Had a great time today! There’s a lot to say about this place. They have adorable animals!!! But I don’t think bidders realize when they are buying a box of ducks (for example) and bid $20 it’s $20 for each duck not all of them. I didn’t eat the food but smells delicious!! My brothers ate the biscuits and gravy and said they were delicious!! The only thing is there is not a lot of space. Could definitely use some more seats and could be more organized. Also lots of different birds like peacocks, ducks, chickens, chicks and other types! Some auctioneers are hard to understand so be careful!! Will come back!!

Really nice place for small animal auction. Great variety of animals and plenty of parking. The auction items go pretty quick so you have to be on your toes. The ladies do a great job in the kitchen. It's always a bonus when you can have hot biscuits and gravy before the bidding begins.

Big horse sale. They were grilling outside for customers. Bathroom was clean. There is parking all the way around the sale barn n boy was it full. Beautiful day for an auction.

Always enjoy going to auction. Never know what you will find.you do have to be careful about what you buy though. I got a young rabbit that was very sick. Looked fine when we bought her but I think she must’ve been cleaned up and sold. I’ve bought other rabbits and chickens that were fine though so it’s hit or miss.Just know you can’t know the animals history and it’s as is sales so be careful about buying sick animals there.

Animals: Be very careful what you are buying here. Some of the sellers do not care and bring very sick, almost dead animals here to be sold. If you do not want to give something to the rest of your animals at home, don't take anything from here back home without going to a vet first thing.People: Very very nice people other than the woman who takes your money when your buying drinks and food. She shouldn't be allowed to be around people due to how rude she is all the time.Auctioneer: Depending on what your there for is who you will hear. There is one there that unless you really really really pay attention, you have no idea what price he is on. If your not careful, you could buy something for $450 when you think it's only $50.Overall: We enjoy going to these auctions very much. You never know what you will find there. However we have to be super picky when buying anything due to getting sick animals that ended up passing away within 2 days and giving the rest of my herd something. I just wish the auctioneer for the animals I want to buy would speak clearly when calling off the number. I've not bought things due to know knowing what price he is on.

Bluegrass is a great place to buy and sell small animals. Especially chickens and goats. Good food and great people. The outside sale is great too. You never know what treasures they’ll have for auction.

If you're looking for a flock of chickens, or ducks, this is the place for you! We were there for the small animal auction, and they had everything from chicks and ducklings, to fully grown birds! They also had some baby goats!The sale action is fast paced, and the deals are pretty good, as long as you pay attention!

Very friendly, very fast paced sales. If you want to buy, do it fast or it's sold. Walk around and check things out. They have 2 or 3 selling rings going at the same time. When paying for the things you bid on, they always ask if this is all you purchased. They will check with you, and make things right.

Love coming here. My husband and I sell our birds here and purchase pigs and cows. Good place for young livstock.
