I came here a few days ago to grab some snacks and use the bathroom. The lady that day was super sweet and told me where the bathroom was. Now today while heading back we decided to stop by again for the same reason, grab a few snacks and run to the bathroom. Well as soon as we walked in these two ladies working already seemed in a bad mood, and one of my friends asked if they had a restroom, he wasnt with us the last time,. The lady said no we dont, so i was confused and said well last time you did, i used it. She got irritaed and looked at her watch and then said fine and rolled her eyes at me. Then she claimed it was weird for us all to have to use the restroom. Then she walked us back there and stood at the door while we were using the bathroom and stood there till we were done, kinda weird. I understand that a group of "kids" together might seem "suspicious" but we are all over 20 years old. I was planning on purchasing a good bit of snacks, but since clearly its poor customer service i will go to the nearst walgreens.

Medicine is always on time , great sells going on in the store and employees are all ways helpful. It’s a very busy pharmacy show respect to the people working it’s opened seven days a week for the public to be able to get their medication.

Called today at 5.00 pm Aug 27. Took 14 min. to ck on a order. 12 befor i was answered.. Put on hold 3 times and was disconnected three times . Befori talked too a rude man how asked liked i washolding up only person working. I am changing my drug store. No it would break them. Sure make me better. The people are extremely helpful.The problem I have is the pharmacy. I will tell them there is a medication I don't want and don't need.They will tell me that they are returning it to shelf. I can ask a family member to stop by to pick up a different prescription and they will send All the prescriptions I don't want and have told them I dont want. I don't like my insurance paying for them and I don't like having the medicine here.So ready to change drug stores!

I sat inside for a half hour watching 4 other people come in and get their meds and when I asked about mine the kriss the girl filling my mds just walked by me saying nothing. The whole time she was having a inappropriate conversation with the other girl at the register

Always clean nice and very helpful!I have been coming to CVS for years and if anyone has a problem it’s definitely not the workers.

It's a shame you have to wait over 30 minutes in the drive thru. One car still in front of me. They need a worker specifically to work the drive thru instead of one doing drive thru and inside. This is a shame!!!!!! I'll need blood pressure medication after this!!!!

Rude and incompetent group of employees. I would rather drive 2 hours to Lexington than to deal 5 minutes with this South Williamson location. Every prescription, month after month, constant issues, never filled on time or correctly. Then, you have to listen to their pathetic excuses along with the ATTITUDE! Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere!!

Does not keep supply of medications. You have to go days before getting some medications refilled, which is not good.
