Horrible experience. My Spouse really needed a jacket, drove 40 mins to even get to the store, and the lady worker approached my daughters not the parents to tell them we had four minutes before closing. I understood closing time but then approached us two mins til closing again to let us know. I know sissy I was watching the clock. Last time I'll visit this location Somerset Tractor Supply. She was super rude. 👌

When I walked in I asked the young lady at the cash register if they carried Tricycles. She said yes! (She was so great!!!) They had only one Schwinn Tricycle.It was $129.00 + tax. I purchased it for my 2 year old (almost 3) grandson. He was just as happy as he could be with it.

It's a pretty good place to go if you're looking for animal feed animal Care and any kind of stuff to do with your farming or even they have deck screws and trailer parts for your pull-behind trailer there's even close there there's a little bit of everything.

Tractor Supply of Somerset, KY has everything you could ever want for your farm, garden and house. They also have a big selection of boots and clothes for all ages but this is just a few things that can be found here. They also have in store pickup or come in and shop your little heart out.

The worst experience ever!!!! Bought bb gun for grandbaby and it didn't work went to take it back or exchange it and bobby was so hateful and just kept saying he couldn't help me. I just left the bb gun and said throw it away then. I won't be back and won't give a other penny to thst store...

There are lots of options for your farming or around the house needs. Very clean an items were well organized on the shelves. Good place for Christmas shopping if you work outdoors an need heavy clothing to help keep you warm. If you are a do it yourselfer, it is a great place to shop.

I got a water bottle for a rabbit, once I got to register to pay, it rang up $10.99, I went ahead & payed for it? I told the cashier it shows on the shelf for $3.99! They pointed me to customer service, I took them back to the isle, showed them, & they said (OK Sir), went back to the customer service desk, they gave me $6 & some change back? I thought that was so awesome they helped me like that, all the employees was SUPER FRIENDLY, didn't care to answer my questions I had about pet wormer for my son's lil house dog? I will definitely start going in there more, just cause the workers was so FRIENDLY & WANTED TO HELP ME!

Instead of waiting on customers they were running the floor buffer at a high noise level. No help offered while it was obvious it was needed. I do not like leaving less then 5 stars it does hurt a business. Just do some improving, customers are more important than floors and putting away merchandise.

Everything was fine before I asked the girl at the register how much weed killer concentrate per gallon. I understand now that she is not permitted to give me any chemical instructions, and everything would have been fine...UNTIL...This 19, or so, year old told this 50 year old man to "Figure it out!". The lady behind me had her little girl with her and her mouth dropped. That disrespectful tone was TOTALLY uncalled for and I didn't appreciate it in the least. I still haven't completely let it go.

Great service from this location!I had a trailer have a bearing failure on my way to Lake Cumberland, and the staff there allowed me to ensure the hub and bearing assembly they sold there fit, meaning opening the packaging before purchase.The hub and spindle I purchased was a bit pricey compared to online prices (over double), but considering the convenience of a retail location that actually carries parts like this, it's 100% worth it. Without Tractor Supply, who knows when I would have been back on the road, and I was almost 500 miles away from home.While I worked on ensuring I could repair our trailer with parts from the store, my wife perused the inventory and picked up a multitude of items for her horse and the house.Credit goes to Tractor Supply for fulfilling a niche need of products in a retail environment.

Paid my $4.75 bill with a $20.00 bill. Cashier gave me back .25 I explained I gave him a twenty. He argued with me saying I gave him a five dollar bill. I double checked and said again that I paid with a twenty. He showed me the receipt where he had put in a five dollar bill. As if this proved he was correct. He continued to tell me I was wrong until I told him to open the register. Sitting in the money holder area with the fives was my twenty dollar bill sitting on top He nonchalantly said oh and then fumbled trying to give me the correct 15.00 back that he had short changed me. He then took an attitude with me when I suggested he open the drawer and checked his drawer on future problems like this as opposed to accusing the customer of lying.

Had to wait in line. Only one cashier on duty and she was stocking. 6 people were waiting to check out and the first customer had to hunt for a cashier. Products are easy to find and well marked though.

Sent wife in for a tractor belt today, she had old belt in hand, he sold her a belt 6in to small. How in the world can someone mess up something as simple as matching 2 belts side by side? You can literally eye-ball it. It's a 30 minute round trip btw. How can employees work in a "tractor supply store" an know nothing about what they are doing? I'll waste $40 in fuel an valuable time all because some uneducated employee was to busy on his cellphone to pay attention to what mattered, his JOB.

Purchased cub cadet lawn mower online through TSC for pickup at the Somerset, KY store to replace my 26 year old mower that finally stopped running. Mower arrived in about a week. Picked mower up without problems. Unboxed mower, filled with oil and gas in preparation for mowing. Before starting the mower I noticed that the air filter cover and air filter were missing from the new mower. Called TSC store in Somerset. Manager was very helpful, said he would call back with a solution. He did call back and said I would be hearing from a manager at the company headquarters. Rather than calling, this person sent two emails, one with part numbers and the other with a $75.00 gift card to offset the cost of purchasing the missing mower parts. I ordered the missing parts online using the part numbers sent in the email. The parts arrived in about a week and a half. The filter cover was the correct part but the manager had sent the wrong part number for the filter. The filters she told me to order were too large for the mower. I replied to the manager's original email asking for the correct part number for the filter but never received a reply from her. Since the filter number was not listed in the owners manual, I called the mower manufacturer to get the correct filter part number. I had to return the incorrect filter for a refund and place a second order for the filter using the correct part number. I contacted the Somerset store manager to see if he had the correct filter but he did not have one. As of the review date the filter has still not arrived and tracking information indicates it should arrive in about a week. I will have had the mower about a month and have not been able to use it. I have had to pay a mowing service to mow my yard while waiting on the new mower parts to arrive. I find it disrespectful that the TSC manager who sent the wrong part number for the filter did not reply to my email asking for the correct part number.

We have a dog kennel and purchased dogfood kennels, supplies etc. Retriever weldwire dog kennels (we purchased 30) they are rusting at latches, weld areas and along the bottom. I complained to corporate and a representative from Retriever called me asking questions and I sent her photos. Its been a week or so and I'm not sure what will happen. I have a disability now and cant lift these panels to go back to store. High priced kennels, below average quality.

Went to get propane tank filled. They refused to because it was raining outside. Wont do business there again. Very rude. Wish we had a Rural King nearby.
