I love this walmart. Very clean and organized. Not very much traffic so you can shop peacefully. Also.. look at their choices in comforter sets! Love it! And for all you R.V owners who love Blackstone grill brand.. they have a nice store and prep cart. For only $128.05

As good as it gets in Tompkinsville. Very nice people work here. Selections of products are limited, but basic is the key here. Set up of the store is slightly wonky as candy and nuts are near the pharmacy and completely removed from regular groceries. No beer or wine. Clothing selection is tidy but extremely sparce.

Ok first off this review is for subway in this Wal-Mart! I'm very upset that this subway wanted to charge me for a "topping" on a sandwich I bought. Just because it already comes with cheese, a topping of cheese should not be extra!!! Both subways in glasgow do not charge to put cheese on a sandwich when its not extra! The ultimate meatball sandwich is made with a special kind of cheese, and then they ask what toppings you want, they did not ask if I wanted more cheese... Its called the Ultimate cheesy meatball sandwich for a reason... DUH! They also burnt the bread... And they shorted me a meatball. This has to be the worse subway in the state of KY! Even the ppl I was with said their food was not good... The girls name was Katie I think, she wore her name tag on her hat... What managers allow their employees to not be properly dressed???? The best subway is in glasgow on the square! To the manager here at this subway... You need to not charge extra for a topping of cheese when to began with it would just had been a normal topping like getting green peppers etc. I may be back again, but it will only to do a review...to see if anything changes since this review!!Google maps did not give me a review for subway in tompkinsville KY so I left it here on the walmart review. Walmart was clean, employees were helpful and only thing I didnt like is they didnt have much of any sports cards...but they had some nice clearance items that I bought.

Couldn't find anyone in the photo center and when I finally did the woman was very rude and acted as if she honestly didn't need to help with anything. Other than that it's a very clean and friendly store.

Walmart is gaining too much monopoly. Buy from an IGA or another local or regional store that does not use job-stealing self checkout that make checking out slower.

I have mixed feelings about this store, spent 2 weeks out in this area and went to this Walmart just about daily and the store is clean love it even outside its kept clean. But with that said the employees don't seem to notice u at all we asked 2 employees a question as they was walking by us so we was like several times excuse me mam and they still did not hear us (maybe?) Than there was another lady so we got her attention and asked for help and she tells us it want not her area and started to walk away I was like can u please find us someone that does work the jewelry area? It took some time but finally got help. The only employees that are some one nice are when ur leaving and than they are like "have a nice day" it's weird to me but yup no greetings or help when needed but happy to have u leaving hahaha. Several times while we tried to get some freezer food there at Walmart there was alot of empty freezer space. 🙃 and so was some of the shelves, there was a guy with a pallet with boxes in the toy area that said excuse me and than he put his pallet where we was standing and looking at the toys.... that's when I really had to say yup I said it "RUDE"... than left the area. Like we did buy like a bunch of card games and board games so really didn't need more but it really is rude to ask a customer to move and than leave a pallet in the way so we can't get to what we was looking at. So I guess my favorite part of this store was that it was clean

My mother shops at this Walmart. She has some long distance mobility issues so having the motorized carts helps her be able to do her shopping and be more self reliant. However, the last couple times she has gone, the ones she has seen are not being charged and just sitting out. I realize the store is super busy with other things, but these are wasted trips for her to stop by and not be able to get her shopping done.

Staff rude I was running in it was 1020pm really quick mouse traps . The greeter. Rolled her eyes when I walked in and she said you have 35 minutes....with a disgusted tone. All the staff was same demeanor

Went in for an online purchase return. I have to say Customer Service has changed in the last 2+ years. For the better! Or maybe it's only at the Columbia store. Both times they've been super knowledgeable and fast. The Glasgow store has improved but Columbia has them beat. Outstanding experience.

Not one employee in check out lines. Self checkouts were backed up 40 ft in each direction. Ridiculous slf serve and wait 35 min to check myself put and get asked for a receipt at the door. Screw walmart

The cashier was playing on her phone when I approached the counter, and then wasn't friendly and added some of my items to the customer in front of me groceries. She was rude and didn't even take off all my items from theirs. Worst service I have gotten there at that Walmart so far. Usually, everyone are friendly and polite.Another incident like that and I will be going to another store. TRAIN your employees if they don't understand being kind.Paying customer!

Pretty good except blocking isles with pallets n one lady with short dark hair unloading Downy, shot daggers at me when I asked if I could get by. N it was in a main isle. I felt like leaving my cart n going. Very rude customer service

Great for once. A wife n momma told her husband to respect other shoppers by moving to 1 side vs blocking the entire path w/ their cart n using their child as a bonus to block the path. Never been to this location b4. Pretty much every1 in here seemed Medicaid. This other young man n his momma seems happy today so 3 ppl happy in Walmart for once in location I've never been to. Cool beans.

Many guests and staff, including managers were not wearing masks over their nose, and some patrons were not wearing masks at all. We counted over 10 people maskless and 7 staff with masks below their nose or chin in our less-than-ten-minute experience. Completely unsafe and reckless.

Crowded lines at checkout. Same at other Walmart stores. Seems to me since Walmart has so many stores nation wide, making alot of money they could have more casheers on hand for their customers. I mean lets face it, their prices are low because their products are made in other countries for cheaper labor. We support this to save money. I'd say we're not supporting America's economy for our own American products. Walmart would rather have their customers checking out their products, eliminating their workers then can save more money. But we still support them.
