Took my mother to the pharmacy for her RSV and Covid shots today. The young gal administering the shots was an absolute gem. My mother, battling cancer, isn't as spry as she used to be, and this thoughtful girl brought the shots to her in the waiting area. She even stayed a while, sharing a friendly chat. It's a rare sight to witness my resilient mother laugh so freely. Kudos to the exceptional service and the fantastic team. The store was impeccably clean, bustling with diligent folks.

My daughter with autism depends on her medications being filled on a timely basis. Without fail every month one or more of her three prescriptions are out of stock. They will call/text saying come pick up your prescription and after you wait forever only to be told that it is in fact not ready or in stock. They are very rude! Had all of our family's prescriptions transferred to our local Coleman's Pharmacy, a world of difference in service......

Drive thru workers are slow and inattentive, the wait for Drive thru is ridiculously slow, workers need to have more pride in there work and be more professional about there job.

It feels like the Stanford, KY location struggles to keep medications in stock. They have hours of operation posted but it's a toss up whether a pharmacist is on duty or not, so you can't even pick up your prescription that they've text and told you is ready. This is location is convenient for me, however I would recommend the locally owned pharmacy over Walgreens.

You can't go to any pharmacy that isn't under staffed and over worked. Ive been to one better walgreens but several worse. Most of the time these guys are efficient, relatively quick and usually have what I need. Non walgreens pharmacies that I've gone to have not been worth the trouble or time.

Trying to get my son's medicine they first told me their computers were messing up and the insurance wouldn't cover it but to be sure they would call me to let me know when the computer was working properly. Almost 45 minutes later while I'm at Walmart walgreens calls and says it's ready I can come pick in up but they go to lunch in 10 minutes (time is 1:20). I get there at 1:35 and they have shut down the entire pharmacy. Apparently that what they do when the pharmacist goes to lunch which they failed to tell me. My son is crying but no one can help me they suggest waiting in my car till they come back at 2:00 or transferring it. I try to transfer it to a other walgreens called back and fort multiple times waiting on hold every time. Then am told at other walgreens they are so backed up it would take them hours. So I decide not to transfer it and just send husband after it later. Husband goes to pick it up Stanford walgreens has has put it back even though it was supposedly already filled and they never transfered it. So why would they unfilled prescription. Very frustrated and the entire experience was nothing but a hassle.

After several months of horrible trouble getting her son’s monthly epilepsy prescription at another pharmacy, Walgreen’s got everything taken care of the first day the prescription was transferred. We are so thankful for their kindness and expertise!

There's a woman that work at Stanford store that's Rude and very hateful ....She follows me around like I'm shoplifting andI've never shoplifted in my life I think I'll take my business elsewhere?!!! I was insulted and really wanted to tell her off

Fast service, and usually has what I need.
