Just like every other Walmart, it's crowded some of the employees aren't too friendly but overall it was good. The pharmacy is a joke. They never can get the medication you need in a timely fashion. They are nice and polite, but some of them act like they don't know what they are doing.

STORE seemed a little dumpy. I would rate it a regular Walmart, not Superstore. Product collection was limited. Parking lot probably was one of the biggest issues as they used a quarter of the front for online pickup, causing customers to walk to the rear of the parking lot. THEY, Need to move that pickup area out and have employees with electric carts to drive them out to customers waiting for pickup. Employees seem friendly and helpful.

Nice store. But better know what you want and where it is. Because if you do find a worker they probably will know less than you... but they have self checkout, nice to be able to get in and out without waiting in a line. Plus since it's self checkout you get as many discounts as you can get away with.. (joke)

The people are nice, but bad experiences with the packaged produce. The feel they are pushing unhealthy food, due to the poverty on the area. You don't see this in higher income areas.

They are more updated Walmarts. It's a small town Walmart. They have everything you need. The door greaters are amazing and super friendly and they always make me smile. Workers are friendly also. I give a 3 cause it's not as updated as the newer ones but it has all ya need.

WOW. I have been in a lot of different Walmart stores in many different states and figured it's Walmart they're bout the same no matter where you are. Well I was pleasantly shocked to see that this location was very clean and friendly staffed. The best thing I saw was that the inventory was full on every shelf in every isle. This is actually what brought me to go to the particular store. I had purchased a pool vacuum online for curbside pickup at the Logan WV Walmart store. Well ended up they didn't have any in stock and when I went and asked it was going to be 2 weeks to come in. Well this Walmart had 6 on the shelf along with pool shock that I have been waiting for at my store. Thanks for the great experience and Shooting your OUTS. Keep the inventory on the shelf. I will definitely be visiting again and already letting everyone know of your great SERVICE.

Best Walmart in the region. Everything is where it’s supposed to be, great service, exceptional employees. When I hear the South Williamson Walmart mentioned, I think of Leadership, strong integrity, and motivation. 12/10 would get my milk and bread there again.

About 6 months ago i would rated this place 4 stars. Been downhill since. With the limited check out lines. Maybe 2 register's with a actual employee checking you out then one side self check out is never opened. Then the other side will have all self checkout open. The problem is they have a couple young female employees who cant assist you if you have a issue. Then you are waiting another 20 minutes on help. Also a few of these registors are cash, or card only but no note posted. You find this out once you scanned bagged every item. Then they tell you want you to rescan everything.. 3 out my last 5 experiences there been awful recommended if you in area check out Pikeville ky or Ligan WV Wal Mart. Way better ran!

It's hard to get a lane with a cashier to check you out. You see lots of workers but no lanes open. You use self checkout and then they want to stop you and look at your buggy on the way out. Either you trust me to check myself out or you don't. If you don't, then open more lanes. Just saying

They had the appropriate amount of registers open for the volume I just wish they would bring back a slicer in the deli that could chip the meat they lose a lot of business to food city over that. On another note wish they would open back up 24 hrs

Had to lower my reviewThe need to close this store and bring in employee from other states because the employees have no idea about customer service,I don't, stock , marketing,This store is primarily a grocery store.Use to be a good store to get just about anything.Now almost every time I go in there for something I use to get there it's still out of stockI think by not restocking thereCooking there books to make it look like there doing better then they areTRY THIS RESTOCK YOUR SHELF'S AND KEEP THEM STOCKED OPEN YOUR DOORS 24 HOURS AND GET BACK TO DOING BUSINESS

Sucking the very life blood out of every community in the US. Every dime spent is nearly spent at this one store..every dime directed towards this one family that owns Wal Mart. There's nearly zero small stores in any town where there's a Walmart. They've monopolized all the business in these towns thereby killing the little man and destroying competition anywhere. Selling their cheap poorly made Chinese junk by the millions. China and Walmart are friends..but China and Walmart are the enemies of the American people !

Tonight I noticed the shelves were bare in places, bread shelf especially. Rc cola and diet rite cola empty. Chicken livers empty. Otherwise it was okay I still got groceries I needed. Wasn't crowded at all, cashier was a sweetheart.

Always clean and usually stocked well. They seem to have great workers, everyone I've seen has been friendly and helpful. I'm in here often and have always had good experiences.

It's Walmart. You have a great selection of products for decent prices. The fresh produce in the grocery section is always well taken care of and in good order. The staff have always, in my experience, been helpful and friendly to me. They're often offering sales and rollback prices on many basic everyday items and specialty items. The only small complaint I have is that the baby food section is often under stocked and mildly out of order, and sometimes difficult to find the correct baby food you're looking for. Overall a great Walmart.

1st of all, the dont have enough electronic buggies. There is only one that works right. The others need replaced or updated. This is a problem I have come across for the last few times I have came to the south Williamson Walmart. I will give one more chance then STOP going there all together.
