i really enjoy this store and it employees the staff other than the General Manager is very down to earth and seem to love working for this company they always seem very helpful and always willing to help their customers when they are needed, now as my concern is with your new General Manager I don't have anything personally against this man,but he doesn't seem very friendly nor concern of his customers happiness of the business and to be honest from my experience with fast food and retail stores our customers happiness is our main priority. They are so very slow and the employees are never at the register but yet not doing much else with how the store looks I have pretty much stopped going here unless there are no cars in the parking lot because 3 cars being there could still take 30 mins to 45 mins to check out as well as the one in elk creek focus on one store before you build 2 more that cant be handle

492 Taylorsville road, Taylorsville KY. Location is A FABULOUS STORE!! they always have what I'm shopping for. The staff is great. Very nice and friendly. Cashiers are wonderful. Especially one named John. He always has a smile and makes me smile as well. Great Store.

Wish I could choose 0 stars. The young cashier was very rude after I asked her to just scan a small bag of marbles that my son was holding carefully because they had come open. Before I could say anything else she grabs the marbles from his hands and they go all over. Then she has the audacity to take an angry tone of voice towards us and say "you could have told me" Well you didn't give an opportunity to do that you disrespectful little brat. Don't you dare take that tone of voice with me, my son or my husband. We left everything at the checkout. Now go put it all back.

It is exactly what you expect from Dollar General. Reasonable prices on some last minute items. In general the pet supplies are expensive, but if you run out of food and other store are closed, it will suffice. They DO have black, white, and yellow spray paint.

I believe the dollar store will have everything easier then shoppingmy suggestion put a drive thru window to handicapped people veterans need this.If anyone wants me to redesign the store so handicapped people can make at lr 2 get around .Also Dollar.General Gm try to get the electric chair at least 1 cause you never know need some help changing .And maybe also deliverery to deliver people who have know delivery knowledgeable let me know .Oys a great store.just need to rearrange.the store let me know.

Typical Dollar General Store. It has many things that you might need at economical prices. It can be a little cluttered at times, with merchandise in the aisles, but a good value if you can navigate through the store.

Lots of fake reviews here. This place is dirty and nasty. Air conditioning has been broken for weeks. Floors are disgusting. Garbage on floors all over. Stock is always in boxes on the floor. Would not buy anything here.

I will never shop at this store ever again!! Sheryl a women that works there. I over heard her cussing out a customer for no reason several times! Do not shop here unless you want to get cussed out by an employee. I will be contacting cooperate.

The location is no longer a dollar general it is an Ace hardware but we found everything we needed while we were there and we will go back.
