Never have anything you need. Worse thing also if you call and ask about it the kids working don’t even bother to look they just say no. We literally called from and isle in the store to ask about something to prove a point that they didn’t look. Better to go to somewhere else to get what you need

Always a great experience. I find it to be really sad that Google allows people like “Turd McGurk” to leave reviews at all let alone be the the top review on here. Obviously this person isn’t happy with much in life as you read his overwhelmingly negative reviews (75 of them). Same for the other ridiculous negative reviews on here. Get a life people! Thanks for putting up with the ridiculous few, Ace Hardware.

Tried to get propane and a bale of straw and was told I couldn't get either because they only had two people working there and they both have to stay inside the store. I shouldn't have wasted my time and should have went to Shelbyville to begin with.

I was a frequent customer of this store until the older gentleman in there followed me around the store like I was trying to pack the store out in my pocket. I havent done anything to deserve that . I obviously had large items in my arms and hands and needed a large paint sprayer that was 275 dollars.and it.may not.hurt.their bank accountI'll never give them another penny from my pocke. Way to go ace hardware single out the guy covered in paint from working all day. t

Wide variety of items as well as a Hallmark Card/Gift shop combined in-store. Nice selection of pock/hunting knives. Make keys including chipped keys at extremely reasonable prices. Very friendly, mannered, helpful staff.

This place is a absolute joke. The manager Jessica (dark hair, tattoos, heavy set) she is down right rude, she’s always on her phone every time me and my family come into the store, she won’t help the customers, she’s always barking orders to her other employees and yelling. We will not shop at this store again. And the prices are through the roof.

I visited this Ace today and found the store really nice with all the departments in order and clean. Not a single word from the two associates the whole time my wife and I browsed. Sad they can't ask open end questions as associates are trained to do.

Typical Ace Hardware store in the Taylorsville area. The store sits back off of the main road in a small shopping center space and can be a little difficult to locate if you don't already know where to find it. Good selection of products and the staff member who assisted me was very helpful. I found the product that I needed and was on my way in just a few minutes. Give them a try the next time you need something for around your home or yard.

I've been here several times and they didn't have what I needed. Couple of examples, water supply shutoff for a toilet, trim pad for painting. I'll drive to Shelbyville and go to Lowe's for now on.
