Under staffed pathetically. Usually shop off the stock carts due to shelves not stocked. Staff is doing the best they can between checking out customers and trying to maintain the store. District Manager is extremely rude to staff therefore the constant employee turnover.

Waited 10 minutes for someone at the cash register. Took a picture of the manager David .. The manager David finally walked up to watch the other lady check me out when he could have been stocking items out of the aisle and on the shelf .

Walked in saw three people working. The lady in front of me rung the bell 3 times and still no one came up to help check people out on the other register while there was 5 people in line. I used to work there and may not have stocked much, but at least I always put the customers needs first, unlike some workers.

3 people working behind the checkout counter laughing and talking, went to the counter as was told register was closed. 6 people in line and we were told to use the uscan. The gentlemen in front of me was having issue and no one helped him, I stepped up and helped him completed his transaction. 3 people behind the counter and not a 1 seemed to want to help anyone.

The staff members are awesome! The manager helped me with items on a top shelf and was extremely pleasant and patient. The selection of food has greatly improved since the addition of the “Market.” The store, however, has been in complete disarray the last two times I have been there. I could not even get into the aisles for the items I needed. I do not think this is the fault of the workers, because they were very busy helping customers. The company needs to give them more help to put away stock. I’m very thankful to have the Dollar General near me so that I do not have to go all the way into town for smaller shopping runs. Pleasant staff make up for the messy store. 😊

The staff here is very nice and helpful. It us a really nice, new store. They carry fresh produce and groceries, which is pretty cool. The coupon system for DG is underdeveloped and not great, even though they offer good coupons.Only complaint about location is that stock is a problem. They are frequently out of things in store.

Most of the staff are awesome, fast, and efficient. They provide great service, know the layout etc however and older gentleman is kind of rude and not very pleasant to his employees and there is one cashier who is extremely socially awkward. She is slow, talks about way too personal stuff etc.

Store has been a mess for over a year. Merchandise setting in isles and no shelf space. Corporate needs to either stop sending so much merchandise or expand store. Plus a good manager is needed to run it. Turn over of employees is very high. Store is without a permanent manager as if now.

This is NOT the $1 store of 10 years ago. I was really impressed with the fact this location carries meat (steaks and more) lots of dairy products and great assortments of food. For that quick pick up, whether gift bags, summer toys, or snacks galore,,, I totally recommend this one.The staff..... is always very courteous and helpful👍👍👍👍👍

Not a bad DG, but there always seems to be inventory in boxes and on pallets blocking some aisles. Not for the claustrophobic or those relying on being able to social distance in a store.

I'd give it fewer stars but the staff is always helpful even though the store is always a mess and at least 4 aisles are impossible to get down to shop. I only go there if I absolutely have to.

Only reasosn inwont give it a five is the older short haired lady there with glasses has a BAD attitude. I accidently dropped my mouth wast that had a cap with plastic etc and it spilled on the floor. I iffered to pay and she was mad as can be said get out the way and next time grab a cart. I said sorry nicely 3 more times and she was shaking her head and mummbling mean works. 2 ladys in line and a nice young lady who was the cashier all said that was so ride of her. The young lady that usually works the cash register and grey haired gentleman are both great! The store itself is a nice dollar store

The place was really disorganized and kinda messy. The line was fairly long because only one person was on the register while the other worker was talking to what I assume friends and not customers. This place has lots to improve on.

This particular Dollar General location is completely unorganized. To say the least. The aisles are always packed with grocery carts & boxes that are filled with un-put away merchandise. There is absolutely nothing convient you are able to make your way around the store without tripping over the clutter everywhere. Then you've only bypassed one obstacle. Because then you've got to search all over the unorganized store and hope that your lucky enough to stumble upon whatever item it is that your looking for. This place is an absolute mess. I wouldn't recommended using this particular Dollar General to anyone, at least not while the store remains in its current condition. Hope this helps.

Its convenient but they rarely have enough staff and there is always product stacked up in the aisles. I wish they would put more effort in getting the products put away

I was very very upset when the cashier over drafted my account, I was paying for my stuff and I had enough too cover all of what I had but I wanted to pay half with cash and the other with my card. I told her we needed to do the cash first but she did it the card first and it charged my card the full amount. When I told her what she did she said I hate it when that happens, then she started telling me I could return some of my stuff. It was to late my account was already over drafted, I haven't been back sense

Pretty disappointed lately. First the worker was rude ,. Went back a couple days late sign says closed at 10 I got there at 950 the doors were locked 2 other cars were there trying to get in as well. I'll go to one by the high school from now on if at all.

BC the new one on Miller road and it is cheaper than the other dollar generals. They also have relly nice people that work there.They also are litterly right next to my house. Which I love😍

Good prices but the store isn't very organized. Some stock was sitting in the isles and some shelves were nearly empty.
