Honestly one of my favorite smoke shops around, they have a bunch of items such as, flower, pipes, bongs, rolling trays, vapes, shirts, ect, everything is at an amazing price and they will even lower the prices on items sometimes! Truly a great shop

I usually stop here and have good experiences which is why I’m giving it 2 stars instead of one. I was in last week with my wife, the employee (He said his name was Brandon). Was so blown out of his mind he didn’t notice we were in the store. Upon finally acknowledging us, he wouldn’t even stand up out of his chair to assist us. I was attempting to purchase some delta-8, After finally getting him to get it for me, my total was 56.94 (I got some inscents also). After I pay he says have a good day, and just stares at me, never handing me the bag my goods were in. After finally receiving my items and going home, I open my package to discover he didn’t put my delta 8 products in there at all. There was some random cbd stuff that I didn’t purchase (which after calling was only valued at $15). So basically I was charged triple for a product I didn’t even want. I understand you’re a head shop but hire better employees, I would recommend going to another store or the pikeville location.

I stopped at this shop a week or so ago. My first experience in vapes but wanted to use as step down from nicotine. The employee appeared high but he waited on me. I bought what I thought to be a refillable vape pen. The employee told me I had 2 days to return it. I opened the box and read the instructions and discovered it wasn't refillable. I took it back and the owner or he said he was told me products were not returnable he reluctantly agreed to exchange it. I chose a pen out. Of the counter and gave him another 10 dollars. I set. The bag back was busy in another project but opened it last night . The was no vape in the box. Ladies and gents this stuff ain't cheap and so far I have hit resistance in trying to get what I paid for. I just left the shop the 2nd time babe sure to check your purchases prior to leaving or you may find yourself simply making a donation.
