of other pet products (such as treats that weren't bad for my dogs). The staff was kind and knowledgeable. I was greeted at the door and by another employee while shopping and they both seemed happy to be there... which nowadays is hard to find! They also informed me of a program they had for two of the dog food products i purchased. I will gladly continue to shop here!

I love their little bakery selections for your pup. They have little birthday cakes too. Some things seem a little more pricey than large stores like PetSmart but I feel like that is to be expected. Staff are friendly and will help the best they can. They do not have fish items though.

This is the best pet store I have ever used! They are friendly, knowledgeable and their service is unmatched by any other store I have ever been too. They helped me find the right good for our pet and even offered to stay late one night so I could get more. I couldn’t ask for a better place to shop.

The employees are very knowledgeable and give amazing advice. I am so happy to have this store close by, as they are sooooo much better than places like petco. It’s a whole different ballgame. Highly trained, and they all have a passion for animals and their well-being. Every time I enter the store I am greeted by an enthusiastic employee who is more than willing to assist with whatever I am looking for. Won’t go anywhere else for my dog’s needs. I’ve been looking for Farmina (dog food) in stores because I hate ordering online. I recently learned that PetPeople have it in store, so I drove up north to see them in union (30 minute drive), and Jesus it was all worth the drive. I was greeted at the door, helped very specifically for what I was looking for. Got to looking around and saw all the raw food meal plan options they had in store that completely blew me away, went back to grab my dog food bags and they assisted me to the counter and to my car. (I got two bags and was alone haha). So yes, I won’t be shopping at any other pet store besides PetPeople, they’re worth the drive.

Went with my wife to wash 2 dogs. There are 2 wash tubs for you pets. My wife was asked could we wash our two dogs in one tub, to be courteous for other customers. My wife asked are you going to give us a discount for using one. They said no, so we took our furry friends and let. This is not how you treat you paying customers. I was going to pay for two dog to get washed.. Why can not I use 2 tub to be done with the work.
