Fool me one, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I'm the fool, so learn from my cautionary tale. Twice after putting my card into the pump, I've had it declined with an immediate $151 charge applied by One9. I declined both payments twice, so they didn't bilk me out of any money, but I've had to change my credit card twice in the past year. The first time I thought it was because of a thunderstorm that was happening at the time--one of those things. It isn't. I will never stop there again, and I would advise others with caution. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Parking lot was clean and no trash… the guy doing clean up does great job… not sure why this stuff is dropped and taking up truck parking …. No food to eat at 3am subway closed no hotdogs

The worst truckstop in the world. Fuel pumps do not work. Everything is falling apart for months. No def or not working. Bathrooms are dirty and ugly. No ashtrays anywhere. Instead of fixing what does not work for truckers they put new ev chargers. Fix your place people!

Very friendly and professional service! I needed a tire changed while on my 10 Hr reset break. Walked right up and got right inside and was completed in 45 mins and very professional staff! I will be stopping here again

New service department is fantastic, pulled in at 5pm to have steer tires swapped out and I was done at 6:05. Everyone was super friendly and the price was more than fair, thanks!

I ordered a steak wrap at Subway and when I check my receipt she charged to steak and chesse sandwich. Prices on menu and online is same and about $4 different between wrap and sandwich when I walked back for refund employees behind counter claim this isn't Subway and we are owned by One nine and that's how we charge for number 1 sandwich if I ordered it on wrap prices are same. so moral of my story is be careful ordering food here, they charge what they want not how much the price of the food is

As mentioned before about Pilot Travel Centers , it has everything you could possibly need for supplies for a road trip. Food, GPS gadgets, sunglasses, beverages, thermal dispensers and storage coolers, fuel and even restroom also shower facilities. Cashiers are friendly and fast! The place is impeccably clean. I would recommend these travel centers to everyone who are taking road trips.

Haven't been inside yet, pilot sign gone off the large highway sign, still shows on internet search as a pilot. I'll upgrade my review to satisfactory. The inside is better than expected judging by the outside. Still typical for pilot these days compared to Loves.Just by the appearance from the parking lot it looks like a lot of other smaller privatized ethnic managed/run truckstops.Shop all closed up even though the parking lot is a fair size, I doubt this location will ever be as busy/full as it probably once was due to the condition of the place, and lack of amenities, meaning repair shop, truck wash etc.Sad but typical.

Devin, Cody and Jerry are just fantastic. They care and it shows. I stopped here a few months back and every time I roll through this neck of the woods, this is my place. Clean showers. Fully stocked food. Lots of parking. Thanks guys. See you again, soon.

Stopped here for a restroom break today, and thought I would buy some lottery, the machine had some out of stock spots and one being the one I wanted to purchase, so went to the register for change cause the machine only accepts bills up to $20 which is fine, I ask the cashier for change and ask if they sold tickets at the counter, she said only power ball and mega millions, so I ask if they could replace the ticket I wanted to purchase cause it was empty, the cashier ask the lady in charge if she could refill it, and her reply directly towards me was " when I get time I'll fill it but it's going to be a while" with an attitude as she walked away with a cart on the floor that was empty, I get your job may be stressful at times but without customers your job would be nonexistent, and if you can't handle the stress and strains of being in that position you should step down and let someone with a little people skills take over...

After buying what I need. The checker asked if we were from out of town. I said that we were. She explained to us that a accident had been noted on the interstate. She said you may need to visit the ladies room before you leave. I thought that this was very nice of her.

Im more impressed with your ability to find good employees that were very kind one afternoon. When you have a broken down ride , you meed more than just physical health, the mental health works like a constant nightmare to never make sense of.

Store is okay. But the subway inside it sucks.. I got like 3 sprinkles of lettuce on my sandwich, which was supposed to be toasted and wasn't. Among just being rude and not putting hardly anything on it.. never again will I go there.

This stop has what every truck stop has and is always clean, but my rewards don't work at any of the Kentucky pilot/one9/flying j locations, including this one...so loves it is.

A little disappointed because it says PJ Fresh and there's no PJ Fresh(freshly cooked meals) . They're very quick when it comes to cleaning the showers and they do a good job cleaning them. The staff is friendly and polite. They have a game room and a subway and the store is well maintained. I would recommend stopping here.

This is another great Pilot Travel Center.The staff is friendly and helpful.The restrooms are clean.They have showers but I didn't actually check them out.The coffee is always fresh and hot.They have lots of food, snacks and drinks to choose from.I will give them a thumbs up 😀

Urine all over bathroom floors. No paper towels and no soap. Night of the living dead customers, very sketchy. Day shift was clean and presentable. Disgusting at night. Love’s are much better.

The store is surprisingly clean, and the bathrooms aren't bad either. However, the lovely cashier who cheerfully broke a $100 in record time and let us know that we should get a third water bottle since it was free is the reason for 5 stars. I would definitely stop here again.

I parked overnight in this truck stop 2 or 3 times a week, it's on my way between ky to MI.,subway staff doing owsom job to serve the customers , restrooms always clean, but would like to give special thanks to nightshift ladies ,Crystal and Eric for their customer service to get shower early in the morning, I always saw them work hard to keep the store clean and showers clean, fresh coffee for the customers, Both of them show me respect all the time , will keep this truck stop as my favorite one ,and will continue to park on it....

Wonderful establishment. I love the view around the place. The store was clean. The staff was sweet. The prices are high but they have to survive. I'll be back if I'm in the area again.

Poor service. Never break down here. They do not want to help. Or they disappear and leave you hanging. They tell ya there busy and there not. Tell you that they have a jack and they go break and don't tell you. Worst customer service every. Sorry I was not a paying customer but you could come up front and honest about what was going on and instead of me sitting in the dark. Then when I went in to see what was going on another woman got rude with me. I been doing customer service for 10 years now and you are never suppose to treat customer like that even if there paying for a good or service or not paying for anything.
